图3引入本发明进一步的实施例,一般被示出为(60),其中关于图1而被一般描述的现被示出为(62)的腿支撑装置结合垫子(64)被使用。
当锻炼的来回弯曲运动完成时,垫子(64)能够将一定程度的阻力赋予地面接合轮子。
图4a、4b和4c图解能被赋予在垫子(65)、(67)和(69)上的阻力或牵引力的逐步性,垫子(65)、(67)和(69)上的阻力或牵引力的逐步性由(66)、(68)和(70)示意性示出。
因此,,装置能够有效地用于一种逐步治疗的方法,以帮助受损腿的治愈和加强。
如所预期的,当锻炼对于用户变得更频繁和舒适时,锻炼的加强方面能够通过引入阻力垫的特征被增加。
因此,患者能被置于恢复或康复程序中,其中初始他们能够在没有阻力干预下获得使用腿支撑的必要的信心和舒适,但是一旦信心被获得以及感受到适当支撑被提供而没有任何重力承受被施加在腿受损部分上时,为了提高治愈和加强过程,通过地面接合轮子之间的相互作用在脚搁于其上的主外壳单元和垫子之间的阻力相互作用的程度能被逐步增加。
图4a、4b和4c示出垫子上的阻力或牵引力程度能够增加的方式,但是应该理解的是,各种不同类型的材料能够被应用,该各种类型的材料具有它们自己固有的手段以将阻性控制赋予在可旋转接地条上。
本发明的范围是该种考虑,并且将包含该种考虑。
图5示出本发明进一步的优选实施例,该实施例与通常被示出为(72)的腿支撑的地面接合能力上引入阻性构件有关。
主外壳单元(74)在单元(74)前面和后面具有紧固点(76)和(78),其中弹性绳(80)能够被紧固于其上,且弹性绳(80)的另一端将在一些恰当的点被锚固。

在该实施例中,在一般使用腿支撑后,当需要进一步的加强时,绳(80)的弹性可被降低,以便在锻炼的圆周旋转期间用于运动范围积累以使个体圆周运动最大化的阻性方面能被增加。通过在主外壳支撑单元(74)的前部和后部具有紧固点(78)和(76),意味着弹性绳(80)能够被连接并被固定到锚固点,或者方便地在用户的前面或后面,再次提供一种功能,即该装置由人使用来寻求合适的恢复和/或康复能够被尽可能方便地实现。
参照图6a和6b,其中本发明进一步的实施例被示出,其中在图6a中如(86)所示的绳被附连到装置的主外壳体(84)上的(85)处,以及在图6b中绳(89)被附连到主外壳体(84)上的(87)处。

有利地,在图6a和6b所示的该进一步的实施例中,当腿在其圆周运动上前后移动时,用户自己能够在主动尝试帮助诱导所需运动范围上增加他们的参与。
绳(86)和(89)允许用户在一定程度上根据需要推或拉装置,当用户开始他们的康复和/或恢复程序时,在运动的初始积累期间,当初始信心和帮助为用户所需要时,这可能是特别有利的。
图7是本发明进一步的实施例的示意性代表,一般地以(92)所示,其中地面接合的替代方法被示出。装置的外壳(93)在极大程度上相同,只是条(94)为与垫子(95)接触的地面接合接触件。如所理解的,其它地面接合构件可包括履带、滑块、刀片、辊子等等。

Claims (11)

1.一种适于增强腿的运动的圆形范围以帮助治愈和加强腿的受损、受伤和/或置换的骨骼、肌肉和/或组织的医用腿支撑装置,所述装置包括:
具有用户的脚将搁于其上的平台的主外壳,
所述主外壳包括紧固构件以保持所述脚在所述主外壳的平台上;
在所述平台相对侧的能旋转接地条,其中每个能旋转接地条包括弧形和/或拱形向上的末端,以便使用时当所述装置的初始接触和离开地面时所述装置的负重支撑被维持,以致当地面接合所述装置时在由用户发起的来回圆周运动期间允许持续的支撑用户的腿。
2.如权利要求1所述的医用腿支撑装置,其中所述能旋转接地条为支撑多个轮子的曲轨。
3.如权利要求1所述的医用腿支撑装置,进一步包括一个、一对和/或多个轮子,所述轮子被配置在所述平台下面,在平台下面的前和后部分支撑所述用户的脚,以便当用户完成来回圆周范围运动以达到所要求程度的弯曲和/或伸展时,所述轮子在所述装置的前和/或后脚接合地面期间变得在地面上接合接触。
4.如权利要求1所述的医用腿支撑装置,进一步包括能调节的阻力构件,以限制或约束位于所述平台相对侧的能旋转接地条的能旋转性。
5.如权利要求4所述的医用腿支撑装置,其中所述能调节的阻力构件包括多个垫子。
6.如权利要求5所述的医用腿支撑装置,其中每个垫子具有不同程度的密度和/或牵引力以使得在所述垫子上的材料的密度或牵引力的程度越大导致施加于在所述平台相对侧的所述能旋转接地条的旋转上的阻力越大。
7.如权利要求4所述的医用腿支撑装置,其中所述主外壳包括在所述主外壳的或前端或后端附连弹性绳的构件,其中一旦被附连,所述弹性绳适于离开所述装置而被锚固,以便所述绳的弹性度将确定当地面接合时在由用户发起的所述装置的来回圆周运动期间被施加在所述装置上的阻力的量。
8.如权利要求7所述的医用腿支撑装置,包括多个弹性绳,其中每个绳具有不同的弹性度,以便当地面接合时首先通过将高弹性的弹性绳引入给用户以允许在所述能旋转接地条上的阻力降低,在由用户发起的所述装置的来回圆周运动期间,腿受损部位的逐步治愈和加强能被完成,且其中当所述腿的受损部位开始治愈和/或需要进一步加强时,具有降低弹性的弹性绳能被逐步地引入给所述用户以在所述能旋转接地条上提供更大的阻力,以致当地面接合时在由所述用户发起的所述装置的来回圆周运动期间将增加的量化的力施加在所述腿上。
9.如权利要求1所述的医用腿支撑装置,进一步包括能调节的紧固构件,以便允许不同尺寸的脚在所述主外壳的平台上为能搁放的和能紧固的。
10.如权利要求2所述的医用腿支撑装置,其中被支撑在每个能旋转接地条的所述曲轨内的所述多个轮子具有一种直径,以便在所述主外壳平台上的所述用户的脚能够尽可能地接近地面搁放。
11.如权利要求1所述的医用腿支撑装置,其中绳子在所述主外壳体的任一端或两端处能附连到所述主外壳体,以便当地面接合时所述用户能够通过拉绳子在由用户发起的所述装置的来回圆周运动期间帮助所述腿的运动范围。
