本发明公开了一种水杯，它属于日常用品领域，它可以使水杯更便于饮用操作和携带。本发明的技术方案是这样实现的，它包含杯体，在所述杯体的一侧装置有上下分布的一对吊耳，吊耳上分别活动的连接有大小形状都相同且右端部都向下弯曲一段的上支杆、下支杆，一L形的杆状物通过杆体上上下分布的两个槽形开口及销轴分别与上支杆、下支杆的右端部活动连接成为把手，在L形把手的上部即提钩部位的左端头部位及其正对的上支杆部位都装置有相匹配的上磁钢、下磁钢，同时在把手的内里面的适当部位也粘贴有把手磁钢。

本发明属于日常用品领域，具体是指一种水杯。
背景技术
水杯是人们日常生活中饮水的重要装具，它一般由C形的把手及圆柱状的杯体组成，把手连接在杯体的一侧且是固定连接，这种固定连接的方式对于携带来说显得不方便，现实生活中人们需要一种把手可调或能回收的水杯。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种水杯的新的技术方案，它可以将把手回收。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的，它包含杯体，在所述杯体的一侧装置有上下分布的一对吊耳，吊耳上分别活动的连接有大小形状都相同且右端部都向下弯曲一段的上支杆、下支杆，一L形的杆状物通过杆体上上下分布的两个槽形开口及销轴分别与上支杆、下支杆的右端部活动连接成为把手，在L形把手的上部即提钩部位的左端头部位及其正对的上支杆部位都装置有相匹配的上磁钢、下磁钢，同时在把手的内里面的适当部位也粘贴有把手磁钢。
本发明的有益效果是可以使水杯的把手放下或收起，便于饮用操作和携带。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图来举例说明本设计。
如图1、图2、图3所示，在圆柱形的杯体1的一侧装置有上下分布的一对吊耳8，吊耳上分别活动的连接有大小形状都相同且右端部都向下弯曲一段的上支杆4、下支杆10，弯曲部分的下弯角约呈45°为佳，弯曲部分的右端头还加工有孔；一倒置的L形的杆状物通过杆体上上下分布的两个槽形开口6及销轴5分别与上支杆4、下支杆10的右端部活动连接成为一体成为把手9；在L形把手9的上部即提钩2的左端头部位及其正对的上支杆部位都装置有相匹配的上磁钢3、下磁钢7，如图1、图2所示的把手放下状，此时把手9及上支杆4、下支杆10的连接虽是活动连接，但因为有分别与提钩2及上支杆4固接的上磁钢3、下磁钢7的磁性吸附作用，这种活动的连接会被这种吸附作用给固定住从而保持了把手及其连接各部件相对足够的稳定性，可完全满足饮用操作的需要而不会发生形变；当需要携带或收起把手时，则可通过把手9向上施加一个力以克服掉上下磁钢的磁性吸附力来让上下支杆连同把手上移与杯体贴住，此时在把手的内里面最接近下磁钢7的部位粘贴上把手磁钢11，它与下磁钢的磁性吸附作用会保持把手及其连接件在收起状态的稳定性，充分实现把手收起的操作目的，如图3状，此中形态还方便了通过顶部的提钩2来持拿水杯；本设计的水杯的收起状、放下状的互变操作简单自如，增加了水杯的拿握方式，在具体的使用中方便不少，更便于饮用操作和携带。

1.一种水杯，它包含杯体，其特征是在所述杯体的一侧装置有上下分布的一对吊耳，吊耳上分别活动的连接有大小形状都相同且右端部都向下弯曲一段的上支杆、下支杆，一L形的杆状物通过杆体上上下分布的两个槽形开口及销轴分别与上支杆、下支杆的右端部活动连接成为把手，在L形把手的上部即提钩部位的左端头部位及其正对的上支杆部位都装置有相匹配的上磁钢、下磁钢，同时在把手的内里面的适当部位也粘贴有把手磁钢，把手磁钢的装置位置为：当需要携带或收起把手时，通过把手向上施加一个力以克服掉上下磁钢的磁性吸附力来让上下支杆连同把手上移与杯体贴住，此时在把手的内里面最接近下磁钢的部位粘贴上把手磁钢。
