技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,具体涉及一种超轻的弹性记忆汽车用橡胶配方。
背景技术
    随着高速公路的迅速发展和车辆速度的加快,轮胎的行驶速度等级也相应提高,带来的问题是车辆的安全性,对轮胎的要求是在保证高行驶里程的前提下对路面的抓着性好,尤其是在下雨天湿路面和冬季冰雪路面上抗滑性能好,耐磨、滚动阻力低、抗湿滑性能好的轮胎称之为高性能轮胎,普通的硫化橡胶受泥土、肮脏环境、潮湿、盐以及日光的影响比较大,不能适用一些特殊的环境需要,受到冲击变形后容易影响设备的安全运行,存在安全隐患,弹性记忆橡胶原件与普通弹簧相比具有多种优点,高自然阻尼、抗冲击性能好、隔绝振动以及抗腐蚀和长寿命,现有配方生产出的高弹性记忆橡胶制品使用寿命均比较低而且不环保。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种弹性性能好的,重量较轻的,适用于所有汽车的超轻的弹性记忆汽车用橡胶。
    为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:所提供的一种超轻的弹性记忆汽车用橡胶配方,所述橡胶配方由以下重量分数的组分构成:顺丁橡胶30-40份,白炭黑12-14份,环烷油6-8份,氧化锌7-9份,溶液聚合丁苯橡胶13-15份,SB-13 4-7份,硫磺5-7份,天然胶11-13份,氧化锌13-15份,乳化剂16-18份,硬脂酸7-9份,增粘树脂15-19份,吐霜防止剂CM-4 7-10份,促进剂7-8份。

    优选的,所述乳化剂为双乙酰酒石酸单甘油酯,所述促进剂为胺类促进剂:三乙烯二胺。

 一种超轻的弹性记忆汽车用橡胶配方,所述橡胶配方由以下重量分数的组分构成:顺丁橡胶30份,白炭黑14份,环烷油6份,氧化锌8份,溶液聚合丁苯橡胶14份,SB-13 6份,硫磺6份,天然胶12份,氧化锌14份,乳化剂17份,硬脂酸8份,增粘树脂17份,吐霜防止剂CM-4 9份,促进剂7份。
基于上述,本发明所述的一种超轻的弹性记忆汽车用橡胶配方,使用本配方生产出来的橡胶具有重量轻,弹性性能好,适用于所有汽车的优点,而且该种橡胶具有耐磨、耐低温,生热低、滚动阻力小、拉伸强力高、耐撕裂、抗冲击性能好、隔绝振动、抗腐蚀、长寿命以及环保抗湿滑性好等优点,适合工厂对产品的大批量生产,满足了国家工业化的大跨步发展的需要。
    显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
