本发明公开了一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯45%~70%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%~8%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%~2%、纳米氢氧化镁10%~15%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%~6%、氧化镍1%~2%、芥酸酰胺2%~5%、硅藻土1%~3%、聚醚酯酰胺1%~2%、ACR助剂4%~7%、硅酮粉1%~2%、光稳定剂UV-326 1%~2%、抗氧剂1010 0.1%~0.5%、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯0.1%~0.5%。本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有阻燃性好、强度高、绝缘性好、耐温优异、化学稳定性优良、防老化性能好等优点,而且爽滑效果好,成本低,抗静电性能优良。

一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料
技术领域
本发明涉及电力材料技术领域,具体地说是一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯是一种成本低廉、加工性能优良的热塑性材料,可主要用于生产电缆的原料。但现有技术将聚氯乙烯作为电缆料使用时,在阻燃、表面粗糙度、光亮度、热稳定性等方面还有待于进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种综合性能优良和改性效果好的阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯45%~70%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%~8%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%~2%、纳米氢氧化镁10%~15%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%~6%、氧化镍1%~2%、芥酸酰胺2%~5%、硅藻土1%~3%、聚醚酯酰胺1%~2%、ACR助剂4%~7%、硅酮粉1%~2%、光稳定剂UV-326 1%~2%、抗氧剂1010 0.1%~0.5%、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯0.1%~0.5%。
上述一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;
(2)、将纳米氢氧化镁加入料筒温度在80℃~120℃、转速为1500~3000r//min的高速混合机中搅拌20~30min,然后加入三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯,搅拌20~50min,待均匀分散和完全润湿后,降温至40℃~60℃,待用;
(3)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~40min,待聚氯乙烯充分塑化后,加入步骤(2)得到的产物,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和氧化镍,搅拌10~20min,然后加入其它组分,使一起搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;
(4)、将步骤(3)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~185℃、螺杆转速在20~50r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有阻燃性好、强度高、绝缘性好、耐温优异、化学稳定性优良、防老化性能好等优点,而且爽滑效果好,成本低,抗静电性能优良。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯45%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯8%、钙锌复合稳定剂2%、纳米氢氧化镁15%、聚二甲基硅氧烷6%、氧化镍2%、芥酸酰胺5%、硅藻土3%、聚醚酯酰胺2%、ACR助剂7%、硅酮粉2%、光稳定剂UV-326 2%、抗氧剂1010 0.5%、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯0.5%。
制备方法:(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;(2)、将纳米氢氧化镁加入料筒温度在80℃~120℃、转速为1500~3000r//min的高速混合机中搅拌20~30min,然后加入三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯,搅拌20~50min,待均匀分散和完全润湿后,降温至40℃~60℃,待用;(3)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~40min,待聚氯乙烯充分塑化后,加入步骤(2)得到的产物,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和氧化镍,搅拌10~20min,然后加入其它组分,使一起搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;(4)、将步骤(3)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~185℃、螺杆转速在20~50r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料。
实施例2:
一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯70%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%、纳米氢氧化镁10%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%、氧化镍1%、芥酸酰胺2%、硅藻土1%、聚醚酯酰胺1%、ACR助剂4%、硅酮粉1%、光稳定剂UV-326 1%、抗氧剂1010 0.5%、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯0.5%。
制备方法:(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;(2)、将纳米氢氧化镁加入料筒温度在80℃~120℃、转速为1500~3000r//min的高速混合机中搅拌20~30min,然后加入三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯,搅拌20~50min,待均匀分散和完全润湿后,降温至40℃~60℃,待用;(3)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~40min,待聚氯乙烯充分塑化后,加入步骤(2)得到的产物,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和氧化镍,搅拌10~20min,然后加入其它组分,使一起搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;(4)、将步骤(3)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~185℃、螺杆转速在20~50r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料。

1.一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚氯乙烯45%~70%、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5%~8%、钙锌复合稳定剂1%~2%、纳米氢氧化镁10%~15%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%~6%、氧化镍1%~2%、芥酸酰胺2%~5%、硅藻土1%~3%、聚醚酯酰胺1%~2%、ACR助剂4%~7%、硅酮粉1%~2%、光稳定剂UV-326 1%~2%、抗氧剂1010 0.1%~0.5%、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯0.1%~0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量配比称取各组分;
(2)、将纳米氢氧化镁加入料筒温度在80℃~120℃、转速为1500~3000r//min的高速混合机中搅拌20~30min,然后加入三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯,搅拌20~50min,待均匀分散和完全润湿后,降温至40℃~60℃,待用;
(3)、将聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和钙锌复合稳定剂加入料筒温度在80℃~90℃、转速为50~80r//min的混合机中,搅拌20~40min,待聚氯乙烯充分塑化后,加入步骤(2)得到的产物,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷和氧化镍,搅拌10~20min,然后加入其它组分,使一起搅拌20~40min,待混合均匀后,出料;
(4)、将步骤(3)得到的物料加入双螺杆挤出机混炼后挤出造粒,控制双螺杆挤出机温度在155℃~185℃、螺杆转速在20~50r/min范围,然后风冷、包装,即得所述的一种阻燃爽滑聚氯乙烯电缆料。
