本发明公开了一种导光结构、背光模组和显示装置,以解决现有技术的导光结构使得光传播过程中损失较大,导致光利用率低的问题。所述导光结构,包括:导光板,所述导光板包括相对设置的出光面和反射面,以及连接所述出光面和反射面的侧面,其中,所述导光板的材料为各向同性材料;反射式的增亮膜,所述增亮膜设置于所述导光板的出光面所在侧;λ/4波片,所述λ/4波片设置于所述导光板的出光面和所述增亮膜之间,且所述λ/4波片的慢轴与所述增亮膜的透过轴的夹角为45度;反射膜,所述反射膜设置于所述导光板的反射面所在侧。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种导光结构、背光模组和显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)具有低辐射、体积小及低耗能等优点,已逐渐在部分应用中取代传统的阴极射线管显示器(Cathode Ray Tubedisplay,CRT),因而被广泛地应用在笔记本电脑、个人数字助理(Personal DigitalAssistant,PDA)、平面电视和移动电话等产品上。
液晶显示器包括显示面板和背光模组,背光模组是给液晶显示器产品提供光源的组件,通常设置于显示面板的下方,以提供均匀发散和一定亮度的光线至显示面板,根据显示面板上的像素电极的不同电压来形成不同亮度、不同色彩和不同灰度的彩色画面。
光源设置于侧面的背光模组为侧入式背光模组。侧入式背光模组中,光源发出的光线(线光源)由侧面进行导光板,导光板将线光源转化成均匀分布的面光源后出射,通过下偏光片后变为线偏振光到达显示面板。但是,现有技术的侧入式背光模组的导光结构中,下偏光片仅能使线偏振光通过,即由导光板出射的光有部分无法通过该下偏光片,而这部分无法通过下偏光片的光被浪费掉。因此,现有技术的导光结构使得光源发出的光在传播过程时会有较大的损失,导致光利用率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种导光结构、背光模组和显示装置,以解决现有技术的导光结构使得光传播过程中损失较大,导致光利用率低的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明实施例提供一种导光结构,包括:
导光板,所述导光板包括相对设置的出光面和反射面,以及连接所述出光面和反射面的侧面,其中,所述导光板的材料为各向同性材料;
反射式的增亮膜,所述增亮膜设置于所述导光板的出光面所在侧;
λ/4波片,所述λ/4波片设置于所述导光板的出光面和所述增亮膜之间,且所述λ/4波片的慢轴与所述增亮膜的透过轴的夹角为45度;
反射膜,所述反射膜设置于所述导光板的反射面所在侧。
本实施例中,采用增亮膜和λ/4波片进行配合,使得与增亮膜的透过轴不一致的出射光被增亮膜反射,经λ/4波片后转换为左旋圆偏振光进入导光板,再经反射膜反射并转换为右旋圆偏振光进入导光板,再经经λ/4波片转换为与增亮膜的透过轴一致的线偏振光后通过增亮膜,从而减少光在传播过程中的损失,提高光的利用率。
优选的,还包括下偏光片,所述下偏光片设置于所述增亮膜上方,所述下偏光片的透过轴与所述增亮膜的透过轴平行。本实施例中,下偏光片和增亮膜透过轴一致,透过增亮膜的线偏振光同样可以透过下偏光片。
优选的,所述下偏光片为吸收式偏光片。本实施例,下偏光片为吸收式偏光片,能够对与其透过轴不一致的光进行吸收。
优选的,所述导光板为玻璃导光板。本实施例中,采用硬度较高且热膨胀系数较低的玻璃导光板,利于实于导光板的薄型化,且玻璃导光板为各向同性材料,光在其中传播时不会发生偏振方向的改变。
优选的,所述导光板为硬质的聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂导光板,工艺成熟,容易实现,且硬质的聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂导光板为各向同性材料,光在其中传播时不会发生偏振方向的改变。
优选的,所述反射膜为增强镜面反射膜。
优选的,所述反射膜的厚度为2-5微米。
本发明实施例有益效果如下:采用增亮膜和λ/4波片进行配合,使得与增亮膜的透过轴不一致的出射光被增亮膜反射,经λ/4波片后转换为左旋圆偏振光进入导光板,再经反射膜反射并转换为右旋圆偏振光进入导光板,再经经λ/4波片转换为与增亮膜的透过轴一致的线偏振光后通过增亮膜,从而减少光在传播过程中的损失,提高光的利用率。
本发明实施例还提供一种背光模组,包括如上所述的导光结构,还包括光源,所述光源设置于所述导光板的侧面。

