技术领域
本发明涉及一种擦拭机,特别涉及内外观擦拭机。
背景技术
在汽车、摩托车配件减震器、焊管等管体加工、生产过程中,因加工过程中管体内外表面会附着大量油污及杂质需要进行清洁,而国内企业几乎是采用传统的人工进行清洁,由于产品的产量大,在清洁、擦拭过程中需要大量人力和清洁品,如:棉纱、清洁用油等,造成大量劳动力和资源的浪费;同时人工清洁效率底、质量难以保证;而本技术设备首创采用自动在线进行管体内外壁的擦拭、清洁,生产效率较以往传统手工、设备等操作有着显著提升,起到把传统的小企业向规模化现代化聚集,为逐步形成快速、大规模型大企业提供了先进技术支撑。与此同时,项目技术还会产生辐射影响,对于带动相关行业技术进步,提升我国资源利用行业的技术,实现产业技术升级,真正实现资源的有效利用,并将对节约资源、保护环境起到积极的推进作用。通过本项目的实施,可扩大企业的生产规模,满足企业发展的需求,增加经济和社会效益,促进国家、社会的可持续发展。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明提供内外观擦拭机,有效地解决了上述现有技术存在的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:内外观擦拭机,包括擦拭机本体,所述擦拭机本体包括机架、双槽滚道、卸料机构、外观擦拭机构、外观擦拭头清洁机构、顶料机构、管件移位机构、管件压紧机构、内孔擦拭机构、内孔擦拭清洁机构及相应检测开关和控制***;所述外观擦拭机构由气缸、直线轨道、管件推杆、管件推杆支座、环形吹嘴、外观擦拭皮碗机构构造而成,所述环形吹嘴和外观擦拭皮碗设置在双槽滚道的滚轮之间, 外观擦拭皮碗机构由气缸驱动,间隙***双槽滚道的滚轮之间;所述外观擦拭头清洁机构由气缸、直线轨道、支座、电机、拭头清洁软轮构造而成;所述内孔擦拭清洁机构由支座、电机、拭头清洁软轮等组成。
作为优选,所述顶料机构将两只已外观擦拭后的管件从滚道上移至内孔擦拭定位支座上→管件移位机构将两只分管件离到两个内孔擦拭工位上→管件压紧机构压紧管件→内孔擦拭机构推动环形吹嘴和橡胶皮碗经过管件内孔→橡胶皮碗清洁→内孔擦拭机构推动环形吹嘴和橡胶皮碗退回→管件压紧机构退回→管件移位机构运行两次将管件移后两个工位。
作为优选,所述管件移位机构由导杆气缸、非金属材料的顶料板组成,导杆气缸升降一次,可将两只管件分离到两个内孔擦拭工位上。
与现有技术相比,该发明的有益效果:本发明通过结构上的改进,设备必须满足连续运行48小时,无故障,无意外报警记录,(因产品原因造成报警除外)设备运行平稳,加工产品时不允许对产品内外表面造成任何划伤、磕碰、变形等缺陷。有利于提高劳动效率和产品质量。同时本设备能满足不同规格的产品加工和进行自动循环工作、无料报警等功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
参见图1-3,内外观擦拭机,包括擦拭机本体,所述擦拭机本体包括机架、双槽滚道、卸料机构、外观擦拭机构、外观擦拭头清洁机构、顶料机构、管件移位机构、管件压紧机构、内孔擦拭机构、内孔擦拭清洁机构及相应检测开关和控制***;所述外观擦拭机构由气缸、直线轨道、管件推杆、管件推杆支座、环形吹嘴、外观擦拭皮碗机构构造而成,所述环形吹嘴和外观擦拭皮碗设置在双槽滚道的滚轮之间, 外观擦拭皮碗机构由气缸驱动,间隙***双槽滚道的滚轮之间,在本实施例中,所述管件移位机构由导杆气缸、非金属材料的顶料板组成,导杆气缸升降一次,可将两只管件分离到两个内孔擦拭工位上;所述外观擦拭头清洁机构由气缸、直线轨道、支座、电机、拭头清洁软轮构造而成;所述内孔擦拭清洁机构由支座、电机、拭头清洁软轮等组成。
在本实施例中,所述顶料机构将两只已外观擦拭后的管件从滚道上移至内孔擦拭定位支座上→管件移位机构将两只分管件离到两个内孔擦拭工位上→管件压紧机构压紧管件→内孔擦拭机构推动环形吹嘴和橡胶皮碗经过管件内孔→橡胶皮碗清洁→内孔擦拭机构推动环形吹嘴和橡胶皮碗退回→管件压紧机构退回→管件移位机构运行两次将管件移后两个工位。
本发明的工作流程为:管件内孔外观先通过压缩空气环形吹嘴,把大量的油和铁屑吹掉,然后再通过橡胶皮碗,把剩余的油污和铁屑擦掉.橡胶皮碗每工作一次后,经过清洁装置把粘在橡胶皮碗的油污和铁屑擦掉, 橡胶皮碗污染严重后由人工更换清洗。
外观擦拭机构:产品提升输送机上料一根→卸料机构将管件从右侧滚道转移左侧滚道→链条提升机再上料一根→外观擦拭机构推动管件经过环形吹嘴和外观擦拭皮碗→外观擦拭皮碗退出滚道→外观擦拭皮碗清洁→外观擦拭皮碗复位。
内孔擦拭机构:顶料机构将两只已外观擦拭后的管件从滚道上移至内孔擦拭滚道上→管件顶料机构将两只管件分离到两个内孔擦拭工位上→管件压紧机构压紧管件→内孔擦拭机构推动环形吹嘴和内孔擦拭皮碗经过管件内孔→内孔擦拭皮碗清洁→内孔擦拭机构推动环形吹嘴和内孔擦拭皮碗退回→管件压紧机构退回→管件顶料机构运行两次将管件移出擦拭机。
