本发明公开了一种人工成本低、组装方便的灯具堵头和铝基板的金属弹片式电气连接结构;采用的技术方案为:灯具堵头和铝基板的金属弹片式电气连接结构,包括铝基板焊盘和灯管堵头,所述铝基板焊盘设置在灯管堵头内,还包括金属弹片和插针,所述插针穿插在灯管堵头的端部,所述金属弹片的一端与***灯管堵头内的插针连接,所述金属弹片的另一端设置成向下的弯曲折叠结构,所述金属弹片的弯曲折叠结构与铝基板焊盘的上端面紧密接触在一起;本发明可广泛应用于灯管堵头和铝基板连接。

本发明灯具堵头和铝基板的金属弹片式电气连接结构,属于灯管堵头和铝基板连接技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上已有的灯管堵头和铝基板的连线方式为传统的焊线式,要先焊接,然后组装,人工成本较高。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种人工成本低、组装方便的灯具堵头和铝基板的金属弹片式电气连接结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:灯具堵头和铝基板的金属弹片式电气连接结构,包括铝基板焊盘和灯管堵头,所述铝基板焊盘设置在灯管堵头内,还包括金属弹片和插针,所述插针穿插在灯管堵头的端部,所述金属弹片的一端与***灯管堵头内的插针连接,所述金属弹片的另一端设置成向下的弯曲折叠结构,所述金属弹片的弯曲折叠结构与铝基板焊盘的上端面紧密接触在一起。
所述金属弹片的上部设置有挡板,所述挡板用于防止金属弹片长时间受力变形。
所述铝基板焊盘的上端面上设置有凸起,所述凸起与金属弹片的弯曲折叠结构对应接触。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:本发明采用将灯管堵头上的金属弹片直接压接到铝基板焊盘上,在灯管组装的同时完成了电气连接,节省了人工成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明灯具堵头和铝基板的金属弹片式电气连接结构,包括铝基板焊盘1和灯管堵头2,所述铝基板焊盘1设置在灯管堵头2内,还包括金属弹片3和插针4,所述插针4穿插在灯管堵头2的端部,所述金属弹片3的一端与***灯管堵头2内的插针4连接,所述金属弹片3的另一端设置成向下的弯曲折叠结构,所述金属弹片3的弯曲折叠结构与铝基板焊盘1的上端面紧密接触在一起。
所述金属弹片3的上部设置有挡板5,所述挡板5用于防止金属弹片3长时间受力变形。
所述铝基板焊盘1的上端面上设置有凸起6,所述凸起6与金属弹片3的弯曲折叠结构对应接触。
本发明中灯管堵头2和插针4相连的部位伸出一个金属弹片3,金属弹片3尾端做向下弯曲设计,方便安装和拆卸,金属弹片3上方增加一塑料的挡板5结构,固定金属弹片3,以保证金属弹片3长时间受力不变形。
金属弹片3直接与铝基板焊盘1上相应焊点接触,保留一定的应力,使得挡板5、金属弹片3、铝基板焊盘1产生微变形从而产生紧密稳固的电气连接。

1.灯具堵头和铝基板的金属弹片式电气连接结构,包括铝基板焊盘(1)和灯管堵头(2),所述铝基板焊盘(1)设置在灯管堵头(2)内,其特征在于:还包括金属弹片(3)和插针(4),所述插针(4)穿插在灯管堵头(2)的端部,所述金属弹片(3)的一端与***灯管堵头(2)内的插针(4)连接,所述金属弹片(3)的另一端设置成向下的弯曲折叠结构,所述金属弹片(3)的弯曲折叠结构与铝基板焊盘(1)的上端面紧密接触在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯具堵头和铝基板的金属弹片式电气连接结构,其特征在于:所述金属弹片(3)的上部设置有挡板(5),所述挡板(5)用于防止金属弹片(3)长时间受力变形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的灯具堵头和铝基板的金属弹片式电气连接结构,其特征在于:所述铝基板焊盘(1)的上端面上设置有凸起(6),所述凸起(6)与金属弹片(3)的弯曲折叠结构对应接触。
