Abstract

本发明涉及一种低温球阀,属于阀门的技术领域。本发明的低温球阀包括阀体和球体;阀体包括阀座和流体通道,流体通道具有流体入口和流体出口;球***于流体通道内,并且球体设置在阀座上且与所述阀座相接触形成阀座密封面;球体包括一个横向通道,通过旋转所述球体使所述横向通道的轴线与所述流体通道的轴线对齐时,则所述流体入口、流体出口处于最大流通状态;当旋转球体使横向通道的轴线与流体通道的轴线成一定角度时,则减少或闭合了流体入口与流体出口之间的流体流通量。本发明的低温球阀通过涡轮和扇形齿段传动,能够可靠安全地控制阀的开启和闭合;而通过硬化处理和特定的涂层处理,使得球阀耐低温、耐冲击,而且密封性好,结构安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门的技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种低温球阀。
背景技术
现有技术中,低温球阀通常包括阀体、阀盖、球体、阀杆,和压盖等部件;其中,球体设置在阀体内,阀盖设置在阀体上,阀盖与阀体上设置有用以固定两者的螺柱,压盖设置在阀体上,压盖与阀体上设置有用以固定两者的螺钉,阀杆卡设在压盖内,阀杆底部与球体顶部连接。
低温球阀主要适用于乙烯、液化天然气等化工装置上,输出的液态低温介质如乙烯、液氧、液氢等。在现有技术中,低温球阀的阀盖与阀体之间、压盖与阀体之间的密封性较差,另外也容易导致紧固件失效等问题的发生。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种低温球阀。
一种低温球阀,包括阀体和球体,其特征在于:所述阀体包括阀座和位于阀座上方的流体通道,所述流体通道具有位于一端的流体入口和位于另一端的流体出口;所述球***于所述流体通道内,并且所述球体设置在所述阀座上且与所述阀座相接触形成阀座密封面;所述球体包括一个横向通道,通过旋转所述球体使所述横向通道的轴线与所述流体通道的轴线对齐时,则所述流体入口、流体出口处于最大流通状态;当旋转所述球体使所述横向通道的轴线与所述流体通道的轴线成一定角度时,则减少或闭合了流体入口与流体出口之间的流体流通量。
其中,所述低温球阀还包括驱动部件,所述驱动部件包括驱动轴、扇形齿段以及涡轮;所述驱动轴的末端安装并紧固在所述球体的上端,所述球体的下端通过旋转螺栓安装在所述阀座上;所述扇形齿段通过螺栓安装在所述驱动轴上端的上方;所述涡轮带动所述扇形齿段,进而带动所述驱动轴旋转,进而驱动球体旋转以实现阀的开启或关闭。
其中,所述驱动轴为1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢。所述驱动轴在980~1050℃固溶处理0.5~1.0小时,固溶处理后水冷至350℃以下,然后在850~880℃进行稳定化处理。
其中,所述球体由硬化钢制成,所述硬化钢的化学组成如下:0.05~0.08wt%的C,0.20~1.5wt%的Si,0.30~1.50wt%的Mn,0.20~0.50wt%的Ni,2.5~3.0wt%的Cr,0.10~0.25wt%的Cu、0.01~0.05wt%的Al,0.01~0.05wt%的Mo,0.005~0.015wt%的N,0.02~0.10wt%的Ti,0.002~0.005wt%的Zr;余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
其中,[Cu]、[Ni]、[Mo]和[Cr]分别代表Cu、Ni、Mo、Cr的质量百分比,并且它们满足以下不等式:2.5[Cu]+1.2[Ni]+4.9[Mo]+1.1[Cr]≥3.4。
其中,所述球体经过锻造成型,然后加热到800~850℃保温30~60min,风冷;然后在1000~1050℃进行高温渗碳,碳势为0.6~0.8wt%,渗碳时间为1.5~2.0小时,然后在温度为100~150℃的油中进行淬火;然后在250~320℃进行回火处理,回火处理时间为1.5~2.5小时。
其中,所述球体表面以及阀座密封面表面均形成有低摩擦硬质涂层。
其中,所述低摩擦硬质涂层的组成为10.0~15.0wt%的碳化钨、3.0~5.0wt%的二硫化钼、12.0~15.0wt%的铝、10.0~12.0wt%的铬、0.1~1.0wt%的锆,和余量的镍。
