技术领域
本发明涉及编织袋制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于物料包装的内粘膜编织袋。
背景技术
由于化工、水泥、化肥、食糖等行业对包装的特殊要求,有相当一部分塑料编织袋必须具备防水密封的功能,目前在我国广泛生产和应用的防水密封型编织袋有一种为分离型内衬膜编织袋,这种内衬膜编织袋是将由塑料编织而成的塑料外袋与单层内衬薄膜袋使用人工套装在一起,内袋比外袋的尺寸要大一些;装物料时,内衬膜编织袋的内、外袋受力不均匀,内袋容易破损。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种内粘膜编织袋,以解决现有内衬膜编织袋的内袋容易破损的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种内粘膜编织袋,包括由塑料编织而成的塑料外袋,在所述塑料外袋内依次设有内衬薄膜外层和内衬薄膜内层。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述内衬薄膜外层为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯薄膜层,所述内衬薄膜内层为高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层。
进一步的,所述塑料外袋由聚丙烯塑料制成。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:这种内粘膜编织袋的塑料外袋由聚丙烯塑料编织而成,内衬薄膜外层为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯薄膜层,内衬薄膜内层为高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的热熔温度明显低于聚丙烯和高压低密度聚乙烯,当温度为70度至90度时,内衬薄膜外层熔融,在机器的挤压下,内衬薄膜外层分别与塑料外袋和内衬薄膜内层粘合在一起,这种内粘膜编织袋受力均匀,破损率低,且袋面平整,内袋不走样。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1所示的一种内粘膜编织袋,包括由塑料编织而成的塑料外袋1,在塑料外袋1内依次设有内衬薄膜外层2和内衬薄膜内层3;塑料外袋1由聚丙烯塑料制成,内衬薄膜外层2为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯薄膜层,内衬薄膜内层3为高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层。
由于乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的热熔温度明显低于聚丙烯和高压低密度聚乙烯,当温度为70度至90度时,内衬薄膜外层熔融,在机器的挤压下,内衬薄膜外层2分别与塑料外袋1和内衬薄膜内层3粘合在一起,这种内粘膜编织袋受力均匀,破损率低,且袋面平整,内袋不走样。

1.一种内粘膜编织袋,包括由塑料编织而成的塑料外袋(1),其特征在于:在所述塑料外袋(1)内依次设有内衬薄膜外层(2)和内衬薄膜内层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内粘膜编织袋,其特征在于:所述内衬薄膜外层(2)为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯薄膜层,所述内衬薄膜内层(3)为高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的内粘膜编织袋,其特征在于:所述塑料外袋(1)由聚丙烯塑料制成。
