技术领域
本发明涉及一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析伤害药剂,及其制备和使用方法。
背景技术
在石油行业的钻井、完井、修井及开采作业过程中,常会出现外来流体在储层中滞留的现象,另外一种不相混溶流体渗入储层,或者储层中原有的不相混溶流体饱和度增大,都会使储层渗透率及油气相对渗透度明显降低,当不相混溶流体为水时,这种现象被称作水锁效应;多组分体系在等温降压或等压升温过程中出现液体凝析的现象,被称为反凝析现象,反凝析现象对凝析油气井的伤害是开发凝析气藏的一个非常重要的问题,它会降低凝析气井产能,同时也使凝析油采收率下降。
水锁与反凝析伤害是凝析气藏最主要的伤害,一旦发生此类伤害,凝析气藏渗透率的下降可以达到70%以上,气井产量可以下降至伤害前的1/3以下,甚至导致停产;循环注气、单井注气吞吐、水力压裂和注甲醇等技术已经应用于现场中,但是这些技术存在着成本高、施工难度大、投资回报期长、有效期不稳定等诸多问题,而且由于水锁与反凝析伤害一直伴随着凝析气藏开发的全过程,再次发生水锁及反凝析伤害后必须再次处理。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能够预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析伤害药剂,及其制备和使用方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂,由以下组分按重量百分比构成,15%~30%解堵剂、15%~30%增效剂、40%~70%双疏处理剂;
所述解堵剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:10%氯化氢、1.5%有机磷酸、1%SA1-3缓蚀剂、1.5%SA1-1破乳剂、1.5%SA1-7铁离子稳定剂、1.5%SA5-5助排剂、1%乙二醇***、15%甲醇、67%水;
所述增效剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:1%苯类物、1%酮类、2%阴离子和非离子助渗剂、1%~2%WD-11缓蚀剂、1%~2%HW-9铁离子稳定剂、1%~2%SA-18粘土稳定剂、1%~2%SA1-1破乳剂、88%~92%乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂;
所述双疏处理剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:0.5~2%非离子聚合型含氟表面活性剂、1~2%聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、0.5~1%苯类物、1~2%酮类、1~2%SA1-1破乳剂、91~96%乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂。

一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照解堵剂、增效剂和双疏处理剂的原料重量百分比称取原料;
(2)制备解堵剂:10~40℃和常压条件下,向容器中按比例依次加入水、氯化氢、有机磷酸、SA1-3缓蚀剂、SA1-1破乳剂、SA1-7铁离子稳定剂、SA5-5助排剂、乙二醇***、甲醇,搅拌30分钟以上至溶液完全澄清既得解堵剂;
(3)制备增效剂:10~40℃和常压条件下,向容器中按依次加入乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂、苯类物、酮类、阴离子和非离子助渗剂、WD-11缓蚀剂、HW-9铁离子稳定剂、SA-18粘土稳定剂、SA1-1破乳剂,搅拌30分钟以上至溶液完全澄清既得增效剂;
(4)制备双疏处理剂:在10~40℃和常压条件下,向容器中依次加入乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂、苯类及其同系物、酮类、阴离子和非离子助渗剂、WD-11缓蚀剂、HW-9铁离子稳定剂、SA-18粘土稳定剂、SA1-1破乳剂,搅拌30分钟以上至溶液完全澄清既得双疏处理剂。
一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂的使用方法,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)取解堵剂,按照解堵剂:水=1:3的比例配置成解堵剂溶剂;
(2)采用段塞式注入方式将步骤(1)制备的解堵剂溶剂注入凝析气井中;
(3)将解堵剂反排;
(4)取增效剂,按照增效剂:水=1:3的比例配置成增效剂溶剂;
(5)取双疏处理剂,按照双疏处理剂:水=1:3的比例配置成双疏处理剂溶剂;
(3)同时将步骤(4)制备的增效剂溶剂和步骤(5)制备的双疏处理剂溶剂采用段塞式注入方式注入凝析气井中。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明能同时解除有机、无机堵塞和降低近井区域油水相饱和度;
(2)本发明能改变井筒附近岩石润湿性,将岩石润湿性从油湿或者水湿转变为中性润湿,同时大大降低油水两相在井筒附近区域的流动阻力,解除水锁与反凝析伤害;
(3)本发明能降低近井区域岩石的束缚水和残余油饱和度,降低油水两相的启动压力;
(4)本发明能长效解除水锁与反凝析伤害;
(5)本发明能预防水锁与反凝析伤害,对于未受水锁和反凝析伤害的凝析气井,改变岩石润湿性预防水锁及反凝析伤害;
(6)本发明能适用于不同场合,加入到压裂、酸化、钻井或者修井等作业的液体体系中去,减少油基或者水基工作液进入地层中的液量,也适用油井增产和注水井增注。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂,由以下组分按重量百分比构成,30%解堵剂、30%增效剂、40%双疏处理剂;
