Abstract

一种气缸驱动式高低压阀,包含阀体和阀芯,所述阀体的下侧面上设置有多个气源或气路接口与阀腔相通,上侧面设置有多个与阀芯相通的通孔和所述气源或气路接口对应;阀体的上侧面密封安装若干气缸,气缸的活塞杆与密封圈连接构成阀芯,阀腔与设置在阀体端面上的作业气路接口相通;本方案解决了现有技术高低压阀因需有压差开闭,在组合联用时容易发生该开不开该闭不闭的问题,具备结构简单,生产、维护容易,各阀芯零压差开闭,且独立控制互不干扰,以及耐压强度及气流量大的优点。

Description

气缸驱动式高低压阀
技术领域:
本实发明涉及气体阀门领域,尤其涉及气缸驱动式高低压阀。 
背景技术:
气体阀门作为对管路中气体进行转向、截流、通畅和拦阻的重要控制器件,在工业生产中已广泛应用,从制动形式上,目前可分为电动式、气动式和液动式三种,液动式阀门因工作时会有工作液体溢出的缘故,所以在与生产食品包装相关的机器中不宜使用,尽管电动式或气动式阀门中有各种各样的多位多通高低压阀,但电动式的多位多通阀基本采用单阀芯结构,所以难以对气路通道实施单独控制操作;而气动式的多位多通阀,虽然具备单独控制的能力,但由于自身结构和构件的原故,令其工作压力大多在1-2.4MPa左右,所以现有的阀门不管是在控制上还是在工作压力上,在一些领域中已经不能满足机器功能日益增加的要求。 
例如:在拉伸吹瓶机中,为了使机器有较大的生产能力,需要将工作压力增加到3-4MPa左右,另外,为了在拉伸吹瓶过程能实现预热和冷却过程,所以不仅需要多个气路接口,还需要对高压、低压、热风或冷风、排气的气路通道进行单一控制;尽管气动式的多位多通阀有采用多阀芯单一控制的产品,但其工作压力已远远低于机器要求,所以勉强使用,其工作寿命也只能保持在1-2个月之间;而电动式中的两位两通阀虽然具有2.4-3MPa的工作压力,但其不能对气路通道进行单一控制,所以现实中,只能采用多个结合联用的方式组合使用,大家知道,采用电磁阀进行多个结合联用不但管路连接繁琐,还容易发生工作时该进气不进气,该排气不排气的故障问题,其原因 源于电磁阀中控制气源的孔径极小,容易被工作气体中的微粒阻挡,导致调整气路堵塞不能形成压力差使阀芯不能正常打开或关闭。 
另外,采用多个结合联用的方式组合使用时,气路中常常需要安排一个专用于从事排气工序的阀,当这个阀排气时,由于工件的密闭空间内的气压与气源的气压仍然处在一个平衡的状态下,所以排气时控制气源的阀门并没有被关闭,导致工件中的气体和气源中的气体一起从排气阀中排走;由此可见,采用多个电动式的两位两通阀结合联用的方式还存在浪费气源和产生很大噪音的不足。 
发明内容:
为了解决上述的不足,本发明在于提供一种气缸驱动式高低压阀,与现有技术相比,所述气缸驱动式高低压阀,存在用气缸的活塞杆与密封圈连接构成阀芯的特征,具备结构简单,生产、维护容易,各阀芯零压差开闭,且独立控制互不干扰,以及耐压强度及气流量大的优点。其技术方案如下: 
气缸驱动式高低压阀,包含阀体和阀芯,所述阀体的下侧面上设置有多个气源或气路接口与阀腔相通,上侧面设置有多个与阀芯相通的通孔和所述气源或气路接口对应;阀体的上侧面密封安装若干气缸,气缸的活塞杆与密封圈连接构成阀芯,阀腔与设置在阀体端面上的作业气路接口相通。 
所述气源或气路接口的内端口设置有与密封圈对应的密封位;当与各气管接口对应的气缸工作时,安装在活塞杆前端上的密封圈将进入或退出所述密封位的空间中,达到独立开闭气源接口的目的。 
所述阀体上设置有安装孔,用于使用时将阀体固定在物件上;阀体与气缸的连接口放置有密封圈。 
所述气缸的活塞杆穿过通孔在阀腔内与密封圈连接。 
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述气缸驱动式高低压阀,由于采用了将固定在阀体上的气缸的活塞杆与密封圈连接构成阀芯的缘故,所以具备结构简单,生产、维护容易,各阀芯零压差开闭,且独立控制互不干扰,以及耐压强度及气流量大的优点;解决了现有技术高低压阀因需有压差开闭,在组合联用时容易发生该开不开该闭不闭的问题。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明所述的气缸驱动式高低压阀作进一步的阐述。 
参考图1-6,图中所示为所述气缸驱动式高低压阀,包含阀体1和阀芯,所述阀体1的下侧面上设置有多个气源或气路接口4与阀腔7相通,上侧面设置有多个与阀芯7相通的通孔8和所述气源或气路接口4对应;阀体1的上侧面密封安装若干气缸2,气缸2的活塞杆10穿过通孔8在阀腔7内与密封圈6连接构成阀芯,阀腔8与设置在阀体1端面上的作业气路接口3相通。 
所述气源或气路接口4的内端口设置有与密封圈6对应的密封位11;所 述阀体1上设置有安装孔9;阀体1与气缸2的连接口放置有密封圈6。 
本实施例只设置了3个气源或气路接口4,分别用于与高压、低压及排气管路的连接,如果气控设备需要更多的气源或气路接口4,可以将本实施例进行多个联用,或者直接采用本技术方案生产出3个以上气源或气路接口的产品即可。 

Claims (5)

1.气缸驱动式高低压阀,包含阀体和阀芯,其特征是:所述阀体(1)的下侧面上设置有多个气源或气路接口(4)与阀腔(7)相通,上侧面设置有多个与阀芯(7)相通的通孔(8)和所述气源或气路接口(4)对应;阀体(1)的上侧面密封安装若干气缸(2),气缸(2)的活塞杆(10)与密封圈(6)连接构成阀芯,阀腔(8)与设置在阀体(1)端面上的作业气路接口(3)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气缸驱动式高低压阀,其特征是:所述气源或气路接口(4)的内端口设置有与密封圈(6)对应的密封位(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气缸驱动式高低压阀,其特征是:所述阀体(1)上设置有安装孔(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气缸驱动式高低压阀,其特征是:阀体(1)与气缸(2)的连接口放置有密封圈(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的气缸驱动式高低压阀,其特征是:所述缸(2)的活塞杆(10)穿过通孔(8)在阀腔(7)内与密封圈(6)连接。