本发明所述的低温球阀具有以下有益效果:
本发明所述的低温球阀通过涡轮和扇形齿段传动,能够可靠安全地控制阀的开启和闭合;而通过硬化处理和特定的涂层处理,使得所述球阀耐低温、耐冲击,而且密封性好,结构安全可靠。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明所述的低温球阀做进一步的阐述,以帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
实施例1
如附图1~2所示,本实施例所述的低温球阀,包括阀体10、球体20和驱动部件30。其中,所述阀体10包括阀座11和位于阀座上方的流体通道12,所述流体通道12具有位于一端的流体入口13和位于另一端的流体出口14;所述球体20位于所述流体通道12内,并且所述球体20设置在所述阀座11上且与所述阀座11相接触形成阀座密封面15。所述球体20包括一个横向通道21,通过旋转所述球体使所述横向通道的轴线与所述流体通道的轴线对齐时,则所述流体入口、流体出口处于最大流通状态;当旋转所述球体使所述横向通道的轴线与所述流体通道的轴线成一定角度时,则减少或闭合了流体入口与流体出口之间的流体流通量。所述驱动部件30包括驱动轴31、扇形齿段32以及涡轮33;所述驱动轴31的末端安装并紧固在所述球体20的上端,所述球体20的下端通过旋转螺栓16安装在所述阀座11上;所述扇形齿段32通过螺栓安装在所述驱动轴31上端的上方;所述涡轮33带动所述扇形齿段32,进而带动所述驱动轴31旋转,进而驱动球体20围绕旋转螺栓16的中心轴旋转并实现阀的开启或关闭,而所述涡轮可以通过电机(图中未示出)驱动。在本实施例中,所述驱动轴为1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢。所述驱动轴在980~1050℃固溶处理0.5~1.0小时,固溶处理后水冷至350℃以下,然后在850~880℃进行稳定化处理。所述球体由硬化钢制成,而所述球体表面以及阀座密封面表面均形成有低摩擦硬质涂层。
实施例2
在本实施例中,为了赋予所述球体在低温环境中的力学系能,尤其是耐冷热冲击以及低温热性等力学性能,所述球体采用硬化钢锻造而成。所述硬化钢的化学组成如下:0.05~0.08wt%的C,0.20~1.5wt%的Si,0.30~1.50wt%的Mn,0.20~0.50wt%的Ni,2.5~3.0wt%的Cr,0.10~0.25wt%的Cu、0.01~0.05wt%的Al,0.01~0.05wt%的Mo(优选为0.01~0.02wt%),0.005~0.015wt%的N,0.02~0.10wt%的Ti,0.002~0.005wt%的Zr;余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。其中,[Cu]、[Ni]、[Mo]和[Cr]分别代表Cu、Ni、Mo、Cr的质量百分比,并且它们满足以下不等式:2.5[Cu]+1.2[Ni]+4.9[Mo]+1.1[Cr]≥3.4。
所述球体经过锻造成型,然后加热到800~850℃保温30~60min,风冷;然后在1000~1050℃进行高温渗碳,碳势为0.6~0.8wt%,渗碳时间为1.5~2.0小时,然后在温度为100~150℃的油中进行淬火;然后在250~320℃进行回火处理,回火处理时间为1.5~2.5小时。本实施例所述的硬化钢当Cu、Ni、Mo、Cr的组成满足2.5[Cu]+1.2[Ni]+4.9[Mo]+1.1[Cr]≥3.4时,通过渗碳处理不仅使得碳化物以及少量的氮化物析出产生了强化作用,使得硬化钢的表面硬度高,而内部韧性好,具有优异的抵抗冷热循环和热冲击的性能。
实施例3