解堵剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:10%氯化氢、1.5%有机磷酸、1%SA1-3缓蚀剂、1.5%SA1-1破乳剂、1.5%SA1-7铁离子稳定剂、1.5%SA5-5助排剂、1%乙二醇***、15%甲醇、67%水;
增效剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:1%苯类物、1%酮类、2%阴离子和非离子助渗剂、1%WD-11缓蚀剂、1%HW-9铁离子稳定剂、1%SA-18粘土稳定剂、1%SA1-1破乳剂、92%乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂;
双疏处理剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:0.5%非离子聚合型含氟表面活性剂、1%聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、0.5%苯类物、1%酮类、1%SA1-1破乳剂、96%乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂。
按照以下步骤制备预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂:
(1)按照解堵剂、增效剂和双疏处理剂的原料重量百分比称取原料;
(2)制备解堵剂:10~40℃和常压条件下,向容器中按比例依次加入水、氯化氢、有机磷酸、SA1-3缓蚀剂、SA1-1破乳剂、SA1-7铁离子稳定剂、SA5-5助排剂、乙二醇***、甲醇,搅拌30分钟以上至溶液完全澄清既得解堵剂;
(3)制备增效剂:10~40℃和常压条件下,向容器中按依次加入乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂、苯类物、酮类、阴离子和非离子助渗剂、WD-11缓蚀剂、HW-9铁离子稳定剂、SA-18粘土稳定剂、SA1-1破乳剂,搅拌30分钟以上至溶液完全澄清既得增效剂;
(4)制备双疏处理剂:在10~40℃和常压条件下,向容器中依次加入乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂、苯类及其同系物、酮类、阴离子和非离子助渗剂、WD-11缓蚀剂、HW-9铁离子稳定剂、SA-18粘土稳定剂、SA1-1破乳剂,搅拌30分钟以上至溶液完全澄清既得双疏处理剂。
依次按照以下步骤将制备的预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂使用:
(1)取解堵剂,按照解堵剂:水=1:3的比例配置成解堵剂溶剂;
(2)采用段塞式注入方式将步骤(1)制备的解堵剂溶剂注入凝析气井中;
(3)将解堵剂反排;
(4)取增效剂,按照增效剂:水=1:3的比例配置成增效剂溶剂;

双疏处理剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:1%非离子聚合型含氟表面活性剂、2%聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、1%苯类物、1%酮类、1%SA1-1破乳剂、94%乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂。
预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂的制备和使用方法如实施例1。
实施例3
一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂,由以下组分按重量百分比构成,20%解堵剂、20%增效剂、60%双疏处理剂;
解堵剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:10%氯化氢、1.5%有机磷酸、1%SA1-3缓蚀剂、1.5%SA1-1破乳剂、1.5%SA1-7铁离子稳定剂、1.5%SA5-5助排剂、1%乙二醇***、15%甲醇、67%水;
增效剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:1%苯类物、1%酮类、2%阴离子和非离子助渗剂、2%WD-11缓蚀剂、2%HW-9铁离子稳定剂、2%SA-18粘土稳定剂、2%SA1-1破乳剂、88%乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂;
双疏处理剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:2%非离子聚合型含氟表面活性剂、2%聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、1%苯类物、2%酮类、1%SA1-1破乳剂、92%乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂。
预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂的制备和使用方法如实施例1。
实施例4
一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂,由以下组分按重量百分比构成,20%解堵剂、20%增效剂、60%双疏处理剂;
解堵剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:10%氯化氢、1.5%有机磷酸、1%SA1-3缓蚀剂、1.5%SA1-1破乳剂、1.5%SA1-7铁离子稳定剂、1.5%SA5-5助排剂、1%乙二醇***、15%甲醇、67%水;
增效剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:1%苯类物、1%酮类、1%阴离子和非离子助渗剂、2%WD-11缓蚀剂、1%HW-9铁离子稳定剂、2%SA-18粘土稳定剂、2%SA1-1破乳剂、90%乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂;
