本发明提供一种具有基于人的感情或性情的用户接口的智能设备及用户接口方法，具有如下效果，考虑用户的感情或性情而向用户提供内容、变更频道、驱动应用程序及提供广告。

技术领域
本发明涉及用户接口装置及用户接口方法，更具体地，涉及一种具有基于人的感情或性情的用户接口的智能设备及用户接口方法。
背景技术
电视在十九世纪末首次问世之后，随着画面显示方法或设计等持续地发展，从二十世纪后稳定地确立了最大众性的信息传输设备的位置。但，现有的电视存在如下的缺点，观众只单向接收从电视台传送的单向的信息。
为了解决该单向通信的问题，智能电视(Smart TV)问世。智能电视是指在将连接网络功能与电视结合、设置各种应用程序(application：应用程序)而运用网上冲浪及视频点播、社交网络服务(Social Networking Service，下面称SNS)、游戏等各种功能的多功能电视。
智能电视的最大的特征为具有用户和电视能够相互传输接收信息的功能。与所述的只单向传输信息的现有的电视相比，此为最大的不同点。
随着智能电视兴起，研发了涉及用户和电视相互传输接收信息的方式的技术，该技术中代表性的为声音识别技术。即，当前，用户想控制电视变更频道时，使用了遥控器等，但逐渐和声音一起，具有了方便用户的接口。
但，存在如下问题，只通过声音识别等技术，无法按用户的性情或感情而向用户提供所需的内容等。
发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
本发明是为了解决如上所述现有技术问题而研发，本发明的目的为提供一种智能设备及用户接口方式，对用户的性情或使用智能设备的当前用户的感情状态进行反应，而向用户提供适合的内容等。
用于解决问题的技术方案
本发明通过摄像机等获取用户的脸部图像信息，并从获取的图像生成用户的感情或性情等信息，根据所生成的信息，输出所需的画面或音频。
发明的效果
本发明具有如下效果，能够将用户的性情或用户的当前感情状态的所适合的内容等提供给用户。

优选的实施方式
本发明的智能设备包括：摄像机部，获取用户的脸部图像信息；识别部，利用通过所述摄像机部获取的图像，生成用户的感情或性情中的至少一者的相关的信息；控制部，控制所述摄像机部及识别部，基于由所述识别部传输的信息，选择输出何种画面或音频；及输出部，根据所述控制部的选择，输出画面或音频。
本发明的智能设备的用户接口方法包括如下步骤：利用通过位于智能设备的摄像机部而获取的用户的脸部图像信息，识别用户的感情状态或用户的性情中的至少一个；执行与所述识别的结果相应的内容的提供、变更频道、驱动应用程序、提供广告中的任一者。
具体实施方式
图1为显示本发明能够识别用户的感情/性情的智能设备的一实施例的结构图。
参照图1，能够识别用户的感情/性情的智能设备(10)包括：摄像机部(11)、识别部(12)、控制部(13)及输出部(14)。
在本发明中，智能设备(10)为根据用户的控制而驱动内容或应用程序的电子设备，包括智能电视、智能手机、智能广告显示装置、笔记本电脑及可游戏/教育的机器人。
形成于本发明的智能设备(10)的摄像机部(11)实时获取当前用户的脸部图像信息。优选地，摄像机部(11)安装于智能设备(10)的正面，能够容易获取使用智能设备(10)的用户的脸部图像信息。
通过摄像机部(11)所获取的用户的脸部图像信息被传输至识别部(12)。识别部(12)对通过摄像机部(11)所获取的用户的脸部图像进行分析，而推导出用户当前的感情或性情。例如，一般情况下，人所具有的感情分为无表情、高兴、悲伤、生气及惊讶五种。并且，人的性情分为内向型人、外向型人、两种性情混合的人。
在识别部(12)对通过摄像机部(11)所传输的用户的脸部图像信息进行分析，判断用户当前具有哪种感情状态。即，在识别部(12)中通过借助摄像机部(11)所传输的用户的表情，判断用户当前是否为无表情状态、高兴状态、悲伤状态、生气状态或惊讶状态。
另外，在识别部(12)通过从用户的无表情的状态、高兴状态、悲伤状态、生气状态、惊讶状态的脸部变化，判断用户是否为内向型人、外向型人或两种性情混合的人。
如上所述，通过识别部(12)实时判断的用户的感情/性情信息传输至控制部(13)。控制部(13)以通过识别部传输的信息为基础，选择要向用户表示的内容或要驱动的应用程序(应用软件)或广告。
