技术领域
    本发明涉及电磁加热器材领域,具体地说是一种利用电磁感应对工件加热的电缆。
背景技术
感应加热电缆,自身流通大电流,高频率交流电,使电缆周围产生磁场,作用于金属工件,使金属工件自身发热,温度可达上千度。为避免工件发热辐射损伤电缆,要求电缆具有耐高温性能。目前的感应加热电缆多采用硅橡胶材料作外层结构,工作时耐温仅可达200度左右,且电缆金属丝自身发热散发不良。
发明内容
本发明为解决采用硅橡胶材料作外层结构感应加热电缆,耐高温性能差,电缆金属丝自身发热散发不良的问题,设计一种用金云母和四氟水加玻璃纤维作外层结构的电缆。
本发明的技术方案是,一种耐高温感应加热电缆,包括多束金属丝,其特殊之处是,在每束金属丝的***包装有金云母内层,金云母内层的***装有四氟水加玻璃纤维编制内层,在多束装有金云母内层和四氟水加玻璃纤维编制内层的金属丝***包装有金云母外层,金云母外层的***包装有四氟水加玻璃纤维编制外层,四氟水加玻璃纤维编制外层的***装有玻璃丝耐高温胶带层。
生产时,先将每束金属丝分别用金云母层、四氟水加玻璃纤维编制层包扎好,将多束装有金云母内层和四氟水加玻璃纤维编制内层的金属丝集结,再在其***分别包装金云母外层、四氟水加玻璃纤维编制外层,最后用玻璃丝耐高温胶带层扎紧。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述的技术方案,可以实现一种耐高温可达500度左右的感应加热电缆。它在具有耐温的同时还保持耐弯折,而且,金云母层、四氟水加玻璃纤维编制层的透气度更优越,致使电缆在强制风冷的情况下更利于电缆散热。

下面结合附图实施例,对本实施新状进一步说明。
如图所示的耐高温感应加热电缆,包括多束金属丝1,每束金属丝1的***包装有金云母内层2,金云母内层2的***装有四氟水加玻璃纤维编制内层3,在多束装有金云母内层2和四氟水加玻璃纤维编制内层3的金属丝1***包装有金云母外层4,金云母外层4的***包装有四氟水加玻璃纤维编制外层5,四氟水加玻璃纤维编制外层5的***装有玻璃丝耐高温胶带层6。
生产时,先将每束金属丝1分别用金云母层2、四氟水加玻璃纤维编制层3包扎好,将多束装有金云母内层2和四氟水加玻璃纤维编制内层3的金属丝1集结,再在其***分别包装金云母外层4、四氟水加玻璃纤维编制外层4,最后用玻璃丝耐高温胶带层6扎紧。
