本发明公开了一种制药车间的排气净化处理装置,所述排气管与冷凝装置连接,所述排气管的进气口内设有抽风机,所述抽风机前设有防尘过滤网,所述排气管内设有气体过滤装置,所述冷凝装置的冷凝液出口与净化罐连接,所述净化罐设置在支架上,所述净化罐顶部设有集成电路,所述净化罐右侧上部设有温度控制装置,所述净化罐左侧下部设有灭菌装置,所述温度控制装置和灭菌装置均与集成电路连接,所述净化罐底部设有净化液出口,所述气体浓度检测分析装置设置在排气管的进气口顶部。该制药车间的排气净化处理装置能够对化工制药车间产生的有害气体进行净化处理,使有害气体达到排放标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及排气装置技术领域,具体为一种制药车间的排气净化处理装置。
背景技术
在化工制药行业中,经常使用一些有机原料,如苯类、胺类等,这些有机原料都是易挥发的,挥发出来的气体不仅有很强的毒性,而且是易燃易爆的,对操作人员的人身安全构成了很大的威胁。因此,在操作过程中,需要把这些有机物气体及时排出制药车间,现有技术仅仅是利用排气扇将有机物气体排到车间外,不能对有害气体进行无害化处理,但是这样又会对大气环境造成污染。在对制药产生的气体进行处理时费时费力,同时还会给工作人员的身体健康带来一定的危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制药车间的排气净化处理装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种制药车间的排气净化处理装置,包括排气管、冷凝装置、净化罐、控制装置和气体浓度检测分析装置,所述排气管与冷凝装置连接,所述排气管的进气口内设有抽风机,所述抽风机前设有防尘过滤网,所述排气管内设有气体过滤装置,所述冷凝装置的冷凝液出口与净化罐连接,所述净化罐设置在支架上,所述净化罐顶部设有集成电路,所述净化罐右侧上部设有温度控制装置,所述净化罐左侧下部设有灭菌装置,所述温度控制装置和灭菌装置均与集成电路连接,所述净化罐底部设有净化液出口,所述气体浓度检测分析装置设置在排气管的进气口顶部,所述抽风机、冷凝装置、集成电路和气体浓度检测分析装置分别与控制装置电性连接。
优选的,所述防尘过滤网底部设有集尘室。
优选的,所述冷凝装置的冷凝液出口内设有电动球阀,且电动球阀通过连接线与控制装置电性连接。
优选的,所述净化罐底部的净化液出口处也设有电动球阀,且电动球阀通过连接线与控制装置电性连接。
优选的,所述控制装置上设有显示屏、报警喇叭和控制按钮。
优选的,所述净化罐底部的支架呈两两对称设置为四个。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该制药车间的排气净化处理装置,结构设计简单,使对制药车间排气处理自动化,能够对化工制药车间产生的有害气体进行净化处理,使有害气体无害化以达到排放标准,气体过滤装置能够对制药车间的有害气体进行过滤净化,提高了处理有害气体的效率,净化罐能够对有害气体进行无害化处理,进一步提高对有害气体的处理效率和处理效果,通过气体浓度检测分析装置对车间内有害气体的检测分析,控制装置自动控制对有害气体进行处理,不仅省时省力同时也大大降低了有害气体对工作人员的身体伤害。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种制药车间的排气净化处理装置,包括排气管1、冷凝装置2、净化罐3、控制装置4和气体浓度检测分析装置5,所述排气管1与冷凝装置2连接,所述排气管1的进气口11内设有抽风机12,所述抽风机12前设有防尘过滤网14,所述防尘过滤网14底部设有集尘室15,集尘室15能够对防尘过滤网截留下来的灰尘进行收集,防止堵塞排气管1,所述排气管1内设有气体过滤装置13,所述冷凝装置2的冷凝液出口21与净化罐3连接,,所述冷凝装置2的冷凝液出口21内设有电动球阀7,且电动球阀7通过连接线与控制装置4电性连接,所述净化罐3设置在支架6上,所述净化罐4底部的支架6呈两两对称设置为四个,所述净化罐3顶部设有集成电路31,所述净化罐3右侧上部设有温度控制装置32,所述净化罐3左侧下部设有灭菌装置33,所述温度控制装置32和灭菌装置33均与集成电路31连接,所述净化罐底3部设有净化液出口34,所述净化罐3底部的净化液出口34处也设有电动球阀,且电动球阀通过连接线与控制装置4电性连接,电动球阀密封性好,能够有效防止渗液漏液,所述气体浓度检测分析装置5设置在排气管1的进气口11顶部,所述抽风机12、冷凝装置2、集成电路31和气体浓度检测分析装置5分别与控制装置4电性连接,所述控制装置4上设有显示屏41、报警喇叭42和控制按钮43,通过气体浓度检测分析装置5对车间内有害气体的检测分析,控制装置4进行自动控制对有害气体进行处理,不仅省时省力同时也大大降低了有害气体对工作人员的身体伤害。

1.一种制药车间的排气净化处理装置,包括排气管(1)、冷凝装置(2)、净化罐(3)、控制装置(4)和气体浓度检测分析装置(5),其特征在于:所述排气管(1)与冷凝装置(2)连接,所述排气管(1)的进气口(11)内设有抽风机(12),所述抽风机(12)前设有防尘过滤网(14),所述排气管(1)内设有气体过滤装置(13),所述冷凝装置(2)的冷凝液出口(21)与净化罐(3)连接,所述净化罐(3)设置在支架(6)上,所述净化罐(3)顶部设有集成电路(31),所述净化罐(3)右侧上部设有温度控制装置(32),所述净化罐(3)左侧下部设有灭菌装置(33),所述温度控制装置(32)和灭菌装置(33)均与集成电路(31)连接,所述净化罐(3)底部设有净化液出口(34),所述气体浓度检测分析装置(5)设置在排气管(1)的进气口(11)顶部,所述抽风机(12)、冷凝装置(2)、集成电路(31)和气体浓度检测分析装置(5)分别与控制装置(4)电性连接。
