本发明公开了一种塑料手机外壳的制造方法,涉及手机配件技术领域,包括以下步骤:按重量份数称出:聚碳酸酯65~80份,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物25~35份,甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物4~6份,苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物6~10份,阻燃剂6~10份,纳米β-碳化硅22~30份,镍粉6~10份,聚苯胺液体6~10份;先将纳米β-碳化硅、镍粉和聚苯胺液体混合均匀,烘干后制成料粒;预热混料机,加入料粒和剩余的原料混合均匀,将混合物料加入到挤出机中,经熔融挤出造粒;将造粒料干燥后加入注塑机,注塑机加热保压后,将熔融物料推入模具中,制成手机外壳。本发明解决了现有塑料手机外壳强度低和防辐射性能差的问题。

塑料手机外壳的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及手机配件技术领域,尤其是一种塑料手机外壳的制造方法。
背景技术
手机外壳主要由金属或塑料制成。金属手机外壳具有质感良好、强度高的优点,但是它存在造价高、不易加工、有信号问题、不易着色以及工艺复杂和生产效率低等问题,故其在市场上就很难占据优势。而塑料手机外壳的价格低廉、易于加工、着色容易、绝缘、对信号的影响小,且其成型方法主要是注塑和压制等,生产效率高,可大规模生产,因而在市场上的占有率相对较高。但是,现有的塑料手机外壳的强度低、防辐射性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种塑料手机外壳的制造方法,这种方法可以解决现有塑料外壳强度低和防辐射性能差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种塑料手机外壳的制造方法包括以下步骤:
A、按照下列重量份数分别称出各原料的重量:聚碳酸酯65~80份,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物25~35份,甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物4~6份,苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物6~10份,阻燃剂6~10份,纳米β-碳化硅22~30份,镍粉6~10份,聚苯胺液体6~10份;
B、先将纳米β-碳化硅、镍粉和聚苯胺液体混合均匀,再将混料烘干后制成料粒;
C、预热混料机,加入步骤B所得料粒和剩余的原料混合均匀,将混合物料加入到挤出机中,经熔融挤出造粒;
D、将造粒料干燥后加入注塑机,注塑机加热保压后,将熔融物料推入模具中,成型冷却后,打开模具取出手机外壳。
上述塑料手机外壳的制造方法的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:在步骤D所得的外壳上喷涂特氟龙涂层,烘干即可。
进一步的,聚碳酸酯70份,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物30份,甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物5份,苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物8份,阻燃剂8份,纳米β-碳化硅25份,镍粉8份,聚苯胺液体8份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:制得的塑料手机外壳强度高,不易开裂,防辐射性能好,并具有较佳的防水效果。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本塑料手机外壳的制造方法包括以下步骤:
A、按照下列重量份数分别称出各原料的重量:聚碳酸酯65份,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物25份,甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物4份,苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物10份,阻燃剂6份,纳米β-碳化硅22份,镍粉6份,聚苯胺液体6份;
B、先将纳米β-碳化硅、镍粉和聚苯胺液体混合均匀,再将混料烘干后制成料粒;
C、预热混料机,加入步骤B所得料粒和剩余的原料混合均匀,将混合物料加入到挤出机中,经熔融挤出造粒;
D、将造粒料干燥后加入注塑机,注塑机加热保压后,将熔融物料推入模具中,成型冷却后,打开模具取出手机外壳。
优选的,在上喷涂特氟龙涂层,烘干即可。
本实施例的汽车保险杠的性能数据测试如下:拉伸强度66.9MPa,弯曲强度116.5 MPa,对100~5000MHZ的辐射的吸收屏蔽率达到96.2%。

本塑料手机外壳的制造方法包括以下步骤:
A、按照下列重量份数分别称出各原料的重量:聚碳酸酯70份,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物30份,甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物5份,苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物8份,阻燃剂8份,纳米β-碳化硅25份,镍粉8份,聚苯胺液体8份;
B、先将纳米β-碳化硅、镍粉和聚苯胺液体混合均匀,再将混料烘干后制成料粒;
C、预热混料机,加入步骤B所得料粒和剩余的原料混合均匀,将混合物料加入到挤出机中,经熔融挤出造粒;
D、将造粒料干燥后加入注塑机,注塑机加热保压后,将熔融物料推入模具中,成型冷却后,打开模具取出手机外壳。
优选的,在上喷涂特氟龙涂层,烘干即可。
本实施例的汽车保险杠的性能数据测试如下:拉伸强度73.2MPa,弯曲强度131.6 MPa,对100~5000MHZ的辐射的吸收屏蔽率达到97.8%。

本塑料手机外壳的制造方法包括以下步骤:
A、按照下列重量份数分别称出各原料的重量:聚碳酸酯80份,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物35份,甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物6份,苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物6份,阻燃剂10份,纳米β-碳化硅30份,镍粉10份,聚苯胺液体10份;
B、先将纳米β-碳化硅、镍粉和聚苯胺液体混合均匀,再将混料烘干后制成料粒;
C、预热混料机,加入步骤B所得料粒和剩余的原料混合均匀,将混合物料加入到挤出机中,经熔融挤出造粒;
D、将造粒料干燥后加入注塑机,注塑机加热保压后,将熔融物料推入模具中,成型冷却后,打开模具取出手机外壳。
优选的,在上喷涂特氟龙涂层,烘干即可。

1.一种塑料手机外壳的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、按照下列重量份数分别称出各原料的重量:聚碳酸酯65~80份,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物25~35份,甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物4~6份,苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物6~10份,阻燃剂6~10份,纳米β-碳化硅22~30份,镍粉6~10份,聚苯胺液体6~10份;
B、先将纳米β-碳化硅、镍粉和聚苯胺液体混合均匀,再将混料烘干后制成料粒;
C、预热混料机,加入步骤B所得料粒和剩余的原料混合均匀,将混合物料加入到挤出机中,经熔融挤出造粒;
D、将造粒料干燥后加入注塑机,注塑机加热保压后,将熔融物料推入模具中,成型冷却后,打开模具取出手机外壳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料手机外壳的制造方法,其特征在于:在步骤D所得的外壳上喷涂特氟龙涂层,烘干即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料手机外壳的制造方法,其特征在于:聚碳酸酯70份,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物30份,甲基丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物5份,苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物8份,阻燃剂8份,纳米β-碳化硅25份,镍粉8份,聚苯胺液体8份。
