Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于加氢处理反应器的固定床式催化剂支撑件。这种加氢处理反应器在石油和化学加工行业中用于在存在氢气的情况下在高温和高压下进行含烃原料的催化反应。示例性的反应包括加氢处理、加氢精制、加氢裂化和临氢降凝。
背景技术
在固定床式加氢处理反应器中,气体反应物和液体反应物(例如,氢气和含烃原料)向下流动通过固体催化剂挤制物的一个或更多个床。在反应物向下流动通过催化剂床时,反应物发生反应以产生期望的产物。诸如氢气的气相反应物被消耗,并且催化反应产生热。
图1是常规的竖直的下行流动式反应器(诸如1974年7月16日授权的史密斯等人的专利US 3,824,080中公开的反应器)的剖视示意图。反应器1包括反应器容器2,该反应器容器具有相应的上催化剂区域3和下催化剂区域4,以及其间的冷激区域5。
液体含烃原料经由管路6通过入口喷嘴7被引入容器2。该原料撞击防溅板8,该防溅板将上述的原料分布在喷嘴分配组件9上,该喷嘴分配组件适合于将所述原料均匀地喷洒在上催化剂区域3的整个顶部上。
来自上催化剂区域3的流出物行进到冷激区域5。在原料向下流过上催化剂区域3、下催化剂区域4时,所述原料接触催化剂挤制物并且发生反应以产生期望的产物。诸如氢气的气相反应物被消耗,并且催化反应产生热。
在原料向下行进穿过容器2时控制原料的温度是重要的,以便保证产出产物的品质和量以最大程度向着目标产物实现。在冷激区域5中实现这些特征,其中:(1)氢气冷激气体通过管路10被注入容器2,(2)通过使用混合装置11将氢气冷激气体与从上催化剂区域3流下来的液体流出物混合,并且(3)冷激区域喷嘴分配组件12将已冷激的原料均匀地喷洒在下催化剂区域4的整个顶部上。
已冷激的原料向下流动通过第二催化剂区域4,在该第二催化剂区域中反应物经历另外的催化反应。来自第二反应区域4的流出物进入常规的出口盖13,并且反应的流出物通过管路14排出反应器容器2。
在常规的反应器(诸如图1中示出的反应器)中,可以通过使用水平催化剂载盘(在图1中示出为元件15)将最下或底部催化剂床支撑位于出口上方。然而,这种设计会在反应器的底部产生闲置空间或无用空间。此外,可以被加载到下催化剂床中的活性催化剂的量受到水平载盘的静态载荷极限的限制。这个限制的影响重大,原因在于可用的原料变得处于越来越不利的状态,从而需要进行更多的加氢处理,这进而必然要将更多催化剂材料加载到现有的反应器中。
其它常规的反应器用惰性材料(诸如,惰性陶瓷球)床替代下部床的水平催化剂载盘。(见2006年7月27日公开的Muller的专利文献US2006/0163758的图1中绘制的元件13)。虽然使用惰性材料作为下部催化剂床的支撑件与常规水平载盘相比而允许将更多活性催化剂加载到下部床中,但这种惰性材料床支撑件增加了大量的额外成本。此外,惰性材料会随着时间推移而分解,产生必须从反应器下游进行收集和移除的细屑,并且需要周期性更换惰性材料。
因此,不断需要能够减小或消除常规的加氢处理反应器的底部处的闲置空间或无用空间的下部催化剂床支撑***。此外,不断需要能够允许精炼机将更多量的催化剂材料加载到反应器中的催化剂床支撑***,而不依靠使用惰性催化剂支撑颗粒床,该惰性催化剂支撑颗粒床会随着时间的推移降解,并且显著增加了精炼的操作成本。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种用于加氢处理反应器的向上凸起的固定床式催化剂支撑件。该催化剂床支撑件包括向上凸起的环形板,该环形板具有与反应器的内表面相联的外端部,以及与可拆除的人行巷道遮盖组件相联的内端部。
