本发明涉及一种钒铁渣-煤矸石耐火浇注料。以钒铁渣、煤矸石、镁砂、铝灰、高铝矾土细粉、菱镁矿、氮化铝、硼化铪、碳化硅、多晶氧化铝纤维、六偏磷酸钠、羟基纤维素钠、纯铝酸钙水泥为原料,制备出了使用性能优良、生产成本低的耐火浇注料,达到综合回收利用钒铁渣、煤矸石并降低生产成本的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料领域,尤其涉及一种钒铁渣-煤矸石耐火浇注料。
背景技术
不定形耐火材料是一种不经高温烧成的散状耐热材料,它包括浇注料、捣打料、可塑料、喷补料、涂抹料、投射料、压入料、火泥等制品,是耐火材料的一个重要分支,被誉为二代耐火材料。不定形耐火材料的迅速发展,已经成为冶金、化工等工业生产中不可取代的材料,促进了工业窑炉的变革,推动了耐火材料的发展。在耐火材料工业中,定形耐火材料的比重逐年下降,不定形耐火材料的比重不断增加。
铝矾土、菱镁矿和石墨是三大耐火原料,但是,由于无序开采、加工技术水平不高,资源综合利用水平较低,浪费较为严重,上述矿产资源、特别是高品位耐火原料资源已越来越少,节约资源、综合利用资源已是当务之急。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能克服上述缺陷,利用钒铁渣-煤矸石生产使用性能优良、生产成本低的耐火浇注料,以达到综合回收利用钒铁渣-煤矸石并降低生产成本的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种钒铁渣-煤矸石耐火浇注料,其特征在于,所述耐火材料浇注料由以下重量份数组分制成:
钒铁渣                粒度 0.01~0.2mm        55-60份
煤矸石                粒度 0.1~0.3mm         50-54份
镁砂                  粒度 0.1~0.4mm         25-28份
铝灰                  粒度 0.2~0.5mm         20-24份
高铝矾土细粉          粒度 0.6~0.8mm           2-6份
菱镁矿                粒度 0.3~1.0 mm         2~5份
氮化铝                粒度 0.1~0.4mm          2~4份
硼化铪                粒度 0.1~0.3mm          2~4份
碳化硅                粒度 0.5~1.1mm         6-8份
多晶氧化铝纤维        长2-3mm、宽1-1.2mm    2~3份
六偏磷酸钠            粒度 1~3mm             1~3份
羟基纤维素钠          粒度 1 ~2mm             1~3份
纯铝酸钙水泥          粒度 200目              4~9份;
所述钒铁渣的化学成分为:Al2O78-83 wt%,CaO 10-17 wt%,MgO 1-2.5 wt%,Fe2O0.2-0.8 wt%,SiO0.6-0.8 wt%,VOx 1.3-4 wt%;
所述煤矸石的化学成分为:SiO2 50~55wt%,Al2O3 8~14wt%,CaO 0.4~0.6wt%,Fe2O3 2~3wt%, MgO 1~3wt%,C 8-25wt%;
所述镁砂中氧化镁含量≥95wt%;
所述铝灰的化学成分为:Al2O3 25-50 wt%,Al 15-30 wt%,SiO2 5-15 wt%,MgO 5-10 wt%,TiO2 1-3 wt%,FeO 2-6 wt%,CaO 2-6 wt%。
本发明与现有技术相比,其优点为:
本发明提供的耐火浇注料生产工艺简单,不需要压砖机和挠成熟工设备,工厂占地面积小,基本建设投资比较低,可以大规模地利用钒铁渣、煤矸石等工业固体废弃物制备耐火浇注料,大大降低了耐火材料的制造成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将55份粒度为0.01mm的钒铁渣、50份粒度为0.1mm的煤矸石、25份粒度为0.1mm的镁砂、20份粒度为0.2mm的铝灰、2份粒度为0.6mm的高铝矾土细粉、2份粒度为0.3mm的菱镁矿、2份粒度为0.1mm的氮化铝、2份粒度为0.1mm的硼化铪、6份粒度为0.5mm的碳化硅、2份长2mm、宽1mm的多晶氧化铝纤维、1份粒度为1mm的六偏磷酸钠、1份粒度为1mm的羟基纤维素钠、5份粒度为200目的纯铝酸钙水泥在搅拌机设备中混合20分钟,得到钒铁渣-煤矸石耐火浇注料。
实施例2
将60份粒度为0.2mm的钒铁渣、54份粒度为0.3mm的煤矸石、28份粒度为0.4mm的镁砂、24份粒度为0.5mm的铝灰、6份粒度为0.8mm的高铝矾土细粉、5份粒度为1mm的菱镁矿、4份粒度为0.4mm的氮化铝、4份粒度为0.3mm的硼化铪、8份粒度为1.1mm的碳化硅、3份长3mm、宽1.2mm的多晶氧化铝纤维、3份粒度为3mm的六偏磷酸钠、3份粒度为2mm的羟基纤维素钠、9份粒度为200目的纯铝酸钙水泥在搅拌机设备中混合20分钟,得到钒铁渣-煤矸石耐火浇注料。

1.一种钒铁渣-煤矸石耐火浇注料,其特征在于,所述耐火材料浇注料由以下重量份数组分制成:
钒铁渣                粒度 0.01~0.2mm        55-60份
煤矸石                粒度 0.1~0.3mm         50-54份
镁砂                  粒度 0.1~0.4mm         25-28份
铝灰                  粒度 0.2~0.5mm         20-24份
高铝矾土细粉          粒度 0.6~0.8mm           2-6份
菱镁矿                粒度 0.3~1.0 mm         2~5份
氮化铝                粒度 0.1~0.4mm          2~4份
硼化铪                粒度 0.1~0.3mm          2~4份
碳化硅                粒度 0.5~1.1mm         6-8份
多晶氧化铝纤维        长2-3mm、宽1-1.2mm    2~3份
六偏磷酸钠            粒度 1~3mm             1~3份
羟基纤维素钠          粒度 1 ~2mm             1~3份
纯铝酸钙水泥          粒度 200目              4~9份。
