Abstract
本发明涉及一种无异味塑料袋,属于塑料袋生产领域,所述高性能塑料袋的生产原料包括线性低密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、香叶烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚丙烯相容剂、除味剂,所述各原料百分比为:线性低密度聚乙烯20-25%、低密度聚乙烯20-30%、香叶烯10-15%、聚丙烯树脂15-25%、聚丙烯相容剂10-15%、除味剂5-10%。本发明所述的一种无异味塑料袋,在材料中加入除味剂,可以去除塑料袋在使用时的橡胶味,同时在材料中加入香叶烯,使塑料袋具有芳香的气味,在低密度聚乙烯等材料,可以提高塑料袋的拉升度,提高了塑料袋的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种塑料袋,尤其涉及一种无异味塑料袋,属于塑料袋生产领域。
背景技术
塑料袋的原料为聚乙烯,在我们生活中无时无刻我们都在用塑料袋,例如上街买菜、电器包装、食品包装等等,都在使用塑料袋,塑料袋的种类有很多,常用的食品塑料袋多为聚乙烯薄膜制成,该薄膜无毒,故可用于盛装食品。还有一种薄膜为聚氯乙烯制成,聚氯乙烯本身也无毒性,但根据薄膜的用途所加入的添加剂往往是对人体有害的物质,具有一定的毒性。所以这类薄膜及由该薄膜做的塑料袋均不宜用来盛装食品。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种无异味塑料袋。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种无异味塑料袋,所述高性能塑料袋的生产原料包括线性低密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、香叶烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚丙烯相容剂、除味剂,所述各原料百分比为:线性低密度聚乙烯20-25%、低密度聚乙烯20-30%、香叶烯10-15%、聚丙烯树脂15-25%、聚丙烯相容剂10-15%、除味剂5-10%。
进一步地,所述各原料百分比为:线性低密度聚乙烯21-24%、低密度聚乙烯22-28%、香叶烯12-14%、聚丙烯树脂17-23%、聚丙烯相容剂11-13%、除味剂6-8%。
进一步地,所述各原料百分比为:线性低密度聚乙烯23%、低密度聚乙烯27%、香叶烯13%、聚丙烯树脂18%、聚丙烯相容剂12%、除味剂7%。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明所述的一种无异味塑料袋,在材料中加入除味剂,可以去除塑料袋在使用时的橡胶味,同时在材料中加入香叶烯,使塑料袋具有芳香的气味,在低密度聚乙烯等材料,可以提高塑料袋的拉升度,提高了塑料袋的使用寿命。

一种无异味塑料袋,所述高性能塑料袋的生产原料包括线性低密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、香叶烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚丙烯相容剂、除味剂,所述各原料百分比为:线性低密度聚乙烯25%、低密度聚乙烯25%、香叶烯15%、聚丙烯树脂15%、聚丙烯相容剂15%、除味剂5%。
实施例2:所述各原料百分比为:线性低密度聚乙烯22%、低密度聚乙烯25%、香叶烯13%、聚丙烯树脂20%、聚丙烯相容剂13%、除味剂7%。
实施例3:所述各原料百分比为:线性低密度聚乙烯23%、低密度聚乙烯27%、香叶烯13%、聚丙烯树脂18%、聚丙烯相容剂12%、除味剂7%。
实施例4:所述各原料百分比为:线性低密度聚乙烯21%、低密度聚乙烯25%、香叶烯12%、聚丙烯树脂15%、聚丙烯相容剂11%、除味剂6%。
