Abstract

Description

液体喷雾装置
本发明涉及细雾滴液体喷雾装置,特别但又不专门涉及称为喷枪的液体喷雾器。
我的共同未审定的英国专利申请第9013745.6号和第9225350.9号公开了一种细雾滴液体喷雾装置,其包括一手动或脚动泵,用于在压力下将空气直接送至一喷嘴,其位置使离开喷嘴的空气指向可卸式装在支座中的一个钢笔样容器的尖端上,容器的尖端邻近喷嘴出口,使液体从尖端以细雾滴喷射在空气中。一般来说,钢笔样容器是一种毡尖端笔。
本发明的目的是提供一种简化的和成本低的喷雾器,它无需设置泵,但却可从储液笔的有吸收能力的尖端喷出符合要求的细雾滴。
在已公开的英国专利申请第2257058号中公开了一种与储液笔一起使用的喷枪,储液笔常有一个具有吸收能力的材料的尖端。在该申请中所公开的储液笔具有特殊的结构,它包括一个端帽,端帽上设有一个孔,以便均衡储液笔中的压力,从而避免存在真空。按照本发明的装置并不要求设置这种端帽,并能够有效地使用普通的储液笔,例如毡尖端笔。另外,GB-A-2257058中的储液笔,其尖端位于喷枪喷嘴出口的收敛部分中。本申请人的创见是,为了取得最佳效果,关键是要使具有吸收能力的尖端至少部分地进入喷嘴的出口小孔中。本发明的一个优点在于,这种喷雾装置的结构可保证使储液笔正确定位。
按照本发明的一个方面,一种细雾滴喷雾装置包括一个中空管状壳和一个储液笔,储液笔上带有一个具有吸收能力的材料的尖端,该尖端留在上述壳的内壁中且与壳的内壁间隔开来,所述管状壳包括在其一端的一个其内部形成一收敛通道的喷嘴;在另一端的一个口件,可使空气流过该口件以便流过管状壳,越过储液笔流向喷嘴的出口小孔;以及抵接装置,其用于使笔在壳中定位,使其具备吸收能力的尖端至少部分地位于喷嘴的出口小孔的界限内。
喷嘴和/或口件可以可卸式地固定在管状壳上,其中一个或两个的位置可以变化以适应不同长度的储液笔。另一种替代方案是,喷嘴和/或口件可以与壳整体地形成,储液笔可以从壳中卸除,或者可永久性留在壳中。
现有对照以下附图以举例的方式详述本发明。

图1-7所示装置呈笔状,它包括一个夹子1。该笔包括一个管筒2,其一端有一个口件3,另一端有一个收敛的喷嘴4。口件上带有孔5,喷嘴上带有出口孔6。喷嘴4端部的内表面和管筒2的颈部7的内表面上带有相互啮合的螺纹,使两者可连接在一起。口件3包括一个向内延伸的套筒8,套筒8伸入管筒2的相邻端,在其间形成推入配合连接。套筒8的尺寸使其可如图中虚线所示接纳储液笔9的一端。
在另一种布置中,喷嘴和/或口件是整体地与管筒形成的。
如图6更清楚地所示,邻近喷嘴4的管筒2的端部是由一成形端壁10部分地封闭的,端壁10包括一个在向内延伸的耳部12之间形成的中心孔11,储液笔9的肩部14抵靠着耳部12。这些耳部12形成抵接面,用于使笔9在管筒2中精确定位,使其具有吸收能力的尖端15位于喷嘴4的孔6内。对于具有或长或短的尖端的笔来说,喷嘴4相对于管筒2的运动可实现所需要的调节。耳部12可以挠曲以便使笔穿过端壁10的孔11,从而进行装载或卸载。耳部12之间限定的孔和分离孔16使空气可以通过口件进入管筒,以便流入管筒,越过笔的长度,然后流入喷嘴4的收敛的内部。当空气流过喷嘴4,越过尖端15,在通过孔6离开喷嘴4之前,空气加速。当空气加速通过孔6时,液滴从尖端15的表面离开,并在气流中以细雾滴离开喷雾器。因此,通过口件吹入喷雾器中的空气,使得例如墨滴细雾滴沉积邻近喷嘴4的出口孔6的在纸张、物品等上面。
如图7所示,邻近口件5的管筒2的端部包括一个与端壁10相似结构的端壁17。该端壁为笔9的后端形成一个抵接面。因此,管筒的端壁10,17一起形成笔9的端部止动件,笔长度的变化由口件3在管筒2上的位置来调整适应。如上所述,喷嘴4相对于管筒2的位置,只要使喷嘴绕啮合的螺纹转动,即可改变,以便保证尖端15总是相对于孔6正确定位。借助上述手段,可以适应不同的毡尖端笔的尖端长段的不同。
可以设置覆盖喷嘴4的端部的可分离的帽,以便防止笔的具有吸收能力的尖端干掉。
现在参阅图8,图8所示装置包括一管筒20,其一端带有一个孔,储液笔21伸过这个孔,在其另一端有一个收敛的喷嘴22。向内延伸的耳部23形成抵接面,笔的一端抵靠该抵接面定位。耳部23的定位可保证笔21的具有吸收能力的尖端24至少部分伸入喷嘴22的出口孔25。孔25和耳部23之间的距离可以变化以适应或长或短的尖端。一根管26连接在管筒20的一侧,管26的自由端有一个口件27。因此,在本实施例中,空气是通过口件27和管26吹入管筒20的,从管筒空气在尖端24上流过,使墨滴从尖端上离开,作为细雾滴从喷嘴孔25喷出。
同样可以为喷嘴设置一个帽,以防止笔的具有吸收能力的尖端干掉。
所描述的装置可以用各种材料制造,其中典型的材料是塑料。
显然,上述实施例只是按照本发明的喷雾装置的举例,可以对其作各种修改而并不超出在权利要求书中限定的本发明的范围。

Claims (7)

1.细雾滴液体喷雾装置,它包括一个中空管状壳(2)和一个储液笔(9),储液笔带有一个具有吸收能力材料的尖端(15,24),该尖端留在壳(2)的内壁中,并与壳(2)的内壁间隔开来,所述管状壳在其一端包括具有一个出口孔的一个喷嘴,以及用于使所述笔在所述壳中定位,使其具有吸收能力的尖端至少部分地处于所述喷嘴的出口孔的界限内的装置(12),其特征在于:其远离喷嘴(4)的端部具有一个口件(3),可以使空气通过所述口件流过管状壳(2)在所述笔(9)上流过,流向喷嘴(4)的出口孔(6)。
