Recombinant virus rMG7-ASFVp72 can produce specific C D8 cell immune response by inducing mouse.The result display of Fig. 6 (A), mouse can produce the T lymphocyte of specific secretion IFN-γ for African swine fever virus p72 albumen and IL-4 cytokine after four immunity.Fig. 6 (B) shows, can induce and produce a large amount of specific cd8 t cell under p72 albumen stimulates.
The present invention utilizes reverse genetic operating system, African swine fever virus p72 gene is inserted into Avian pneumo-encephalitis virus MG7 attenuated IBDVs genome, success builds and has saved out the recombinant Newcastle disease virus rMG7-ASFVp72 expressing African swine fever virus p72 albumen, experiment results proved rMG7-ASFVp72 can correction African swine fever virus p72 albumen, and recombinant virus maintains the high titre growth characteristics consistent with MG7 attenuated IBDVs, genomic genetic stability and to mammiferous security.Show the immunity test result of recombinant virus rMG7-ASFVp72, rMG7-ASFVp72 can produce humoral and cellular immune response reaction by inducing mouse.
The recombinant Newcastle disease virus MG7 vaccine strain of the expression African swine fever virus p72 albumen described in this research at home and abroad still belongs to the first time report.RMG7-ASFVp72 has very important strategic reserves meaning for the prevention and control of African swine fever.
