Abstract
本发明公开了一种添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂富锌涂料及其制备方法,该涂料在制备过程中,通过添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂,改善金属锌粉与硅酸盐的兼容性,同时提高与底材亲和性,制备出一种附着力优异的富锌涂料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属防腐涂料,特别涉及一种添加钛酸酯偶联剂的富锌涂料,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
金属在我们生活中用途越来越广泛,如汽车工业、制造业、建筑业、交通运输业,在金属材料中,钢铁使用最为普通,2014年全球粗钢产量达到16.62亿吨,同比增长1.2%。其中中国粗钢产量达到8.227亿吨,钢材主要用于结构材料、大型建筑及大型机械里面。钢铁使用时容易腐蚀,腐蚀时,在金属的界面上发生了化学或电化学多相反应,使金属转入氧化(离子)状态。这会显著降低钢铁材料的强度、塑性、韧性等力学性能,破坏金属构件的几何形状,缩短设备的使用寿命,甚至造成火灾、***等灾难性事故。人们通过各种方式来延缓钢铁的腐蚀速度,如改进基材、选用防腐蚀材料、增加金属镀层、添加缓蚀剂等。通过向纯金属中添加其他物质来抑制或者阻止钢铁的腐蚀缺点在于与原来的材料相比,其物理性能往往会有所缺失,或者由于合金的成本而导致成本增加。因此最常用的防腐方式就是给需要保护的金属外加一个有耐受能力的表面涂层。涂料是钢结构防腐的重要途径之一,而富锌底漆是防腐涂料中应用最广泛的基础品种之一。
富锌涂料分为有机富锌油漆和无机富锌涂料,有机富锌涂料常用环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、乙烯基树脂和聚氨酯树脂为成膜基料。但有机富锌涂料的有机成膜物的导电性能差。无机富锌涂料又分为有溶剂型和水性两类。其中水性无机富锌涂料是由水性无机硅酸盐(纳、钾、锂)树脂、锌粉、助剂等组成。水性涂料中,由于溶剂少,润湿性低,因而附着力不如相应的溶剂型涂料好,且锌粉添加到涂料中,由于锌粉与无机硅酸盐较难融合,容易聚集和下沉。
钛酸酯偶联剂可与聚合物及金属锌粉之间形成桥键,由于偶联剂中引人极性基团(如环氧基团),改善金属锌粉与硅酸盐的兼容性,同时与底材亲和性提高,附着力明显增强。本发明通过在制备富锌涂料过程中,添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂,制备出一种附着力优异的富锌涂料。
发明内容
本发明公开一种添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂富锌涂料及其制备工艺,该涂料所含组分的质量百分比为:
硅酸钾 10%-20%;
硅酸鈉 10%-20%;
超细锌粉 40%-60% ;
硅丙乳液 15%-30%;
单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯 3%-10% ;
稀磷酸 2-10%。
一种添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂富锌涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴ 取一容器,将硅酸钾溶液和硅酸鈉溶液倒入容器中,混合并加热;
⑵ 再将一定量的硅丙乳液缓慢倒入容器中,并不停的搅拌;
⑶ 停止加热,再往容器中加入一定量的单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯,高速搅拌;
⑷ 加入锌粉,不停地搅拌;
⑸ 最后添加适量的稀磷酸,即得一种添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂富锌涂料。
优先地,在步骤⑴ 中,加热温度为70-80℃。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴ 该涂料制备工艺简单,操作性好;
⑵ 涂料具有较好流平性,同时赋予涂层良好的耐磨性。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
取一容器,将50g硅酸钾溶液和100g硅酸鈉溶液分别倒入容器中,混合后在70℃左右加热,再缓慢往容器中滴加100g硅丙乳液,并用搅拌机不停搅拌,滴加完毕后,将体系温度降至室温,再往容器中加入25g单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入添加200g超细锌粉,最后添加25g稀磷酸,即得一种添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂富锌涂料。
实施例二:
取一容器,将75g硅酸钾溶液和75g硅酸鈉溶液分别倒入容器中,混合后在75℃左右加热,再缓慢往容器中滴加75g硅丙乳液,并用搅拌机不停搅拌,滴加完毕后,将体系温度降至室温,再往容器中加15g单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入添加250g超细锌粉,最后添加10g稀磷酸,即得一种添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂富锌涂料。
实施例三:
取一容器,将100g硅酸钾溶液和100g硅酸鈉溶液分别倒入容器中,混合后在80℃左右加热,再缓慢往容器中滴加150g硅丙乳液,并用搅拌机不停搅拌,滴加完毕后,将体系温度降至室温,再往容器中加入30g单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入添加600g超细锌粉,最后添加20g稀磷酸,即得一种添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂富锌涂料。
Claims (3)
1.一种添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂富锌涂料,其特征在于该涂料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
⑴ 取一容器,将硅酸钾溶液和硅酸鈉溶液倒入容器中,混合并加热;
⑵ 再将一定量的硅丙乳液缓慢倒入容器中,并不停的搅拌;
⑶ 停止加热,再往容器中加入一定量的单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯,高速搅拌;
⑷ 加入锌粉,不停地搅拌;
⑸ 最后添加适量的稀磷酸,即得一种添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂富锌涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂富锌涂料,其特征在于,该富锌涂料组分含量的质量百分比为:硅酸钾10%-20%,硅酸鈉 10%-20%,超细锌粉 40%-60%,硅丙乳液 15%-30%,单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯 3%-10% ,稀磷酸 2-10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加单烷氧基不饱和脂肪酸钛酸酯偶联剂富锌涂料,其特征在于,在步骤⑴ 中,加热温度为70-80℃。