人行巷道遮盖组件以可拆除的方式被固定到人行巷道遮盖支撑带,该人行巷道遮盖支撑带进而被刚性地固定到上述的环形板的内边缘。在检修操作期间,人行巷道遮盖组件的拆除允许工人取道通过催化剂床支撑件至催化剂床支撑件下方的反应器区域。

已经发现本发明的向上凸起的多孔的固定床式催化剂支撑件具有优于本领域现有技术中已知的催化剂床支撑***的益处。这种益处包括但不限于减小或消除常规的加氢处理反应器的底部处的闲置空间或无用空间、增加催化剂的加载容量以及减少成本。根据本文提供的详细描述可明了具体的实施例和益处。然而应当理解,详细描述和具体的实施例(在表示那些优选实施例中的实施例的同时)旨在仅用于说明的目的而不旨在限制本发明的范围。
本发明涉及一种用于加氢处理反应器的向上凸起的多孔的固定床式催化剂支撑件。参考图2,显示了固定床式下行流动型反应器10的下部分的剖视图。
反应器10包括具有内壁14的容器壳体12、容纳压实的催化剂挤制物的催化剂床16,该压实的催化剂挤制物被支撑在本发明的向上凸起的催化剂床支撑件18上。凸起的催化剂床支撑件18被固定至容器壳体的内壁14。反应器10还包括:出口20,该出口用于在商业服务期间将产物流出物从反应器10排出;以及催化剂***管21,该催化剂***管用于在检修操作期间移除已用过的催化剂挤制物。如图2中示出的,催化剂***管21从反应器10的底部以大致40°角度并且在催化剂床支撑件18上方的位置处向下延伸。在图2中未示出的其它实施例中,***管21以30度和90度之间的角度从反应器10的底部向下延伸(在90°时,***管从反应器10的底部竖直向下延伸)。
如图2中示出的,催化剂床支撑件18在竖向上支撑反应器10内最下部的催化剂床16,并且邻近反应器出口20。
参考图3,显示了与容器壳体的内壁14相联的向上凸起的催化剂床支撑件18的剖视图。催化剂床支撑件18包括向上凸起的环形穿孔板22,该环形穿孔板具有与反应器的内表面相联的外端部24以及被固定到人行巷道遮盖支撑带28的内端部26,人行巷道遮盖组件30以可拆除的方式被固定到所述人行巷道遮盖支撑带。优选地,环形穿孔板22被构造成一体化构件。
如图4A中所示,环形穿孔板22具有由边缘22a限定的多个开口,这使得支撑件18具有多孔性,这允许在液体反应物和气态反应物穿过该支撑件的同时基本上保持催化剂挤制物在反应器10内且在支撑件18上方就位。所述开口布置成集体地限定在25%和40%之间(通常地在30%和35%之间)的板开放区域的间距模式。在如图4B中示出的一个实施例中,所述间距模式是60°类型的间距模式,其中系带段(系带段是在相邻的板开口的中心之间延伸的假想线a)之间的内角是60°角度。
再参考图3,催化剂支撑屏32被布置在板22的整个上表面的顶部上并且在板22的整个上表面上延伸。在图5中示出的一个实施例中,屏32由多个径向延伸的屏段34构造成,每一个屏段34具有径向延伸的长边缘36、邻近反应器的内表面14的外周边缘38、以及邻近人行巷道遮盖组件30的内周边缘40。每一个屏段34与其相邻的屏段沿它们的相应的长边缘36抵接。
参考图6,显示了人行巷道遮盖组件30的剖视图。人行巷道遮盖组件30以可拆除的方式被固定到人行巷道遮盖支撑带28,该人行巷道遮盖支撑带进而被刚性地固定到上述的环形板的内端部26。在涉及反应器维修、催化剂移除和更换以及之类的检修操作期间,人行巷道遮盖组件30的拆除允许工人取道通过催化剂床支撑件18至支撑件18下方的反应器区域。
