上述药材中，黄芪即黄耆，为豆科植物黄耆（Astragalus membranaceus）的干燥根，味甘，性微温，能益卫固表、利水消肿、补中益气，可治气衰血需之症（见浙江新医学院编《中药大辞典》2036页）；茯神为多孔菌科植物茯苓（Poria cocos）菌核中间天然抱有松根的白色部分，味甘淡，性平，有宁心、安神、利水的作用（见《中药大辞典》1599页）;白术为菊科植物白术（Atractylodes macrocephala）的根茎，味苦甘，性温，能补脾、益胃，燥湿和中（见《中药大辞典》670页）；熟地，为玄参科植物地黄（Rehmannia glutinosa）的根茎，味甘，性微温，有滋阴、补血的作用，可治阴虚血少、腰膝萎弱等症（见《中药大辞典》2626页）；当归，为伞形科植物当归（Angelica sinensis）的根，味甘辛，性温，有补血和血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠的作用，可治***、血虚头痛、眩晕、萎痹（见江苏新医学院编《中药大辞典》876页）；生地，即鲜地黄，为玄参科植物地黄（Rehmannia glutinosa）的新鲜根茎，味甘苦、性寒，有清热、凉血、生津功效（见《中药大辞典》2568页）；党参为桔梗科植物党参（Codonopsis pilosula）的根，味甘，性平，可补中，益气，生津（见《中药大辞典》1837）；麦冬即麦门冬，为百合科植物沿阶草味甘微苦，性平，可养阴润肺、清心益肝（见《中药大辞典》1024）；茯苓为多孔菌科植物茯苓（Poria cocos）的干燥菌核，味甘淡，性平，有渗湿利水、开心益智的作用（见《中药大辞典》1596页）;川芎为伞科植物川芎(Ligusticum chuanxiong) 的根茎，味辛、性温，能行气开郁、祛风燥湿。活血止痛（见《中药大辞典》220页）；防风为伞形科植物防风（Saposhnikovia divaricata）的根，味辛甘，性温，能发表、祛风，胜湿，止痛，治外感风寒、头痛目眩，风寒湿痹、骨节酸痛、破伤风（见《中药大辞典》985页）；鱼胶即鱼鳔，为石首鱼科动物大黄鱼（Pseudosciaena crocea）、小黄鱼（Pseudosciaena polyactis）的鱼鳔，味甘，性平，可补肾，益精，滋养筋脉生津（见《中药大辞典》1436）；广陈皮，即橘皮，为芸香科植物福橘(Citrus tangerina）的果皮，味辛苦、性温，能理气、调中、燥湿、化痰（见《中药大辞典》2637页）；山萸肉为山茱萸科植物山茱萸（Cornus officinalis）的果肉, 味酸，性微温，有补肾阳、涩精气、固虚脱的作用（见《中药大辞典》189页）；枸杞子为茄科植物枸杞(Lycium chinense)的成熟果实，味甘，性平，有滋肾、润肺、补肝、明目的作用（见《中药大辞典》1518页）；五味子为木兰科植物五味子（Schisandra chinensis）的果实，味酸，性温，可敛肺、温肾、生津、收汗、涩精，能治肺虚咳嗽、口干作渴、自汗、盗汗、劳伤嬴瘦、梦遗滑精等症（见《中药大辞典》387页）；羌活，为伞形科植物羌活(Notopterygium incisum) 的根茎，味辛苦，性温，能散表寒、祛风湿、利关节，治感冒风寒、风寒湿痹、风水浮肿见《中药大辞典》172页）；肉桂，为樟科植物肉桂(Cinnamomum cassia)的干皮及枝皮，味辛甘，性热，能补元阳，暖脾胃，除积冷，通血脉（见《中药大辞典》890页）；续断为川续断科植物川续断（Dipsacus asper Wall.ex Henry）的干燥根，味苦辛，性微温，归肝、肾经；能补肝肾，强筋骨，续折伤，止崩漏。