Abstract

本发明公开的一种圣诞装饰灯，包括对称组合安装的上壳体和下壳体，所述上壳体和下壳体都为透明塑料材质且具有相同的结构，两壳体上位于对接安装的一侧分别设有若干个连接柱，两壳体上的连接柱数量和位置都对应相同，通过设置的轴套将两壳体上的连接柱套紧组成整体外壳，轴套由具有弹性的透明塑料材质制作而成，无需螺丝等其它的连接部件，由于对称装配的两壳体采用完全相同的结构，在壳体注塑成型的制作过程中，只需开一套模具就可以完成两部分壳体的生产，节省模具制作的成本，同时生产效率得到很大的提高。

本发明涉及灯具，尤其是一种圣诞装饰灯。
背景技术
目前的圣诞装饰灯通常采用组合式装配结构的灯体，将两部分的外壳通过螺丝连接固定形成一个整体的壳体，开模注塑外壳时通常需要分开两套模具进行制造，一套模具制作带有螺孔的外壳，另一套模具制作带有用于固定螺丝的螺柱，一套产品需要至少两套模具才能生产，注塑模具制作成本高，增加经营成本，生产效率也低，且需要通过多颗螺丝进行组合安装，操作繁琐，生产效率进一步受到限制。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的一种圣诞装饰灯，采用轴套作为连接部件将结构相同的上下两壳体进行组装，无需螺丝等连接部件，节省成本，提高安装效率。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种圣诞装饰灯，包括对称组合安装的上壳体和下壳体，所述上壳体和下壳体都为透明塑料材质且具有相同的结构，两壳体上位于对接安装的一侧分别设有若干个连接柱，两壳体上的连接柱数量和位置都对应相同，通过设置的轴套将两壳体上对应的连接柱套紧以使得两壳体固定连接组成一整体外壳，所述轴套由具有弹性的透明塑料材质制作而成。
优选的，所述连接柱分布在壳体靠近边框或顶角的位置处。
优选的，所述上壳体和下壳体上设有用于线路走线的缺口。
优选的，所述上壳体和下壳体为星星形状或雪花形状结构。
本发明的有益效果：采用轴套作为连接部件套在上下两壳体对应的连接柱上，将两壳体连接起来组成一整体外壳，无需螺丝等连接部件，装配更方便，不影响外观，由于对称装配的两壳体结构完全相同，只需开一套模具就可以注塑生产上壳体和下壳体，节省模具制作的成本，同时也提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2所示，本发明提供的一种圣诞装饰灯，包括对称组合安装的上壳体1和下壳体2，所述上壳体1和下壳体2都为透明塑料材质且具有相同的结构，上壳体1和下壳体2上位于对接安装的一侧分别设有若干个连接柱4，两壳体上的连接柱4数量和位置都对应相同，在装配时，利用轴套3将上壳体1和下壳体2上对应的连接柱4连接起来，以使得两壳体连接固定组成一整体外壳，安装操作方便快捷。
上述结构中，轴套3为由具有弹性的透明塑料材质制作而成，具体为带有中心通孔的筒状结构，以使其能套紧两壳体上的连接柱4，连接柱4分布在壳体靠近边框或顶角的位置处，能够使两壳体的连接结构更稳定牢固。优选的，上壳体1和下壳体2上设有缺口，便于电路线路的走线。
以圣诞树的装饰灯体作为实施例，壳体为星星形状或雪花形状结构，用于放置在圣诞树顶端作为装饰品，照明光源放置在壳体内，由于壳体和轴套3都是透明材料，且无需螺丝等其它的连接部件，避免在发光时产生阴影，影响灯体的美观。由于对称装配的两壳体采用完全相同的结构，在壳体注塑成型的制作过程中，只需开一套模具就可以完成两部分壳体的生产，节省模具制作的成本，同时生产效率得到很大的提高。

1.一种圣诞装饰灯，包括对称组合安装的上壳体和下壳体，其特征在于：所述上壳体和下壳体都为透明塑料材质且具有相同的结构，两壳体上位于对接安装的一侧分别设有若干个连接柱，两壳体上的连接柱数量和位置都对应相同，通过设置的轴套将两壳体上对应的连接柱套紧以使得两壳体固定连接组成一整体外壳，所述轴套由具有弹性的透明塑料材质制作而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圣诞装饰灯，其特征在于：所述连接柱分布在壳体靠近边框或顶角的位置处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种圣诞装饰灯，其特征在于：所述上壳体和下壳体上设有用于线路走线的缺口。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种圣诞装饰灯，其特征在于：所述上壳体和下壳体为星星形状或雪花形状结构。
