板式换热器
本发明涉及一种用于在两种流体之间换热的板式换热器,它包括许多个互相靠在一起的薄换热板,以及装在换热板之间的密封件,这些密封件在每隔一板的板间空隙为第一流体限定流动空间,而在其他的板间空隙为第二流体限定流动空间,每个换热板具有压出波浪纹,换热板具有两个散热部分和在其间的主换热部分,它分成多个带有平行的波峰和波谷的区域,该板式换热器具有供给上述流体使用的入口和出口,其布置使上述流体具有流动方向,在换热板之间从每个换热板的散热部分中的一个到另一个。
GB-1,468,514公开了一种供两种流体进行热交换的板式换热器,它由多个换热板装配而成,其结构使流体在换热板的两侧流动。换热板具有压出的波浪纹,它有一个上散热部分和一下散热部分,二者之间有一个主换热部分。换热部分包括有带着平行的波峰和波谷的压出波浪纹,形成许多沿换热板伸展的带状区域。在换热板之间设有密封件,它们在每隔一板的板间空隙为第一流体限定流动空间,而在其他的板间空隙为第二流体限定流动空间。
GB-1,339,542公开了一种供两种流体进行热交换的板式换热器,它由多个换热板装配而成,其结构使流体在换热板的两侧流动。换热板有两个散热部分和一个在二者之间的主换热部分。换热部分包括有带着平行的波峰和波谷的压出波浪纹,形成许多横过换热板伸展的带状区域。
尽管上述已知板式换热器的换热部分形成为多个沿着换热板或横过换热板延伸的区域,仍然存在一个问题,就是换热板会产生变形,即换热板在不同方向产生弯曲或鼓起。从而换热板在例如安装在常规承载杆上或进行焊接时变得难以处理。
这个问题决定于换热板的换热部分的强烈波纹化使该部分的板引入伸长变形。这个问题特别容易产生于当平行的波峰和波谷与换热板可能有危险绕其弯曲的假想轴线成一个小的夹角,而同时换热板的其余部分例如密封槽或出入口部分不能给出足够的刚性去限制变形的时候。
本发明的目的在于,在现有类型的板式换热器中使换热板所形成的波浪纹能减小产生变形的危险并与现有的换热板相比有利于换热板的处理。
根据本发明的用于板式换热器的换热板,它包括有至少两种换热流体的入口和出口,两个散热部分并且有在它们之间的换热部分,所述入口和出口安排成使所述至少两种流体具有基本上从散热部分中的一个流向另一个的流动方向,所述换热部分设有压出的波浪纹,分成为多个具有平行波峰和波谷的区域,所述区域位于沿流动方向延伸的许多行中,在相同一行和相邻行的每对相邻区域的平行波峰和波谷伸展成相对于相应区域之间的一条假想线成镜面对称,

本板式换热器用于两种介质,最好是流体,之间的换热,由多个互相是紧靠的薄的长方形换热板装配而成。当然,用其他形状的换热板,例如是圆的,也是可能的。
图1中示出了一个根据本发明做出的换热板1。它按常规设有供第一换热流体用的入口2和出口3,以及供第二换热流体用的入口4和出口5。一个密封件6围绕入口4和出口5以及围绕换热板的***伸展,密封件6和另外一个换热板为所述换热流体中的一种限定了流动空间并为另一换热流体限定了通道。密封件6可以是装在填料槽中的填料,但也可用其他已知的密封结构,如焊接,钎焊或粘接。
换热板1压出波浪纹,并在入口2和4之间,出口3和5之间,以及入口和出口之间,具有两个散热部分7和8以及一个位于7和8之间的主换热部分9.后者分为多个区域10a和10b,每个区域包括有多个平行的波峰和波谷。
在本发明的板式换热器中,多个相同的换热板,叠成一摞,其中两个相邻的换热板中的一个相对于另一个绕其本身的平面旋转180°。如此可使一个换热板1的区域10a上的波峰靠向第二换热板的区域10b上的由波谷形成的波峰。自然,所述扳式换热器也可由两种不同的换热板装钉在一起而组成。
据此,该换热器使入口和出口安置成换热板1之间的换热流体的流动方向基本上从每个换热板1的一个散热部分7流到另一个散热部分8。在这种情况下,流体的流动方向基本上平行于换热板的长边。板式换热器的相间的板间空隙限定了第一流体的流动空间,其余的板间空隙限定了第二流体的流动空间。
每个换热板1的换热部分9包括有一行在上述流体流动方向上的互相挨着的至少三个区域10a和10b,以及横过所述流体流动方向上的互相靠着的偶数行上述区域。如此,每对相邻区域10a和10b的平行波峰和波谷伸展成相对于相应区域10a和10b之间的一条假想线成镜面对称。结果,两个在对角线位置上的区域(10a或10b)的平行波峰和波谷是相同的。
通过将换热部9分割成多个小的其相邻区域成镜面对称的区域10a和10b,四个这样的区域就能有效地互相阻止将其伸长的倾向,从而使换热板的平面加强刚性。即是,如果对某一区域10a在垂直于波峰和波谷的方向上通过展平波峰和波谷使其伸长,就会受到相邻的区域10b的阻止,因为它的波峰和波谷不允许在这个方向上伸长。对角线位置上的区域将形成一种框架,它能阻止换热板的伸长。
每个换热板1的换热部分9最好在流体流动方向上包括有多行带有奇数个互相挨着的区域10a和10b,如此可做出只有一种换热板组成的板式换热器。
大多数已知的换热板可以用本发明的具有多个区域的换热部分做成,但是,所建议的换热部分划分的最确实的效益是在大型换热板上取得。主要是供小流量流体用的长换热板,其中每对相邻区域10a和10b的平行波峰和波谷以中等角度伸展,即相对于流体流动方向为钝角,即所谓高θ角换热板。
为了进一步防止换热板的伸长,可以在换热部分设置沿一个或多个区域在流体流动方向上伸展的向上压出的加强槽11。为了使这些加强槽不会变成换热流体的流通旁路,它们不应伸展到换热部分的全长或其绝大部分。相反,加强槽的位置应互相变换,从而使它们可以复盖换热部分的全长,然而当两个换热板互相叠合时它们不互相重合。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于板式换热器的换热板(1),它包括有至少两种换热流体的入口(2,4)和出口(3,5),两个散热部分(7,8),并且有在它们之间的换热部分(9),所述入口(2,4)和出口(3,5)安排成使所述至少两种流体具有基本上从散热部分(7,8)中的一个流向另一个的流动方向,所述换热部分(9)设有压出的波浪纹,分成为多个具有平行波峰和波谷的区域(10a,10b),所述区域位于沿流动方向延伸的许多行中,在相同一行和相邻行的每对相邻区域(10a,10b)的平行波峰和波谷伸展成相对于相应区域(10a,10b)之间的一条假想线成镜面对称,

4.如权利要求3所述的换热板,其特征在于,加强槽(11)在流体流动方向上位置互相变换。
5.如权利要求4所述的换热板,其特征在于,每条加强槽只伸展过换热部分的一部分。
6.一种用于在第一和第二流体之间换热的板式换热器,它包括许多如权利要求1至5中任何一项所述的薄换热板(1),这些换热板互相之间被密封以便在每隔一板的板间空隙为第一流体限定流动空间,而在其他的板间空隙为第二流体限定流动空间。