在本实施例中,所述球体表面以及阀座密封面表面均形成有低摩擦硬质涂层,所述低摩擦硬质涂层需要兼有高硬度、低摩擦系数,以在保证密封的同时实现球体良好的运转。所述低摩擦硬质涂层的组成为10.0~15.0wt%的碳化钨、3.0~5.0wt%的二硫化钼、12.0~15.0wt%的铝、10.0~12.0wt%的铬、0.1~1.0wt%的锆,和余量的镍;涂层的厚度一般为10~200μm,优选为20~100μm。上述涂层采用粉末原料,并且通过惰性气氛球磨使得粉末原料中铝、铬、锆和镍的粉末粒径为10μm以下,而二硫化钼硅和碳化钨的粒径为10~20μm。然后利用超音速火焰喷涂***进行喷涂,使用的送粉气体为N2。HVOF喷涂的工艺参数为:O2压力为0.50~0.60MPa,O2流量为10.0~15.0m3/h;N2的压力0.50~0.55MPa,N2的流量为11.5~13.0m3/h;喷涂距离为250~260mm;喷涂后在氧气分压为100~1000Pa的低氧气氛下,于800~850℃进行氧化热处理,热处理时间为1.5~2.0小时。喷涂所得到的耐磨硬质涂层的硬度HV0.1可以达到1360±105。另外,通过在-50℃至100℃的冷热循环表明,具有本实施例组成的低摩擦硬质涂层基本不会生成大于20μm以上的裂纹,而且所述硬质涂层表面粗糙度可以控制到0.1μm以下,具有优异的低摩擦性能,能够保证在操作时球阀的良好运转。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,具体实施例只是对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种低温球阀,包括阀体和球体,其特征在于:所述阀体包括阀座和位于阀座上方的流体通道,所述流体通道具有位于一端的流体入口和位于另一端的流体出口;所述球***于所述流体通道内,并且所述球体设置在所述阀座上且与所述阀座相接触形成阀座密封面;所述球体包括一个横向通道,通过旋转所述球体使所述横向通道的轴线与所述流体通道的轴线对齐时,则所述流体入口、流体出口处于最大流通状态;当旋转所述球体使所述横向通道的轴线与所述流体通道的轴线成一定角度时,则减少或闭合了流体入口与流体出口之间的流体流通量;所述球体由硬化钢制成,所述硬化钢的化学组成如下:0.05~0.08wt%的C,0.20~1.5wt%的Si,0.30~1.50wt%的Mn,0.20~0.50wt%的Ni,2.5~3.0wt%的Cr,0.10~0.25wt%的Cu、0.01~0.05wt%的Al,0.01~0.05wt%的Mo,0.005~0.015wt%的N,0.02~0.10wt%的Ti,0.002~0.005wt%的Zr;余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质;[Cu]、[Ni]、[Mo]和[Cr]分别代表Cu、Ni、Mo、Cr的质量百分比,并且它们满足以下不等式:2.5[Cu]+1.2[Ni]+4.9[Mo]+1.1[Cr]≥3.4;所述球体经过锻造成型,然后加热到800~850℃保温30~60min,风冷;然后在1000~1050℃进行高温渗碳,碳势为0.6~0.8wt%,渗碳时间为1.5~2.0小时,然后在温度为100~150℃的油中进行淬火;然后在250~320℃进行回火处理,回火处理时间为1.5~2.5小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温球阀,其特征在于:所述低温球阀还包括驱动部件,所述驱动部件包括驱动轴、扇形齿段以及涡轮;所述驱动轴的末端安装并紧固在所述球体的上端,所述球体的下端通过旋转螺栓安装在所述阀座上;所述扇形齿段通过螺栓安装在所述驱动轴上端的上方;所述涡轮带动所述扇形齿段,进而带动所述驱动轴旋转,进而驱动球体旋转以实现阀的开启或关闭。
3.根据权利要求2所述的低温球阀,其特征在于:所述驱动轴为1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢。
4.根据权利要求3所述的低温球阀,其特征在于:所述驱动轴在980~1050℃固溶处理0.5~1.0小时,固溶处理后水冷至350℃以下,然后在850~880℃进行稳定化处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低温球阀,其特征在于:所述球体表面以及阀座密封面表面均形成有低摩擦硬质涂层;所述低摩擦硬质涂层的组成为10.0~15.0wt%的碳化钨、3.0~5.0wt%的二硫化钼、12.0~15.0wt%的铝、10.0~12.0wt%的铬、0.1~1.0wt%的锆,和余量的镍。