参见图1,本发明实施例提供一种导光结构10,包括:
导光板1,导光板1包括相对设置的出光面11和反射面12,以及连接出光面11和反射面12的侧面13,其中,导光板1的材料为各向同性材料;
反射式的增亮膜2,增亮膜2设置于导光板1的出光面11所在侧;
λ/4波片3,λ/4波片设置于导光板1的出光面11和增亮膜2之间,且λ/4波片3的慢轴与增亮膜2的透过轴的夹角为45度;
反射膜4,反射膜4设置于导光板1的反射面12所在侧。
本实施例中,采用增亮膜2和λ/4波片3进行配合,使得与增亮膜2的透过轴不一致的出射光被增亮膜2反射,经λ/4波片3后转换为左旋圆偏振光进入导光板1并到达反射膜4,再经反射膜4反射并转换为右旋圆偏振光返回导光板1,再经λ/4波片3转换为与增亮膜2的透过轴一致的线偏振光后通过增亮膜2,从而减少光在传播过程中的损失,提高光的利用率。
优选的,还包括下偏光片5,下偏光片5设置于增亮膜2上方,下偏光片5的透过轴与增亮膜2的透过轴平行。本实施例中,下偏光片5和增亮膜2透过轴一致,透过增亮膜2的线偏振光同样可以透过下偏光片5。
参见图2,示出了增亮膜2的透过轴21和λ/4波片3的慢轴31的夹角的示意图,其中,增亮膜2的透过轴21和λ/4波片3的慢轴31的夹角为45度。相应的,下偏光片5的透过轴与增亮膜2的透过轴21平行,在此未示出。
优选的,下偏光片5为吸收式偏光片。下偏光片5能够对与其透过轴不一致的光进行吸收。
导光板1可以采用多种各向同性材料制备,例如采用玻璃制备,也可以采用硬质的聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂(有机玻璃)制备。如下:
优选的,导光板1为玻璃导光板。采用硬度较高且热膨胀系数较低的玻璃制备导光板1,利于实于导光板1的薄型化,且玻璃为各向同性材料,光在其中传播时不会发生偏振方向的改变。
优选的,导光板1为硬质的聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂导光板,工艺成熟,容易实现,且硬质的聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂导光板为各向同性材料,光在其中传播时不会发生偏振方向的改变。
优选的,反射膜4为增强镜面反射膜。优选的,反射膜4的厚度为2-5微米。

优选的,显示装置还包括上偏光片8,上偏光片8设置于显示面板7的显示侧,且上偏光片8的透过轴与导光结构10的下偏光片5的透过轴平行或垂直。

1.一种导光结构,其特征在于,包括:
导光板,所述导光板包括相对设置的出光面和反射面,以及连接所述出光面和反射面的侧面,其中,所述导光板的材料为各向同性材料;
反射式的增亮膜,所述增亮膜设置于所述导光板的出光面所在侧;
λ/4波片,所述λ/4波片设置于所述导光板的出光面和所述增亮膜之间,且所述λ/4波片的慢轴与所述增亮膜的透过轴的夹角为45度;
反射膜,所述反射膜设置于所述导光板的反射面所在侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光结构,其特征在于,还包括下偏光片,所述下偏光片设置于所述增亮膜上方,所述下偏光片的透过轴与所述增亮膜的透过轴平行。
3.如权利要求2所述的导光结构,其特征在于,所述下偏光片为吸收式偏光片。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的导光结构,其特征在于,所述导光板为玻璃导光板或硬质的聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂导光板。

6.如权利要求5所述的导光结构,其特征在于,所述反射膜的厚度为2-5微米。
7.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至6任一项所述的导光结构,还包括光源,所述光源设置于所述导光板的侧面。
8.一种显示装置,包括显示面板,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求7所述的背光模组,所述背光模组设置于所述显示面板的非显示侧。
9.如权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置还包括上偏光片,所述上偏光片设置于所述显示面板的显示侧,且所述上偏光片的透过轴与所述导光结构的所述增亮膜的透过轴平行或垂直。