用于肝肾不足，腰膝酸软，风湿痹痛，跌扑损伤，筋伤骨折，崩漏，胎漏。（见《中华人民共和国药典》2010版一部309页）；甘草为豆科植物甘草（Glycyrrhiza uralensis）的根茎，味甘、性平，有和中缓急、润肺、解毒，补脾益气功效（见《中药大辞典》567页）；杜仲，为杜仲科植物杜仲（Eucommia ulmoides）的树皮，味甘微辛，性温，能补肝肾，强筋骨（见《中药大辞典》1031页）；怀牛膝为苋科植物牛膝（Achyranthes bidentata）的根，味甘苦酸，性平，有散瘀血、消痈肿的作用（见《中药大辞典》832页）；枣仁即酸枣仁，为鼠李科植物酸枣（Zizipos jujuba）的种子，味甘，性平，可养肝，宁心，安神，敛汗（见《中药大辞典》2534页）；秦艽为龙胆科植物秦艽( Gentiana macrophylla Pall.)、麻花秦艽(Gentiana straminea Maxim.)、粗茎秦艽(Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk.)或小秦艽(Gentiana dahurica Fisch.) 的干燥根，味苦辛，性平;能祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛，退虚热（见《中华人民共和国药典》2010版一部253页）；威灵仙为毛茛科植物威灵仙（Clematis chinensis）的根，味辛咸，性温,有毒，能去风湿，通经络，消痰涎，散癖积（见《中药大辞典》1632页）；前胡为伞科植物白花前胡（Peucedanum praerupturum）或紫花前胡（Peucedanum decursivum）的根, 味苦辛，性凉，有宣散风热、下气、消痰作用（见《中药大辞典》1724页）；木瓜，为蔷薇科植物硬梗海棠（Chaenomeles lagenaria）的果实, 味酸、性温，有平肝和胃，去湿舒筋（见《中药大辞典》349页）；大茴香即八角茴香，为木兰科植物八角茴香（Illicium verum）的果实，味辛甘，性温，能温阳，散寒，理气（见《中药大辞典》26页）；独活为伞形科植物重齿毛当归（Angelica pubescens）的根及根茎，味辛苦，性温，可祛风、胜湿，散寒、止痛（见《中药大辞典》1705页）；元参即玄参，为玄参科植物玄参（Scrophularia ningoensis）的的根, 味苦咸，性凉，有滋阴、降火、除烦、解毒作用（见《中药大辞典》769页）；侧柏叶为柏科植物侧柏(Biota orientalis)的嫩叶与枝，味苦涩、性寒，有凉血、止血、祛风湿、散肿毒功效（见《中药大辞典》1375页）；骨碎补为骨碎补科植物大叶骨碎补（Davallia orientanis）及水龙科植物槲蕨(Drynaria fortunei)的根茎，味苦，性温，能活血、止血（见《中药大辞典》1658页）；女贞子为木犀科植物女贞（Ligustrum lucidum）的果实，味苦甘，性平，有补肝肾、强腰膝的作用（见《中药大辞典》237页）；黄精为百合科植物黄精（Polygonatum macropodium）的根茎，味甘，性平，能补中益气、潤心肺、强筋骨（见《中药大辞典》2041页）；大枣为鼠李科植物枣（Zizipos jujuba）的成熟果实，味甘，性温，能补脾和胃、益气生津、调营卫、解药毒（见《中药大辞典》101页）。
所用白酒是高粱酒，其酒精度在50°以上。
本发明的药酒泡制方法是取配方的35味中药药材，其中甘草要事先炒制，分别洗净，粉碎成玉米粒大小，再用紫外线消毒，混合放入陶瓷器皿，加入冰糖，再加入高粱酒，密封浸泡半个月之后，静置滤去药渣，检验合格后灌装入瓶，即得到产品。
