本发明公开了一种杀菌防潮塑料包装袋,包括:纳米合金、抗菌剂、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、复合稳定剂和防潮剂,按照质量百分比计算,纳米合金占10-15%、抗菌剂2-8%、聚乙烯20-30%、聚丙烯20-30%、复合稳定剂3-7%和防潮剂1-5%。通过上述方式,本发明能够提供一种杀菌防潮塑料包装袋,添加了纳米合金的塑料,能够具有较佳的抗菌和吸水防潮性能,且利用双螺杆挤出法,能够将塑料的抗菌能力提升至90%及以上,且配方简单、实用性好,也能够有效地降低成本,具有杀菌时效长、经济、方便等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑胶制品,特别是涉及一种杀菌防潮塑料包装袋。
背景技术
现有技术中,塑料的抗菌性大家并陌生,但是配方不成熟、工艺复杂是制约该功能塑料的重要因素,因此,提高抗菌性和降低成本等条件能够提升抗菌塑料的使用范围。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:如何能够提供一种添加了纳米合金的塑料,能够具有较佳的抗菌和吸水防潮性能,且利用双螺杆挤出法,能够将塑料的抗菌能力提升至90%及以上,且配方简单、实用性好,也能够有效地降低成本,具有杀菌时效长、经济、方便等特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种杀菌防潮塑料包装袋,包括:纳米合金、抗菌剂、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、复合稳定剂和防潮剂,按照质量百分比计算,纳米合金占10-15%、抗菌剂2-8%、聚乙烯20-30%、聚丙烯20-30%、复合稳定剂3-7%和防潮剂1-5%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌剂与聚乙烯和聚丙烯之和的的比例为1∶20。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合稳定剂为蓖麻油酸钙、硬脂酸锌、蓖麻油酸锌。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述杀菌防潮塑料包装袋采用双螺杆挤出法。
本发明的有益效果是:添加了纳米合金的塑料,能够具有较佳的抗菌和吸水防潮性能,且利用双螺杆挤出法,能够将塑料的抗菌能力提升至90%及以上,且配方简单、实用性好,也能够有效地降低成本,具有杀菌时效长、经济、方便等特点。

在本实施例中提供一种杀菌防潮塑料包装袋,所述的杀菌防潮塑料包装袋包括:纳米合金、抗菌剂、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、复合稳定剂和防潮剂,按照质量百分比计算,纳米合金占10%、抗菌剂8%、聚乙烯30%、聚丙烯30%、复合稳定剂7%和防潮剂5%。
优选的,纳米合金占15%、抗菌剂2%、聚乙烯20%、聚丙烯200%、复合稳定剂3%和防潮剂1%。
纳米合金占13%、抗菌剂7%、聚乙烯25%、聚丙烯25%、复合稳定剂5%和防潮剂3%。
所述抗菌剂与聚乙烯和聚丙烯之和的的比例为1∶20,所述复合稳定剂为蓖麻油酸钙、硬脂酸锌、蓖麻油酸锌,所述杀菌防潮塑料包装袋采用双螺杆挤出法。
本发明的有益效果是:添加了纳米合金的塑料,能够具有较佳的抗菌和吸水防潮性能,且利用双螺杆挤出法,能够将塑料的抗菌能力提升至90%及以上,且配方简单、实用性好,也能够有效地降低成本,具有杀菌时效长、经济、方便等特点。

1.一种杀菌防潮塑料包装袋,其特征在于,包括:纳米合金、抗菌剂、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、复合稳定剂和防潮剂,按照质量百分比计算,纳米合金占10-15%、抗菌剂2-8%、聚乙烯20-30%、聚丙烯20-30%、复合稳定剂3-7%和防潮剂1-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌防潮塑料包装袋,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂与聚乙烯和聚丙烯之和的的比例为1∶20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌防潮塑料包装袋,其特征在于,所述复合稳定剂为蓖麻油酸钙、硬脂酸锌、蓖麻油酸锌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌防潮塑料包装袋,其特征在于,所述杀菌防潮塑料包装袋采用双螺杆挤出法。
