本发明提供一种有机芝麻油及其生产工艺,其特征在于,依次按以下步骤:A、用剥壳机剥壳,获取有机芝麻仁;B、对有机芝麻仁进行晾晒,控制含水率4%;C、将晒干的有机芝麻仁用液压机加压出毛油;D、毛油沉淀36~48h后进行过滤,得到成品油。本发明芝麻油气味浓香、风味独特,可广泛适用于烹制各种食品和菜肴,具有较高营养价值和保健养生作用,确保了高抗氧化活性成分,特别适于在小批量特种油脂生产技术领域推广。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种生产有机芝麻油的方法,所属技术领域:二、生物与新医药技术,(七)现代农业技术,4、农产品精深加工与现代储运:农林产品及特种资源增值加工。
背景技术
芝麻是一种芬芳的补品,芝麻油自古以来一直就为人们喜爱的高级食用油。它既是一种调味品,也是一种营养料。《神农本草经》记载:“芝麻,补心脏、益力气、长肌肉、增髓脑,久服强身”。近代中医学对芝麻的保健药用价值研究证实,芝麻油富含维生素E、维生素B1、亚油酸等多种营养成份,有补血、润肠、生津、通乳、养发、养颜等功效,其含量最多,成为主要成份的维生素E,其含量高于白芝麻20%以上,有改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢,减少体内脂质积累的功能;黑芝麻含油量低于白芝麻,其营养和药用价值高,黑芝麻钾钠比高于白芝麻5 倍以上,含有丰富的卵磷脂能滋润皮肤,延缓衰老,祛除老年斑的作用,常食黑芝麻,对预防和缓解高血压有益。被人们称之为防止衰老、永保青春的营养素。
     目前,芝麻油的生产工艺有水代法、压榨法。传统的水代法工艺为:清籽、润籽、炒籽、扬烟、兑浆搅油、震荡分油等步骤,制取的小磨香油风味浓郁、柔和,但其劳动强度大,产生大量的废水且不能实现连续化生产,发展受到制约。后来发展起来的机榨工艺为:清籽、炒籽、扬烟、调质、压榨、过滤、沉淀等步骤,虽然弥补了水代法的不足,具有自控程度高,可以连续化生产等优点,但是制取的芝麻油风味没有水代法制取得小磨香油柔和、纯净。传统的芝麻油加工大多是将芝麻经过烘炒成熟后,经高温压榨而产出芝麻油,所产油的营养成份和活性物质会受到损失,且产油率和油质都会受到影响,其天然的清香味也会受到影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种简便、营养价值和保健养生、工艺合理的有机芝麻油生产方法。
       本发明的技术方案是这样实现的,包括如下步骤:
          A、用剥壳机剥壳,获取有机芝麻仁;
          B、对有机芝麻仁进行晾晒,控制含水率3%—5%;
          C、将晒干的有机芝麻仁用液压机加压出毛油;
         将芝麻仁做成饼放入液压机,每榨投饼20-25块,每块约4-6kg,均匀地加压液压机低压、使压 力压到110-120MPa时,将低压调到高压,均匀加压到280-300MPa时为止,压榨时,不能太快,以免饼渣渗出;
          D、毛油沉淀36~48h后进行过滤,得到成品油;
          将毛油沉淀36~48h后,将油均匀经过板框过滤机过滤除去杂质,得到成品油。
 本发明的优点是:
      本发明生产工艺取油的产品颜色浅、有芝麻的特殊气味以及保留了营养成分;传统工艺中的烘干、蒸炒以及脱色工艺需要加活性炭或者活性白土,烘干取油使得苯并芘含量增加需要加活性炭吸附,蒸炒取油的的颜色较深需要加活性白土脱色,虽然能够去除不利因素,但是操作复杂、添加化学物质会去除营养成分以及芝麻茶的特殊气味。
本发明提供一种简便、营养价值和保健养生、工艺合理的有机芝麻油生产方法,能够为小批量特种油脂生产提供技术支持,适于在食用油生产技术领域推广。
具体实施方式  
有机芝麻油生产工艺:
       A、用剥壳机剥壳,获取有机芝麻仁;
         B、对有机芝麻仁进行晾晒,控制含水率4%;
         C、将晒干的有机芝麻仁用液压机加压出毛油;
        将有机芝麻仁做成饼放入液压机,每榨投饼23块,每块约5kg,均匀地加压液压机低压、使压力 到115MPa时,将低压调到高压,均匀加压到285MPa时为止,压榨时,不能太快,以免饼渣渗出;
      D、毛油沉淀36h后进行过滤,得到成品油;
      将毛油沉淀36h后,将油均匀经过板框过滤机过滤除去杂质,得到成品油。
      本发明可用于特种油脂生产,适用于营养价值和保健养生食用油生产,做到无污染、低能耗。

1.一种生产有机芝麻油的加工方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
      A、用剥壳机剥壳,获取有机芝麻仁;
      B、对有机芝麻仁进行晾晒,控制含水率3%—5%;
      C、将晒干的有机芝麻仁用液压机加压出毛油;
        将有机芝麻仁做成饼放入液压机,每榨投饼20-25块,每块约4-6kg,均匀地加压液压机低压、使压力到110-120MPa时,将低压调到高压,均匀加压到280-300MPa时为止,压榨时,不能太快,以免饼渣渗出;
      D、毛油沉淀36~48h后进行过滤,得到成品油;
      将毛油沉淀36~48h后,将油均匀经过板框过滤机过滤除去杂质,得到成品油。
