圆环装订器
本发明涉及一种圆环装订器,特别涉及一种适合于通过至少一个铆钉固定于基元件上的圆环装订器。
通常,圆环装订器通过铆钉是可固定到封皮上的,该铆钉具有可与封皮配合的头部和可变形的尾部,该尾部例如可通过冲压与固定到圆环装订器的上板上的筒体相配合。
这种传统的圆环装订器的缺点是:组装过程既浪费劳力又容易出错。首先,必须提供给装配者铆钉,铆钉具有合适的尺寸和形状,以便适合于筒体及相应的封皮上的孔。装配者将圆环装订器固定于封皮上时,必须首先***铆钉使其穿过封皮,然后,穿过圆环装订器中的筒体,再使铆钉的尾部变形,例如通过冲压,以使其与圆环装订器的上板相配合。
因此,本发明的目的是提出一种能克服上述缺点的圆环装订器。
本发明提出了一种圆环装订器,其适合于通过至少一个固定装置而固定于基元件,该圆环装订器包含实质上刚性的上结构,该上结构支撑可枢转的下结构,多个圆环元件安装于该下结构上,其中,固定装置是可以直接与基元件和上结构相配合的,其特征在于,固定装置包括具有向内弯曲的上端的柱元件。
有利的是,所述上端可以是可变形的以便与上结构相配合。
方便的是,所述柱元件是实质上直立的。
适合的是,上结构可包含凹陷,所述上端是可变形的以便与该凹陷相配合。

固定装置可以方便地包含至少一个固定元件,该固定元件适合于与基元件相配合。
柱元件可以适合地与固定元件一体形成。

图1、2和3示出了根据本发明的圆环装订器的第一实施例,其一般地用2表示,该圆环装订器包含实质上刚性的弯曲的上板4,其支撑着一对细长板6a和6b,该对细长板可彼此相对枢转地运动。三个圆环元件8固定到细长板6a、6b上。在圆环装订器2的每一端的是手柄10,其例如可以用姆指向外按压,因而作用于细长板6a、6b的下侧,以便以传统的方式打开圆环元件8。铆钉14与靠近弯曲的上板4的每一端的开口的凹陷12相配合。
如图4A、4B更清楚地所示,铆钉14包含圆筒体16,该圆筒体16具有向内变窄的弯曲的头部18,其可通过例如冲压而变形以便与凹陷12相配合。铆钉14具有实质上平的板20,该板上具有四个孔22。一组爪24从每个孔22的周边垂悬,该爪24例如通过按压是可以变形的,以便与硬纸板或塑料(例如PVC)封皮26相配合。爪24被从实质上平的板20上压出。筒体16、头部18、实质是平的板20和爪24全部一体形成,以便加强铆钉14的强度。
铆钉14的头部18有助于在冲压之前上板4相对于铆钉14定位。在冲压过程中,上板4抵靠着作用于铆钉14。换言之,在冲压过程中,铆钉14起着对上板4的支撑作用。
当组装时,实质上平的板20抵靠封皮26的面对圆环装订器2的表面。这种设置增强了铆钉14的稳定性,因而,也就增强了圆环装订器2相对于封皮26的稳定性。
图5和6表示可以用于本发明的第二种类型的铆钉30。类似于铆钉14,铆钉30包含圆筒体32,该圆筒体32具有向内变窄的弯曲的头部34,其可通过例如冲压而变形以便与弯曲的上板4的凹陷12相配合。铆钉30也具有实质上平的板36,该板上具有四个孔38。一组爪40从每个孔38的周边垂悬,该爪40例如通过按压是可以变形的,以便与封皮26相配合。爪40被从实质上平的板36上压出。筒体32、头部34、实质是平的板36和爪40全部一体形成,以便加强铆钉30的强度。铆钉30和铆钉14之间的主要区别在于,铆钉30包含构成突起的肩部42,弯曲的上板4的凹陷部12的下侧可以坐置于其上。这强化了冲压作用,因而,头部34被固定于凹陷部12并配合于其间。
如图7所示,根据本发明的圆环装订器的第二实施例一般地用102表示。正如以上所讨论的第一实施例2中那样,该圆环装订器102包含实质上刚性的弯曲的上板104,其支撑着一对细长板106a和106b,该对细长板可彼此相对枢转地运动。三个圆环元件108固定到细长板106a和106b上。铆钉110或如14所表示类型的铆钉或如30所表示类型的铆钉与靠近弯曲的上板104的每一端的开口的凹陷(未示出)相配合。与圆环装订器2相比,圆环装订器102不包括任何手柄,其可以被向外推压而打开圆环元件108。在该实施例中,圆环元件108可通过彼此拉离或压合在一起而打开或关闭。

Claims (12)

1、一种圆环装订器,其适合于通过至少一个固定装置而固定于基元件,该圆环装订器包含实质上刚性的上结构,该上结构支撑可枢转的下结构,多个圆环元件安装于该下结构上,其中,固定装置是可以直接与基元件和上结构相配合的,其特征在于,固定装置包括具有向内弯曲的上端的柱元件。
2、根据权利要求1所述的圆环装订器,其特征在于,所述上端是可变形的以便与上结构相配合。
3、根据权利要求2所述的圆环装订器,其特征在于,所述柱元件是实质上直立的。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的圆环装订器,其特征在于,上结构包含凹陷,所述上端是可变形的以便与该凹陷相配合。
5、根据权利要求4所述的圆环装订器,其特征在于,所述上端包括用于接纳凹陷的下表面的至少一部分的突出元件。
6、根据权利要求3所述的圆环装订器,其特征在于,固定装置包含至少一个固定元件,该固定元件适合于与基元件相配合。
7、根据权利要求6所述的圆环装订器,其特征在于,柱元件与固定元件一体形成。
