本发明公开了一种韧性防腐不锈钢铸件阀体,包括蝶阀阀体本体,其中所述本体为圆形壳体与管状支架组成,本体内设有蝶板,蝶板位于壳体内,蝶板上设有通孔,通孔内设有孔塞,蝶板上方设有阀杆,阀杆内设有内杆,内杆为橡胶材质,阀杆的顶端设有涡轮,涡轮上设有气压机,壳体的底端设有压盖,压盖内设有轴套,阀体本体的内壁与蝶板的外壁上均设有防腐涂层,本体与蝶板均为铸造一体成型。本蝶阀在阀杆内增加一个内杆的方式将本阀体的韧性增加。本蝶阀为一体的铸造成型,使得结构更加完整,具有更强的密闭型,并且,在本体与蝶板上均设有防腐涂层,可以防止各种液体对阀体的腐蚀。

本发明涉及阀体领域,具体涉及一种韧性防腐不锈钢铸件阀体。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种可调节两侧压力的韧性防腐不锈钢铸件阀体。
本发明解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:一种韧性防腐不锈钢铸件阀体,包括蝶阀阀体本体,其中所述本体为圆形壳体与管状支架组成,本体内设有蝶板,蝶板位于壳体内,蝶板上设有通孔,通孔内设有孔塞,蝶板上方设有阀杆,阀杆内设有内杆,内杆为橡胶材质,阀杆的顶端设有涡轮,涡轮上设有气压机,壳体的底端设有压盖,压盖内设有轴套,阀体本体的内壁与蝶板的外壁上均设有防腐涂层,本体与蝶板均为铸造一体成型。
优选的,所述阀杆的上端设有齿轮,齿轮与所述涡轮线啮合连接。
优选的,所述阀杆的上端与下端与所述本体之间分别设有轴承。
优选的,所述壳体与所述碟版的之间设有一圈密封圈。
优选的,所述涡轮外设有把手。
有益效果是:本蝶阀在阀杆内增加一个内杆的方式将本阀体的韧性增加。本蝶阀为一体的铸造成型,使得结构更加完整,具有更强的密闭型,并且,在本体与蝶板上均设有防腐涂层,可以防止各种液体对阀体的腐蚀。除此之外,蝶板与阀杆控制本阀体的开合,涡轮与齿轮的啮合可以控制阀杆的运动,从而使得本蝶阀运动,而把手使得涡轮更方便控制,涡轮上的气压机可以测得阀体两侧的液压。而在壳体底端的压盖既可以起到封闭作用,也可以桥连接作用,蝶板上的通孔可以根据阀体两侧的压力而作调整,以平衡阀体上的压力,减少阀体上的压强,使得阀体的生锈速度变慢,以起到防腐的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
图1出示本发明一种韧性防腐不锈钢铸件阀体的具体实施方式:一种韧性防腐不锈钢铸件阀体,包括蝶阀阀体本体15,其中所述本体15为圆形壳体8与管状支架7组成,本体15内设有蝶板11,蝶板11位于壳体8内,蝶板11上设有通孔9,通孔9内设有孔塞10,蝶板11上方设有阀杆6,阀杆6内设有内杆5,内杆5为橡胶材质,阀杆6的顶端设有涡轮1,涡轮1上设有气压机3,壳体8的底端设有压盖14,压盖14内设有轴套13,阀体本体15的内壁与蝶板11的外壁上均设有防腐涂层,本体15与蝶板11均为铸造一体成型。所述阀杆6的上端设有齿轮4,齿轮4与所述涡轮1线啮合连接。所述阀杆6的上端与下端与所述本体15之间分别设有轴承。所述壳体8与所述碟版的之间设有一圈密封圈12。所述涡轮1外设有把手2。
基于上述,本蝶阀在阀杆6内增加一个内杆5的方式将本阀体的韧性增加。本蝶阀为一体的铸造成型,使得结构更加完整,具有更强的密闭型,并且,在本体15与蝶板11上均设有防腐涂层,可以防止各种液体对阀体的腐蚀。除此之外,蝶板11与阀杆6控制本阀体的开合,涡轮1与齿轮4的啮合可以控制阀杆6的运动,从而使得本蝶阀运动,而把手2使得涡轮1更方便控制,涡轮1上的气压机3可以测得阀体两侧的液压。而在壳体8底端的压盖14既可以起到封闭作用,也可以桥连接作用,蝶板11上的通孔9可以根据阀体两侧的压力而作调整,以平衡阀体上的压力,减少阀体上的压强,使得阀体的生锈速度变慢,以起到防腐的作用。

1.一种韧性防腐不锈钢铸件阀体,包括蝶阀阀体本体,其特征在于:所述本体为圆形壳体与管状支架组成,本体内设有蝶板,蝶板位于壳体内,蝶板上设有通孔,通孔内设有孔塞,蝶板上方设有阀杆,阀杆内设有内杆,内杆为橡胶材质,阀杆的顶端设有涡轮,涡轮上设有气压机,壳体的底端设有压盖,压盖内设有轴套,阀体本体的内壁与蝶板的外壁上均设有防腐涂层,本体与蝶板均为铸造一体成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种韧性防腐不锈钢铸件阀体,其特征在于:所述阀杆的上端设有齿轮,齿轮与所述涡轮线啮合连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种韧性防腐不锈钢铸件阀体,其特征在于:所述阀杆的上端与下端与所述本体之间分别设有轴承。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种韧性防腐不锈钢铸件阀体,其特征在于:所述壳体与所述碟版的之间设有一圈密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种韧性防腐不锈钢铸件阀体,其特征在于:所述涡轮外设有把手。