双疏处理剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:0.5%非离子聚合型含氟表面活性剂、1.5%聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、0.5%苯类物、2%酮类、1.5%SA1-1破乳剂、94%乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂。
预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂的制备和使用方法如实施例1。
使用双疏处理剂可以改变凝析气井井筒附近岩石润湿性,使岩石润湿性从水湿或者油湿转变为中性润湿,达到提高液相和凝析气流动性,解除水锁及反凝析伤害的目的;近井区域岩石润湿反转至中性润湿能降低凝析油和水的流动阻力,消除或者减小水锁和反凝析伤害,减少近井区域压力降,增大生产压差;同时润湿反转法能减少近井区域总的液相饱和度,增大气相相对渗透率,提高气井产能;由于润湿反转剂通过物理吸附和化学键合牢固地附着在岩石表面,可以经受住长期的油水气冲刷,因此可以长效解决水锁和反凝析伤害的问题。
解堵剂能够解除近井区域有机和无机堵塞;增效剂能增大双疏处理剂对油水的溶解度;双疏处理剂使岩石表面转为中性润湿,降低流动阻力,提高气井产量,且能够通过沉积、团聚、静电吸附等作用附着在岩石孔壁上,不易被液体和气体清除掉,实现长效预防与解除水锁及反凝析伤害。

Claims (8)
1.一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂,其特征在于:由以下组分按重量百分比构成,15%~30%解堵剂、15%~30%增效剂、40%~70%双疏处理剂;
所述解堵剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:10%氯化氢、1.5%有机磷酸、1%SA1-3缓蚀剂、1.5%SA1-1破乳剂、1.5%SA1-7铁离子稳定剂、1.5%SA5-5助排剂、1%乙二醇***、15%甲醇、67%水;
所述增效剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:1%苯类物、1%酮类、2%阴离子和非离子助渗剂、1%~2%WD-11缓蚀剂、1%~2%HW-9铁离子稳定剂、1%~2%SA-18粘土稳定剂、1%~2%SA1-1破乳剂、88%~92%乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂;
所述双疏处理剂由以下原料按重量百分比构成:0.5~2%非离子聚合型含氟表面活性剂、1~2%聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂、0.5~1%苯类物、1~2%酮类、1~2%SA1-1破乳剂、91~96%乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂,其特征在于:所述苯类物为甲苯和二甲苯混合构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂,其特征在于:所述酮类为丙酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂,其特征在于:所述阴离子和非离子助渗剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇醚-8或聚氧乙烯烷基醇醚-20。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂,其特征在于:所述非离子聚合型含氟表面活性剂为氟代脂肪族聚合物酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂,其特征在于:所述聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂是壬基酚聚氧乙烯10醚或壬基酚聚氧乙烯15醚。
7.一种如权利要求1所述预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按照解堵剂、增效剂和双疏处理剂的原料重量百分比称取原料;
(2)制备解堵剂:10~40℃和常压条件下,向容器中按比例依次加入水、氯化氢、有机磷酸、SA1-3缓蚀剂、SA1-1破乳剂、SA1-7铁离子稳定剂、SA5-5助排剂、乙二醇***、甲醇,搅拌30分钟以上至溶液完全澄清既得解堵剂;
(3)制备增效剂:10~40℃和常压条件下,向容器中按依次加入乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂、苯类物、酮类、阴离子和非离子助渗剂、WD-11缓蚀剂、HW-9铁离子稳定剂、SA-18粘土稳定剂、SA1-1破乳剂,搅拌30分钟以上至溶液完全澄清既得增效剂;
(4)制备双疏处理剂:在10~40℃和常压条件下,向容器中依次加入乙二醇单丁醚-乙醇复配溶剂、苯类及其同系物、酮类、阴离子和非离子助渗剂、WD-11缓蚀剂、HW-9铁离子稳定剂、SA-18粘土稳定剂、SA1-1破乳剂,搅拌30分钟以上至溶液完全澄清既得双疏处理剂。
8.一种如权利要求1所述预防、解除凝析气井水锁及反凝析药剂的使用方法,其特征在于:依次包括以下步骤:
(1)取解堵剂,按照解堵剂:水=1:3的比例配置成解堵剂溶剂;
(2)采用段塞式注入方式将步骤(1)制备的解堵剂溶剂注入凝析气井中;
(3)将解堵剂反排;
(4)取增效剂,按照增效剂:水=1:3的比例配置成增效剂溶剂;
(5)取双疏处理剂,按照双疏处理剂:水=1:3的比例配置成双疏处理剂溶剂;
(3)同时将步骤(4)制备的增效剂溶剂和步骤(5)制备的双疏处理剂溶剂采用段塞式注入方式注入凝析气井中。
