本发明涉及可组装整体超薄叶片风机。
背景技术
本人发明的《平面直线整体叶片风机》的强度、重量、噪音和安全可靠性指标比现有风机有大幅度提高。但是《平面直线整体叶片风机》强度过大叶片过短是极大的浪费,不能将风机全部分解不利于运输,叶片过厚重量不能减到合理程度。
发明内容
本发明是利用《平面直线整体叶片风机》强度优势,在叶环与叶片的连接处打出安装孔,在叶片根部与叶轮连接处也打出安装孔,在运输时将叶片、叶环和叶轮分解开,需要安装时在将叶片、叶环和叶轮用螺丝安装在一起。由于叶环增强了风机的整体强度,所以叶片厚度可以做到2毫米以下。
具体实施方式
将叶环做成可以分解和组合的独立部件,在叶片与叶环连接处打出安装孔,在叶片根部和叶轮外圆处打出安装孔,需要组装时将叶片、叶环合叶轮组装在一起。将叶片厚度根据需要做成2毫米以下。
