本发明公开了一种圆管加工固定装置,包括:安装座所述安装座上设有圆柱块,圆柱块远离安装座的端面上设有导向槽,导向槽内配合安装有两个夹紧块,夹紧块与导向槽底部配合面设有齿条;所述圆柱块的外圆面与导向槽垂直方向设有通槽,通槽与导向槽相通;所述通槽安装有滚筒,滚筒上设有第一螺纹和第二螺纹,第一螺纹与第二螺纹旋向相反,第一螺纹和第二螺纹分别于两个夹紧块的齿条配合连接。该圆管加工固定装置即提高了工作效率,又降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及圆管加工设备领域,具体而言,涉及一种圆管加工固定装置。
背景技术
现有技术中往往对圆管进行各种各样的加工,例如焊接法兰盘、钻孔或者截断等,因此经常需要固定圆管,然而圆管不同于普通形状的工件,较难以固定加工。例如在焊接法兰盘时,法兰在与圆管焊接前的连接并不牢固,通常需要将法兰平放在工作台上,再将圆管竖直放在法兰体上,从而增强焊接时的稳定性。
现有的圆管加工时,常因为固定不好,导致加工效果不好等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种圆管加工固定装置,以解决现有技术的不足。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种圆管加工固定装置,包括:安装座,其特征在于,所述安装座上设有圆柱块,圆柱块远离安装座的端面上设有导向槽,导向槽内配合安装有两个夹紧块,夹紧块与导向槽底部配合面设有齿条;所述圆柱块的外圆面与导向槽垂直方向设有通槽,通槽与导向槽相通;所述通槽安装有滚筒,滚筒上设有第一螺纹和第二螺纹,第一螺纹与第二螺纹旋向相反,第一螺纹和第二螺纹分别于两个夹紧块的齿条配合连接。
本发明的有益效果是:通过旋转滚筒,滚筒的螺纹与夹紧块的齿条配合,使两个夹紧块反向移动,夹紧圆管,实现各种不同直径的圆管的固定,避免因加工时圆管的直径不一样,造成制备多根不同直径的圆管加工固定装置。这样不仅需花费大量成本,同时在加工前的置换工作亦导致其生产效率底下。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的圆管加工固定装置,包括安装座1、夹紧块5、滚筒、第一螺纹3、第二螺纹4及圆柱块2。所述安装座1上设有圆柱块2,圆柱块2远离安装座1的端面上设有导向槽,导向槽内配合安装有两个夹紧块5,夹紧块5与导向槽底部配合面设有齿条;所述圆柱块2的外圆面与导向槽垂直方向设有通槽,通槽与导向槽相通;所述通槽安装有滚筒,滚筒上设有第一螺纹3和第二螺纹4,第一螺纹3与第二螺纹4旋向相反,第一螺纹3和第二螺纹4分别于两个夹紧块5的齿条配合连接。
通过旋转滚筒,滚筒的螺纹与夹紧块5的齿条配合,使两个夹紧块5反向移动,夹紧圆管6,实现各种不同直径的圆管6的固定,避免因加工时圆管6的直径不一样,造成制备多根不同直径的圆管加工固定装置。这样不仅需花费大量成本,同时在加工前的置换工作亦导致其生产效率底下。
