Abstract

本发明公开了一个二次热回收热管式空调***,包括有左、右两个换热器,左边换热器为多组水平放置的毛细芯热管,左边换热器的下冷凝端设新风入口、上蒸发端设排风口、中间设冷凝液管一、控制装置一;右边换热器为多组毛细泵回路热管,右边换热器的上蒸发端设回风口、下冷凝端设送风口、中间设冷凝液管二、控制装置二,所述的控制装置一、二均包括有一个安装在冷凝液管一、二上的阀门以及与阀门电连接的控制器;所述的左、右换热器之间设有表冷器,左、右换热器的下冷凝端分别与表冷器的进、出口相连。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及空调***领域,尤其涉及一种二次热回收热管式空调***。
背景技术
现有的无热管热回收***和一般的有热管回收***的冬、夏季空调耗能太高,不环保。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种二次热回收热管式空调***。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
二次热回收热管式空调***,其特征在于:包括有左、右两个换热器,左边换热器为多组水平放置的毛细芯热管,左边换热器的下冷凝端设新风入口、上蒸发端设排风口、中间设冷凝液管一、控制装置一;右边换热器为多组毛细泵回路热管,右边换热器的上蒸发端设回风口、下冷凝端设送风口、中间设冷凝液管二、控制装置二,所述的控制装置一、二均包括有一个安装在冷凝液管一、二上的阀门以及与阀门电连接的控制器;所述的左、右换热器之间设有表冷器,左、右换热器的下冷凝端分别与表冷器的进、出口相连。
本发明的优点是:
本发明在冬、夏季使用均可节能,耗能低,实现低碳环保,利于保护环境、节约能源。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,二次热回收热管式空调***,包括有左、右两个换热器1、2,左边换热器1为多组水平放置的毛细芯热管,左边换热器1的下冷凝端设新风入口3、上蒸发端设排风口4、中间设冷凝液管5、控制装置一;右边换热器2为多组毛细泵回路热管,右边换热器2的上蒸发端设回风口6、下冷凝端设送风口7、中间设冷凝液管8、控制装置二,所述的控制装置一、二均包括有一个安装在冷凝液管5、8上的阀门9以及与阀门9电连接的控制器10;所述的左、右换热器1、2之间设有表冷器11,左、右换热器1、2的下冷凝端分别与表冷器11的进、出口相连。
本发明的原理是:
左换热器利用毛细芯热管实现排风与新风进行热交换,换热器为多组水平放置的毛细芯热管,中间设控制装置通过对热管冷凝液管的回液流量的控制实现对换热量的控制,从而控制W1点的温度。左换热器可以做到冬、夏季两用。
右换热器为毛细泵回路热管换热器在夏季利用热管实现回风与送风的热交换,换热器为多组毛细泵回路热管,中间为控制器,回风段为蒸发端送风段为冷凝端,夏季利用回风中的显热对表冷器出口的低温空气进行等湿加热。冬季右换热器不工作。
实施例
以合肥为例,冬季室外设计温度为-7℃,相对湿度为75%,室内设计温度为18℃,相对湿度为50%;夏季室外设计温度为35℃,相对湿度为81%,室内设计温度为26℃,相对湿度为60%。冬、夏季送风量均为5000m3/h,其中新风量均占总送风量的30%。在同样的室外空气状态、室内设计要求和送风状态下,无热管热回收***冬、夏季空调耗能分别为27.17KW和86.33KW;一般热管热回收***为27.17KW和65.83KW;而二次热管热回收***为21.17KW和64.17KW,能够做到冬、夏季均可节能。

1.二次热回收热管式空调***,其特征在于:包括有左、右两个换热器,左边换热器为多组水平放置的毛细芯热管,左边换热器的下冷凝端设新风入口、上蒸发端设排风口、中间设冷凝液管一、控制装置一;右边换热器为多组毛细泵回路热管,右边换热器的上蒸发端设回风口、下冷凝端设送风口、中间设冷凝液管二、控制装置二,所述的控制装置一、二均包括有一个安装在冷凝液管一、二上的阀门以及与阀门电连接的控制器;所述的左、右换热器之间设有表冷器,左、右换热器的下冷凝端分别与表冷器的进、出口相连。