本发明的药酒服法是每天中、晚餐时，根据服用人酒量适度饮用，一般每次20mL为宜。对于不善饮酒的人来说，可少量饮用。长期服用效果明显。
本保健酒经多年临床使用，表明它有着祛风除湿、补肾壮力、补气养血的功效。可用来医治，腰酸腿痛，神疲乏力，颈椎病，肩周炎，类风湿，胃痛，痛经，阳痿不举 ，老年痴呆，健忘失眠，有病治病，无病强身。
发明人曾先用前26味浸泡高粱白酒，加入250克冰糖，经58名中老年人服用，51人感觉效果较好，7人无效；又加入后10味中药，67名中老年人服用，65人感觉效果良好，2人无效。比较典型的实例有：
实例一，徐某，47岁，贵州毕节市人。曾经常感觉腰酸腿痛，身疲无力，服用多种药物，效果不佳。后长期服用本发明药酒腰酸腿痛，身疲无力现象消失。
实例二，丁某，69岁，贵州大方县人。经常感觉颈椎、肩周疼痛。之后，长期服用本发明药酒，颈椎痛，肩周炎消失，随访，未复发。
实例三，王某，47岁，毕节市海子街镇人。患者自42岁开始，感觉阳痿早泄，健忘失眠，曾服用过多种药物，效果不佳。后经人介绍，服用本发明药酒，阳痿早泄现象消失，精神转好。
实例四，谢某，67岁，贵州省毕节城关人。曾因健忘失眠，痴呆，经人介绍，服用本发明酒，健忘失眠现象消失，记忆力增强。
发明人曾经使用本保健酒对46名70岁以上的老年人服用。经10年来使用显示，存活的人中，有的风湿减轻了，有的白发转黑发了，有的增強了免疫力，不感昌，增加了饮食，产生了益寿延年的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例  取下列配方的35味中药药材，其中甘草要事先炒制，黄芪18g、茯神18g、白术18g、熟地18g、当归18g、生地18g、党参22g、麦冬18g、茯苓18g、川芎12g、防风12g、鱼胶18g、陈皮18g、山萸肉18g、枸杞18g、五味子18g、羌活12g、肉桂5g、续断18g、甘草12g、杜仲18g、怀牛膝18g、枣仁18g、秦艽18g、威灵仙18g、前胡18g、木瓜18g、大茴香18g、独活18g、元参28g、侧柏叶12g、骨碎补18g、女贞子18g、黄精18g、大枣240g，分别洗净，粉碎成玉米粒大小，再用紫外线消毒，混合放入陶瓷器皿，加入250g冰糖，再加入55°高粱白酒6kg，密封浸泡半个月之后，静置滤去药渣，检验合格后灌装入瓶，即得到产品。

Claims (3)

1. 一种益寿延年的保健酒，其特征在于该药酒的药材质量配比如下：
黄芪15～20、茯神15～20、白术15～20、熟地15～20、当归15～20、生地15～20、党参20～25、麦冬15～20、茯苓15～20、川芎10～15、防风10～15、鱼胶15～20、广陈皮15～20、山萸肉15～20、枸杞15～20、五味子15～20、羌活10～15、肉桂4～6、续断15～20、甘草10～15、杜仲15～20、怀牛膝15～20、枣仁15～20、秦艽15～20、威灵仙15～20、前胡15～20、木瓜15～20、大茴香15～20、独活15～20、元参25～30、侧柏叶10～15、骨碎补15～20、女贞子15～20、黄精15～20、大枣200～250；
以上药材加入冰糖，用白酒浸泡而成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的保健酒，其特征是所述白酒是高粱酒，其酒精度在50°以上。
3.  制备权利要求1所述保健酒的方法，其特征在于取配方的35味中药药材，其中甘草要事先炒制，分别洗净，粉碎成玉米粒大小，再用紫外线消毒，混合放入陶瓷器皿，加入高粱酒，再加入蜂蜜，密封浸泡半个月之后，静置滤去药渣，检验合格后灌装入瓶，即得到产品。
