本发明公开了一种桦褐孔菌饮料,其包括:2%-0.5%的桦褐孔菌提取物、2%-0.5%的人参提取物、1%-0.1%的灵芝提取物、1%-0.1%的猴头菌提取物;余量为水。采用桦褐孔菌提取物、人参提取物等多种提取物进行科学合理的搭配,使各种营养物质均衡搭配,形成一种功能性保健产品,具有增强免疫力,去湿、化痰、疗肺疾、抗癌防癌、止咳等功效。

本发明涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种桦褐孔菌饮料。
背景技术
桦褐孔菌:中文名:自桦茸。拉丁学名:Fuscoporiaoblique欧洲称之为chaga。属真菌门、担子菌亚门、层菌纲、伞菌目、多孔菌科。中文名:白桦茸。是一种生于桦树上的药用真菌,其子实体呈现类似于碳的黑色块状形态。当桦褐孔菌10-15年后起药效时,它能吸干桦木的精髓,使树木枯死。桦褐孔菌主要分布于俄罗斯北部、北欧、中国黑龙江、日本(北海道),滋生在北半球北纬40°-50°的地区。桦褐孔菌是俄罗斯的一种民间药用真菌,其有效成分已引起美国、日本、韩国等国研究者的广泛重视。根据初步的研究,桦褐孔菌含有桦褐孔菌醇、氧化三萜类化合物、羊毛甾醇、栓菌酸、叶酸衍生物、芳香族的香草酸、丁香酸等。具有抗癌、抗病毒、降血糖、复活免疫等作用。

果胶酶0.05%-0.01%;
纤维素酶0.1%-0.01%;
桑黄0.05%-0.01%;
砂糖0.05%-0.01%;

桦褐孔菌提取物0.5%;

为了更进一步提高桦褐孔菌饮料的品质与口感,还可以加入0.05%-0.01%的果胶酶、0.1%-0.01%的纤维素酶、0.05%-0.01%的桑黄、0.05%-0.01%的砂糖与0.05%-0.01%的柠檬酸。

果胶酶0.05%-0.01%;
纤维素酶0.1%-0.01%;
桑黄0.05%-0.01%;
砂糖0.05%-0.01%;
柠檬酸0.05%-0.01%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的桦褐孔菌饮料,其特征在于,其按照重量百分比包括以下组分:
桦褐孔菌提取物0.5%;
人参提取物0.5%;
灵芝提取物0.625%;
