一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备
技术领域
本发明涉及接地装置领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备。
背景技术
    在轨道交通的电气化***中,当需要进行维护作业时,出于对人身安全考虑,不但要断开线路供电,而且要求专业人员在作业区域将供电线路短接,防止意外供电造成作业区域内人员伤害。传统的操作方法是由专业人员先验电确认无电后,再依次手工挂接短路线,维护作业完毕后,依次收回短路线,经确认后才能恢复供电。在实际的运营中,该方法暴露出工作效率低下、人员冗余、存在安全隐患等问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术问题提供一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备,其可实现自动接地且安全性高。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备,包括控制器和接地开关,其特征在于:所述的接地开关包括手动接地开关和连接在控制器上的电动接地开关,所述的控制器上还连接有信号接收装置、带电显示器和告警电路。本发明在现有技术的基础上做了改进,在现有控制器的基础上连接信号接收装置、带电显示器和告警电路,并将接地开关改进为现场手动接地开关和电动接地开关的冗余设置,确保接地的可靠性,提高安全性。在需要进行维护作业时,信号接收装置接收到远程的控制中心设备发送的接地控制信号,控制器根据控制信号控制电动接地开关自动接地,简化维护作业流程,缩短维护时间,操作简便无需专业电工,有效降低维护成本,省时省力。带电显示器对线路的带电状况进行实时监测,以提高电动接地开关接地的可靠性,当电动接地开关失灵后,即接地动作失效时,带电显示器显示线路仍然带电,现场操作时,即可手动开启手动接地开关,实现线路的有效接地。控制器接收到远程的控制中心设备发送的接地控制信号并控制电动接地开关接地操作后,若带电显示器反馈的信息仍是该线路带电,则控制告警电路工作,提示操作人员注意,提高安全性。
作为优选,为了简化装置的连接和安装,所述的信号接收装置为无线信号接收装置。
作为优选,所述的带电显示器为DXN-T、GSN-T、DXN-Q或GSN-Q。
作为优选,为了提高接挂地线装置的安全性,所述的控制器上还连接有雷电防护电路。
作为优选,为了增强告警电路的警示作用,增强提示作用,所述的告警电路为声光告警电路。
综上,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的信号接收装置接收远程控制信号,控制器根据控制信号对电动接地开关进行控制,实现远程遥控,简化维护作业流程,缩短维护时间,操作简便无需专业电工,有效降低维护成本,省时省力。
2、本发明的带电显示器对线路的带电状况进行实时监测,当电动接地开关失灵后,即接地动作失效时,带电显示器显示线路仍然带电,现场操作时,即可手动开启手动接地开关,实现线路的有效接地,增强安全性。
3、本发明的控制器接收到远程的控制中心设备发送的接地控制信号并控制电动接地开关接地操作后,若带电显示器反馈的信息仍是该线路带电,则控制告警电路工作,提示操作人员注意,提高安全性。

如图1所示的一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备,包括控制器和接地开关,其特征在于:所述的接地开关包括手动接地开关和连接在控制器上的电动接地开关,所述的控制器上还连接有信号接收装置、带电显示器和告警电路。
电动接地开关可采用JN15-12。带电显示器可采用DXN-T、GSN-T、DXN-Q或GSN-Q等型号。
实施例2:
如图1所示的一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备,本实施例在上述实施例的基础上做了优化,即所述的信号接收装置为无线信号接收装置。采用无线的方式对信号进行传送,可简化设备的连接结构,省去布线的麻烦。
实施例3:
如图1所示的一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备,本实施例在上述实施例的基础上做了优化,即所述的控制器上还连接有雷电防护电路。高电压易对控制器造成破坏,利用雷电防护电路对作用于控制器的大电流进行泄放,有效的增强接挂地线装置的安全性。
所述的告警电路为声光告警电路。声光告警电路可有蜂鸣器和发光二极管构成,其电路结构简单,且功耗低。

1.一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备,包括控制器和接地开关,其特征在于:所述的接地开关包括手动接地开关和连接在控制器上的电动接地开关,所述的控制器上还连接有信号接收装置、带电显示器和告警电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备,其特征在于:所述的信号接收装置为无线信号接收装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备,其特征在于:所述的带电显示器为DXN-T、GSN-T、DXN-Q或GSN-Q。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备,其特征在于:所述的控制器上还连接有雷电防护电路。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的接挂地线设备,其特征在于:所述的告警电路为声光告警电路。
