背景技术
目前在运行的变电所中还有一定数量V型瓷柱的66kV隔离开关。由于此种开关运行年代较久、瓷柱老化,发生多次V型瓷柱断裂的情况,对人身及设备造成极大的威胁。为保证工作人员正常作业中不受V型瓷柱断裂带来的威胁研制了“66kV隔离开关V型瓷柱断裂的绝缘防护架”。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足而提供一种66kV隔离开关V型瓷柱断裂的绝缘防护架,能够保证V型瓷柱断裂时不会伤及人员及设备。
本发明的技术解决方案是:66kV隔离开关V型瓷柱断裂的绝缘防护架,包括环氧树脂管组成的台式绝缘架,绝缘架下部有四个万向轮,绝缘架表面有斜设的蚕丝网。
防护架采用两个对接组合使用,形成V型网状台面,对接时用金属连接卡具连接。

参见图1,66kV隔离开关V型瓷柱断裂的绝缘防护架包括环氧树脂管组成的台式绝缘架1,主体结构简单,承重力强,主体采用环氧树脂管绝缘材料,能够分解方便保存和使用。绝缘架1下部有四个万向轮2,绝缘架1表面有斜设的蚕丝网3。
防护架采用两个对接组合使用(图1中为单个的),形成V型网状台面,便于接住,对接时用金属连接卡具4连接,便于固定。
万向轮2可以支持整个绝缘防护架,并方便防护架在场地内移动。蚕丝网3采用绝缘材料编制成,当隔离开关断裂跌落后由蚕丝网3接住坠落的隔离开关,防止对地放电。由于隔离开关断裂后坠落方向不一定,所以需要两个“66kV隔离开关V型瓷柱断裂的绝缘防护架”对接使用,用金属连接卡具4将对接的两个“66kV隔离开关V型瓷柱断裂的绝缘防护架”固定,同时可防止隔离开关断裂、坠落后将防护架推倒。
一种66kV隔离开关V型瓷柱断裂的绝缘防护架,包括环氧树脂管组成的台式绝缘架1,绝缘架1下部有四个万向轮2,绝缘架1表面有V型蚕丝网3(图略)。

1.一种66kV隔离开关V型瓷柱断裂的绝缘防护架,其特征在于包括环氧树脂管组成的台式绝缘架(1),绝缘架(1)下部有四个万向轮(2),绝缘架(1)表面有斜设的蚕丝网(3);防护架采用两个对接组合使用,形成V型网状台面,对接时用金属连接卡具(4)连接。
2.一种66kV隔离开关V型瓷柱断裂的绝缘防护架,其特征在于包括环氧树脂管组成的台式绝缘架(1),绝缘架(1)下部有四个万向轮(2),绝缘架(1)表面有V型蚕丝网(3)。
