技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能磁性陶瓷材料。
背景技术
磁性橡胶是带磁性的弹性体材料的总称，由生胶、磁粉（磁性填料）及其它助剂配制而成。磁性是磁性橡胶的基本属性。磁性橡胶在外磁场的作用下呈现出不同的磁性等级，其中以强磁性等级具有较高的实用价值。磁性橡胶的传统用途以冷藏库的库门密封条为代表，但随着高新技术的发展和家用电器进入千家万户，磁性橡胶的应用也出现日新月异之势，应用领域包括电冰箱密封条、电脑的记忆装置、电视音响、教具、玩具及医疗器械等。但磁性橡胶材料还存在一定的缺陷，不能人们的使用需求，因此有待于进一步改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明要解决的问题是，提供一种磁性橡胶复合材料，具有良好的力学性能及耐油和耐老化性能，综合性能极佳，制备方法简单。
为解决现有技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案是，一种磁性橡胶复合材料，其由以下重量份数的原料制成：
氯丁橡胶8-16份，聚乙烯7-12份，氧化锌1-3份，白油膏5-8份，白炭黑3-4份，抗老化剂1.5-2.3份，乙烯醋酸乙烯13-20份，辐照交联剂2-4份，改性石蜡7-12份，热塑性树脂10-15份，丙三醇三甘油酸酯3-4份，辅助剂5-8份，丁苯橡胶13-24份，过氧化二叔丁基3-6份。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的磁性橡胶复合材料，具有良好的力学性能及耐油和耐老化性能，综合性能极佳，制备方法简单。

氯丁橡胶16份，聚乙烯12份，氧化锌3份，白油膏8份，白炭黑4份，抗老化剂2.3份，乙烯醋酸乙烯20份，辐照交联剂4份，改性石蜡12份，热塑性树脂15份，丙三醇三甘油酸酯4份，辅助剂8份，丁苯橡胶24份，过氧化二叔丁基6份。
