Abstract

本发明提供了一种转向包装装置，该装置能有效解决圆形包装挂面因运输中易滚动造成转向困难、效率低等问题。仅需将该装置加装到圆形包装挂面输出机后端，就可对圆形包装挂面进行转向。实现了现有常规设备通用性，降低了设备投入，提高了生产效率。不仅可实现圆形包装的挂面稳定、快速转向，而且可通用于圆形的包装物转向。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种转向装置，尤其涉及一种挂面包装的转向装置，属于食品包装机械技术领域。
背景技术
目前，圆形包装挂面在生产过程中，挂面的转向全靠人工完成，生产效率低，劳动强度大，不稳定因素多，生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决圆形包装挂面的生产效率低、稳定性低、生产成本高及便于整体自动化的问题。 本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的。一种转向包装装置，它包括内转弯弯道、外转弯弯道、内侧板组成、外侧板组成、弯道连接板、主动轴、从动轴、链板、拨叉、内侧护板、外侧护板。
 本发明所述的一种转向包装装置，其特征为所述内转弯弯道设在内侧板组成上，所述外转弯弯道设在外侧板组成上，所述内转弯弯道通过弯道连接板与外转弯弯道相连接，主动轴和从动轴分别通过带座轴承与内侧板组成和外侧板组成相连接，所述内侧板组成和外侧板组成上分别设有内侧护板、外侧护板，所述链板上设有拨叉。
 本发明具有如下优点：该装置能有效解决圆形包装的挂面转向困难、效率低等问题，仅需将该装置加装到圆形包装挂面输出机后端，就可对圆形包装挂面进行转向，实现了现有常规设备的通用性，降低了设备投入，提高了生产效率。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。由图1可知，一种转向包装装置，它包括内转弯弯道（1）、外转弯弯道（2）、内侧板组成（3）、外侧板组成（4）、弯道连接板（5）、主动轴（6）、从动轴（7）、链板（8）、拨叉（9）、内侧护板（10）、外侧护板（11）。
一种转向包装装置，其特征为所述内转弯弯道（1）设在内侧板组成（3）上，所述外转弯弯道（2）设在外侧板组成（4）上，所述内转弯弯道（1）通过弯道连接板（5）与外转弯弯道（2）相连接，主动轴（6）和从动轴（7）分别通过带座轴承与内侧板组成（3）和外侧板组成（4）相连接，所述内侧板组成（3）和外侧板组成（4）上分别设有内侧护板（10）、外侧护板（11），所述链板（8）上设有拨叉（9）。
本发明工作时，后端传感器检测到拨叉后，控制该拨叉停在圆形包装的挂面包装机出面口；当圆形包装的挂面落入拨叉时，前端传感器检测到圆形包装的挂面后，拨叉前行，实现圆形包装的挂面转向。

1.一种转向包装装置，它包括内转弯弯道（1）、外转弯弯道（2）、内侧板组成（3）、外侧板组成（4）、弯道连接板（5）、主动轴（6）、从动轴（7）、链板（8）、拨叉（9）、内侧护板（10）、外侧护板（11）。
2.根据权利要求1所述，一种转向包装装置，其特征为所述内转弯弯道（1）设在内侧板组成（3）上，所述外转弯弯道（2）设在外侧板组成（4）上，所述内转弯弯道（1）通过弯道连接板（5）与外转弯弯道（2）相连接，主动轴（6）和从动轴（7）分别通过带座轴承与内侧板组成（3）和外侧板组成（4）相连接，所述内侧板组成（3）和外侧板组成（4）上分别设有内侧护板（10）、外侧护板（11），所述链板（8）上设有拨叉（9）。
