其技术方案是;仿照管式静态混合器的结构,在汽车尾气过滤/***内装入含催化剂的静态混合单元,使汽车尾气时而左旋,时而右转旋,不断改变流动方向,为减少静态混合单元制作难度,其进一步的改进是,将N片含催化剂的蜂窝片互相错孔重迭成静态混合单元。
其有益效果是,汽车尾气在静态混合式汽车尾气过滤/***内滞留时间较长,由于蜂窝片表面积大,气阻小,在汽车高速时仍有较高的过滤效率,且结构简单,具有良好的消声效果。
具体实施方式
本发明的静态混合器式汽车尾气过滤/***,在汽车尾气过滤/***的筒状外壳内装有;由含催化剂的多孔陶瓷或活性炭做成一定规格的波纹板,再将N个波纹板组装成圆柱状的SV型静态混合单元,最好是做成气体阻力小的错孔重迭蜂窝式静态混合单元,(即将N片含催化剂的陶瓷蜂窝片互相错孔重迭成圆柱状的蜂窝型静态混合单元),然后与汽车尾气排气管口联接即可。

2.如上所述的静态混合器式汽车尾气过滤/***,其特征是;将N片含催化剂的蜂窝片互相错孔重迭成静态混合单元。
