the server also comprises a dynamic graphic code generation module, the graphic code generated by the dynamic graphic code generation module changes due to the change of the graphic code generation time, after the server binds the smart phone terminal and the marked graphic code in a one-to-one manner, the server generates a dynamic first derivative graphic code and sends a first derivative graphic code corresponding to the smart phone information and the marked graphic code information to the smart phone terminal, the server acquires the first derivative graphic code information sent by a second smart phone terminal and verifies the smart phone information corresponding to the first derivative graphic code information, when the smart phone generating the first derivative graphic code information and the marked graphic code are timed, the server sends meal ordering page information corresponding to the first derivative graphic code information to the second smart phone terminal, and simultaneously, the server generates a dynamic second derivative graphic code and sends the second derivative graphic code corresponding to the first derivative graphic code information to the second smart phone terminal, and the server associates the second smart phone terminal with the second derivative graphic code.
The server acquires first derived graphic coding information sent by a third smart phone terminal and verifies smart phone information corresponding to the first derived graphic coding information, when a smart phone generating the first derived graphic coding information is bound with a marked graphic code, the server sends ordering page information corresponding to the first derived graphic coding information to the third smart phone terminal, meanwhile, the server generates a dynamic third derived graphic code and sends a third derived graphic code corresponding to the third smart phone terminal information and the first derived graphic coding information to the third smart phone terminal, and the server associates the third smart phone terminal with the third derived graphic code.
The embodiment of the invention is used for ordering food by three smart phone terminals, and it needs to be explained that the principle of the technical scheme is the same as that of ordering food by a plurality of smart phone terminals, if a plurality of smart phone terminals order food, the smart phone terminals bound with the graphic codes are taken as the beginning, the plurality of smart phone terminals all acquire the first derivative graphic codes of the smart phones bound with the graphic codes and diverge from one point to multiple points, so that the plurality of smart phone terminals acquire the ordering page information sent by the server.

Claims (4)

1. A system for obtaining food selection information is characterized by comprising at least one pre-authorized mobile device with a code scanning module, a server, at least one smart phone terminal with a camera module, and a printed matter which is positioned on a dining table and printed with graphic codes corresponding to information of the dining table and the dining table; the mobile equipment is provided with a wireless module, the wireless module is used for sending the graphic codes scanned by the code scanning module to the server, the server carries out authority verification on the mobile equipment, the authority comprises the authority that the mobile equipment requests the server to mark the graphic codes sent by the mobile equipment, and the server marks the graphic codes sent by the mobile equipment; the intelligent mobile phone terminal shoots a graphic code through a camera and then sends the graphic code information to a server through a wireless network, the server receives the graphic code sent by the intelligent mobile phone terminal and sends ordering page information corresponding to the graphic code to the intelligent mobile phone terminal, the intelligent mobile phone terminal acquires the category information selected by a user in an ordering page and sends the category information to the server, and the server compares the graphic code sent by the intelligent mobile phone terminal with the marked graphic code; if the graphic code sent by the smart phone terminal is marked in the server, the server receives the category information which is sent by the smart phone terminal and selected by the user in the ordering page, and the server binds the smart phone terminal and the graphic code in a one-to-one manner;
the server also comprises a dynamic graphic code generation module, the graphic code generated by the dynamic graphic code generation module changes due to the change of the graphic code generation time, after the server binds the smart phone terminal and the marked graphic code in a one-to-one manner, the server generates a dynamic first derivative graphic code and sends a first derivative graphic code corresponding to the smart phone information and the marked graphic code information to the smart phone terminal, the server acquires the first derivative graphic code information sent by a second smart phone terminal and verifies the smart phone information corresponding to the first derivative graphic code information, and when the smart phone generating the first derivative graphic code information and the marked graphic code are timed, the server receives the category information sent by the second smart phone terminal and selected by the user in the ordering page, meanwhile, the server generates a dynamic second derivative graphic code and sends the second derivative graphic code corresponding to the first derivative graphic code information to the second smart phone terminal, and the server associates the second smart phone terminal with the second derivative graphic code;
the third smart phone terminal acquires the second derivative graphic code through the camera and sends the second derivative graphic code information to the server through a wireless signal, the server verifies the first derivative graphic code corresponding to the second derivative graphic code information, when the smart phone corresponding to the first derivative graphic code information is bound with the marked graphic code in a one-to-one manner, the server receives the category information, selected by the user, sent by the third smart phone terminal in the ordering page, generates a dynamic third derivative graphic code, sends the third derivative graphic code corresponding to the third smart phone terminal and the second derivative graphic code information to the third smart phone terminal, and the server associates the third smart phone terminal with the third derivative graphic code;
the server calculates the difference between the moment of acquiring the marked graph code sent by the intelligent mobile phone terminal in the server and the moment of marking the graph code in the server, and when the calculated difference time is within the preset time, the server receives the item information which is sent by the intelligent mobile phone terminal and selected by the user in the ordering page;
the system for obtaining the meal selection information further comprises a payment subsystem, wherein the payment subsystem obtains a payment instruction sent by the smart phone terminal, the server sends the money information corresponding to the graphic code to the payment subsystem, the payment subsystem verifies the payment instruction sent by the smart phone terminal, when the payment instruction sent by the smart phone terminal passes the verification, the payment subsystem compares the payment amount contained in the payment instruction with the money information corresponding to the graphic code, and when the payment amount contained in the payment instruction sent by the smart phone terminal is equal to the money information corresponding to the graphic code, the payment subsystem sends a dining table money payment completion instruction corresponding to the graphic code to the server;
after the server marks the graphic code sent by the pre-authorized mobile equipment, the server cancels the mark of the graphic code when the server does not receive the graphic code which is sent by the intelligent mobile phone terminal and is the same as the marked graphic code within the preset time, and the server removes the binding between the intelligent mobile phone terminal and the graphic code;
and after the server acquires the instruction of completing the payment of the table money corresponding to the graphic code, the server cancels the mark of the graphic code, and the server removes the binding of the smart phone terminal and the graphic code.

The system for obtaining food selection information as recited in claim 1, further comprising a restaurant host machine disposed in a restaurant and a display device for receiving video signals transmitted by the host machine, wherein the server transmits the item information to the restaurant host machine corresponding to the graphic code, and the restaurant host machine displays the item information and table information corresponding to the graphic code in association with each other on the display device.
3. The system for obtaining meal selection information according to claim 2, wherein the instruction for payment completion of the table money corresponding to the graphic code is sent by the restaurant host corresponding to the graphic code.

The system for obtaining food item selection information according to claim 3, wherein the server obtains first derived graphic code information sent by a third smart phone terminal and verifies smart phone information corresponding to the first derived graphic code information, when a smart phone generating the first derived graphic code information is bound to a marked graphic code, the server accepts item information selected by a user in a meal ordering page sent by the third smart phone terminal, simultaneously the server generates a dynamic third derived graphic code, and sends a third derived graphic code corresponding to the third smart phone terminal information and the first derived graphic code information to the third smart phone terminal, and the server associates the third smart phone terminal with the third derived graphic code.