例如，用户的当前状态被识别为高兴状态时，控制部(13)控制使得通过输出部(14)输出与喜剧节目，或娱乐作品相应的内容。另外，用户的当前状态被识别为生气或惊讶状态时，控制部(13)控制使得通过输出部(14)输出稳定心情的好的音乐，或电视剧或广告等。并且，用户的当前状态被识别为悲伤状态时，控制使得通过输出部(14)输出给予感动的电影或游戏应用程序或广告等。
并且，用户被识别为内向型人时，控制部(13)控制使得通过输出部(14)输出给予感动的电影或音乐等内容及/或适合用户的性情的广告(例如，古典表演广告)等。另外，用户被识别为外向型人时，控制部(13)控制使得通过输出部(14)输出运动等内容及/或适合用户的性情的广告(例如，运动广告)等。
输出部(14)借助控制部(13)的控制而输出画面及/或音频。
图2为利用本发明的智能设备，显示用户的感情的接口方法的一实施例的流程图。
用户为了使用智能设备(10)而出现在智能设备前面时，智能设备识别用户的出现(S21)，为了向用户询问是否打开智能设备(10)，显示问题(S22)。例如，“能够打开电视吗？”等问题。对此，用户使用声音或遥控器等，命令打开智能设备(10)时，智能设备(10)运行(S23)。
在智能设备(10)运行时，识别部(12)对通过摄像机部(11)传输的用户的脸部图像信息进行分析，判断用户的当前感情状态(S24)。智能设备(10)根据用户的感情状态，向用户提供判断为起到帮助的内容列表，或提供频道列表或应用程序列表(S25)。此时，与所述列表一起，或者也能够提供判断对用户的感情状态起到帮助的服务或商品相关的广告。
此时，智能设备(10)不向用户提供列表，也能够直接选择所需的内容、频道、应用程序，而输出给用户。
用户从由智能设备(10)推荐的内容/频道/应用程序中选择任一者时(S26)，智能设备(10)执行所推荐的内容，或设定频道，或驱动应用程序(S27)。
图3为利用本发明的智能设备，显示用户的性情的接口方法的一实施例的流程图。
智能设备(10)运行并将内容表示给用户时(S31)，智能设备(10)获取根据所表示的内容而用户的表情变化的信息(S32)。
智能设备(10)基于用户的表情变化的信息而判断用户的性情(S33)。例如，用户的性情能够判定为外向型，或判定为内向型或判定为两种性情混合型。
由此，判定的用户信息存储于智能设备(10)的存储单元(S34)。智能设备(10)运用所存储的用户的性情信息及/或实时获取的用户的当前感情状态信息而向用户推荐适合的内容/频道/应用程序(S35)。此时，基于用户的性情及/或感情状态信息，能够提供与其相应地服务或商品相关的广告。
用户选取所推荐的内容/频道/应用程序中任一者时(S36)，输出选取的内容，或设定频道，或驱动应用程序(S37)。
工业实用性
本发明能够使用于电子设备的接口。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有基于人的感情或性情的用户接口的智能设备，该智能设备的特征在于，
包括：
摄像机部，获取用户的脸部图像信息；
识别部，利用通过所述摄像机部而获取的图像，生成与用户的感情或性情中的至少一者相关的信息；
控制部，控制所述摄像机部及识别部，并以从所述识别部传输的信息为基础，选择输出何种画面或音频；及
输出部，根据所述控制部的选择，输出画面或音频。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有基于人的感情或性情的用户接口的智能设备，其特征在于，
所述画面或音频借助于执行能够通过所述智能设备提供的内容、频道或应用程序中的任一者。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有基于人的感情或性情的用户接口的智能设备，其特征在于，
所述用户的感情的信息为无表情、高兴、悲伤、生气、惊讶中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的具有基于人的感情或性情的用户接口的智能设备，其特征在于，
所述用户的性情的信息为外向型性情、内向型性情、混合性情中的任一种。
5.一种智能设备的用户接口方法，其特征在于，
包括如下步骤：
利用通过位于智能设备的摄像机部而获取的用户的脸部图像信息，识别用户的感情状态或用户的性情中的至少一者；及
执行与所述识别的结果相应的内容的提供、变更频道、驱动应用程序、提供广告中的任一者。
