Abstract
本发明公开了一种网络资源的分配方法,QoS管理网元和应用服务器。分配方法包括:从应用服务器接收第一服务质量QoS请求参数时,查询实时监测到的承载网络在当前时刻的网络状态;如果在当前时刻网络状态不为拥塞或过载,根据第一QoS请求参数和承载网络的网络资源控制承载网络为应用服务器分配网络资源;然后继续查询承载网络的网络状态;如果网络状态变为拥塞或过载,则获取第二QoS请求参数,根据第二QoS请求参数和承载网络的网络资源控制承载网络为应用服务器重新分配网络资源,其中,第二QoS请求参数所需的网络资源少于第一QoS请求参数所需的网络资源。实施本发明能够在承载网络发生拥塞或过载时,减少应用所需的网络资源。
