本发明公开了一种双层头梅花槽带六筋滚花割尾螺丝,包括螺丝本体、圆台体头、加强筋、滚花螺纹、介入螺纹、割尾槽,所述螺丝本体为一圆柱体且一端设有尖头,螺丝靠近尖头部分上设有长度为总长1/2的介入螺纹,所述介入螺纹上当设有长度为总长1/5的滚花螺纹,所述螺丝本体尖头端设有两条5mm长的割尾槽,所述两条割尾槽关于螺丝本体对称,所述螺丝本体非尖头端连接有圆台体头,所述圆台体较小一端面与螺丝本体连接,所述圆台体头曲面上设有六条加强筋。本发明此发明通过将螺丝加长一部分未设螺纹的圆柱杆,使两块间距于一定范围浮动的木板固定连接提高港口、码头过渡桥板的稳固性,为高效的维护铺设基础。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及码头桥板连接的技术领域,特别是一种双层头梅花槽带六筋滚花割尾螺丝的技术领域。
【背景技术】
在港口、码头常常需要将木板固定于水面上,但由于水面的高度是一个以确定因数,会随着涨潮、落潮而边的或高或低,一般的螺丝则无法满足此固定要求;再有木质不同其他材料因其存在条状纤维一般螺丝在未打孔的情况下强行拧进在最前端会受到条状的纤维阻碍;普通螺丝只存在一个角度方向螺纹端头处又为加设任何加强筋嵌入木板,这使得在振幅较大的港口水面上的固定木板及其容易松动。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种双层头梅花槽带六筋滚花割尾螺丝,能够使两块间距于一定范围浮动的木板固定连接,且一块木板可随水位变化上下浮动。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种双层头梅花槽带六筋滚花割尾螺丝,包括螺丝本体、圆台体头、加强筋、滚花螺纹、介入螺纹、割尾槽,所述螺丝本体为一圆柱体且一端设有尖头,螺丝靠近尖头部分上设有长度为总长1/2的介入螺纹,所述介入螺纹上当设有长度为总长1/5的滚花螺纹,所述螺丝本体尖头端设有两条5mm长的割尾槽,所述两条割尾槽关于螺丝本体对称,所述螺丝本体非尖头端连接有圆台体头,所述圆台体较小一端面与螺丝本体连接,所述圆台体头曲面上设有六条加强筋,所述加强筋方向与圆台体头母线方向平行,所述六条加强筋关于圆台体头中心线对称均匀分布。
作为优选,所述加强筋截面为一梯形,梯形长边与圆台体头曲面连接,短边朝外。
作为优选,所述圆台体头外端面设有形状为梅花状的凹槽。
作为优选,所述螺丝本体上尖头的螺纹的纵截面为秃牙,介入螺纹纵截面为切削牙。
作为优选,所述介入螺牙与水平面斜角为10度。
作为优选,所述滚花螺纹与水平面斜角为60度。
作为优选,所述螺丝本体上尖头为圆台或圆锥状。
作为优选,所述介入螺纹的螺纹牙的导程设定成所述旋入部件的板厚以上。
作为优选,所述在距所述介入螺纹牙上作为在被旋入所述底孔时的切入部的位置相差90°相位的区域,分别设置有防倾突起部,所述防倾突起部设定成比所述底孔的内径小。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将螺丝加长一部分未设螺纹的圆柱杆,使两块间距于一定范围浮动的木板固定连接,且一块木板可随水位变化上下浮动。此发明可提高港口、码头过渡桥板的稳固性,减轻工作人员的调整次数,为高效的维护铺设基础。

参阅图1、图2和图3,本发明一种双层头梅花槽带六筋滚花割尾螺丝,包括螺丝本体3、圆台体头1、加强筋2、滚花螺纹4、介入螺纹5、割尾槽6,所述螺丝本体3为一圆柱体且一端设有尖头31,螺丝靠近尖头31部分上设有长度为总长1/2的介入螺纹5,所述介入螺纹5上当设有长度为总长1/5的滚花螺纹4,所述螺丝本体3尖头31端设有两条5mm长的割尾槽6,所述两条割尾槽6关于螺丝本体3对称,所述螺丝本体3非尖头端连接有圆台体头1,所述圆台体头1较小一端面与螺丝本体3连接,所述圆台体头1曲面上设有六条加强筋2,所述加强筋2方向与圆台体头1母线方向平行,所述六条加强筋2关于圆台体头1中心线对称均匀分布。所述加强筋2截面为一梯形,梯形长边与圆台体头1曲面连接,短边朝外。所述圆台体头1外端面设有形状为梅花状的凹槽11。所述螺丝本体3上尖头31的螺纹的纵截面为秃牙,介入螺纹5纵截面为切削牙。所述介入螺牙5与水平面斜角为10度。所述滚花螺纹4与水平面斜角为60度。所述螺丝本体3上尖头31为圆台或圆锥状。所述介入螺纹5的螺纹牙的导程设定成所述旋入部件的板厚以上。在距所述介入螺纹牙5上作为在被旋入所述底孔时的切入部的位置相差90°相位的区域,分别设置有防倾突起部,所述防倾突起部设定成比所述底孔的内径小。所述一种双层头梅花槽带六筋滚花割尾螺丝外表面电镀有锌镍合金。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种双层头梅花槽带六筋滚花割尾螺丝在工作过程中,用专用梅花螺丝刀强行旋入两板连接处,下板不动,上下活动上班使其放置在合适高度,在此旋进螺丝,使螺丝上加强筋2嵌入上木板中,接合固定工作完成。

1.一种双层头梅花槽带六筋滚花割尾螺丝,其特征在于:包括螺丝本体(3)、圆台体头(1)、加强筋(2)、滚花螺纹(4)、介入螺纹(5)、割尾槽(6),所述螺丝本体(3)为一圆柱体且一端设有尖头(31),螺丝靠近尖头(31)部分上设有长度为总长1/2的介入螺纹(5),所述介入螺纹(5)上设有长度为总长1/5的滚花螺纹(4),所述螺丝本体(3)尖头(31)端设有两条5mm长的割尾槽(6),所述两条割尾槽(6)关于螺丝本体(3)对称,所述螺丝本体(3)非尖头端连接有圆台体头(1),所述圆台体头(1)较小一端面与螺丝本体(3)连接,所述圆台体头(1)曲面上设有六条加强筋(2),所述加强筋(2)方向与圆台体头(1)母线方向平行,所述六条加强筋(2)关于圆台体头(1)中心线对称均匀分布,所述加强筋(2)截面为一梯形,梯形长边与圆台体头(1)曲面连接,短边朝外,所述螺丝本体(3)上尖头(31)的螺纹的纵截面为秃牙,介入螺纹(5)纵截面为切削牙,所述介入螺纹(5)与水平面斜角为10度,所述滚花螺纹(4)与水平面斜角为60度,在距所述介入螺纹(5)上作为在被旋入底孔时的切入部的位置相差90°相位的区域,分别设置有防倾突起部,所述防倾突起部设定成比所述底孔的内径小,所述一种双层头梅花槽带六筋滚花割尾螺丝外表面电镀有锌镍合金。