如图6和7中所示,人行巷道遮盖组件30包括栅格条支撑带42,该栅格条支撑带用于刚性地支撑多个水平地布置的栅格条44,该栅格条44具有可靠地固定到支撑带42的内边缘46的短端部44a。栅格条支撑带42设置有水平的支撑带凸缘48,该水平的支撑带凸缘设置成用于将人行巷道遮盖组件30支撑在人行巷道遮盖支撑带28的顶边缘上。
从栅格条支撑带42的顶边缘向上延伸的屏保持唇缘50被设置用于限制水平的催化剂支撑屏52的水平运动,该水平的催化剂支撑屏通过栅格条44和支撑带42被支撑在人行巷道遮盖组件30的顶部上。
从支撑带凸缘48向上延伸并且与支撑带凸缘刚性地关联的一个或更多个提升凸耳54被设置用于简化人行巷道遮盖组件30的安装和拆除。当反应器10不在操作中时,人行巷道遮盖组件30是可拆除的并且用作人行巷道遮盖,其允许工人取道通过催化剂支撑件18至支撑件18下方的区域。
参考图8,显示了与反应器的内壁14相联的环形板的外端部24的剖视图。支撑脊56从反应器容器的内壁14突出并且具有水平的支撑表面58(同样见图3)。支撑脊56通过使用常规的焊接构造技术形成在反应器容器的内壁14上。
催化剂床支撑带60被刚性地固定至环形板的外端部24并且具有底表面62,该底表面由支撑脊的水平的支撑表面58竖直地支撑。催化剂床支撑带60优选地被固定至反应器的催化剂支撑脊56。
在一个实施例中,多个支撑脊安装柱64从水平的支撑表面58固定地向上延伸并且设置有带螺纹的顶端部66,该带螺纹的顶端部适合于接收诸如螺母68的匹配的带螺纹构件。当支撑***18被安装在反应器中时,安装柱64延伸通过由边缘限定的对应地定位的支撑带孔70,从而将催化剂支撑件18固定至反应器的催化剂支撑脊56。支撑带孔70是开槽的或尺寸偏大的以允许催化剂床的支撑带60相对于反应器的催化剂支撑脊56径向移出,该反应器的催化剂支撑脊将典型地具有相对于催化剂床的支撑带60的热膨胀速率较慢的热膨胀速率。

Claims (10)

1.一种反应器,所述反应器包括:
具有内表面的反应器容器;以及
与所述反应器的内表面相联的向上凸起的多孔的催化剂支撑件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反应器,其中,所述催化剂床支撑件是固定床式催化剂支撑件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的反应器,其中,所述催化剂床支撑件包括:
向上凸起的环形板,所述环形板具有与所述反应器的内表面相联的外边缘,以及与人行巷道遮盖组件相联的内边缘。
4.根据权利要求3所述的反应器,其中,所述环形板包括多个开口,所述多个开口集体地限定了在25%和40%之间的板开放区域。
5.根据权利要求3所述的反应器,其中,所述人行巷道遮盖组件包括:
栅格条支撑带,所述栅格条支撑带与所述环形板的内边缘相联;以及
多个水平地布置的栅格条,每一个栅格条具有可靠地固定到所述栅格条支撑带的短端部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的反应器,其中,所述催化剂床支撑件包括:
向上凸起的环形板,所述环形板具有与所述反应器的内表面相联的外边缘,以及被固定到人行巷道遮盖支撑带的内边缘;以及
人行巷道遮盖组件,所述人行巷道遮盖组件以能够拆除的方式与所述人行巷道遮盖支撑带相联。

所述催化剂床支撑件还包括被刚性地固定到所述环形板的外端部的催化剂床支撑带,所述催化剂床支撑带具有底表面,所述底表面被所述支撑脊的水平的支撑表面竖直地支撑。
