Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐磨尼龙塑料及其制备方法,该耐磨尼龙塑料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:PA6 89-96份、无机填料10-18份、中性二壬基萘磺酸钡8-10份、油酸8-10份、硬脂酸钙6-9份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2-3份和尿素0.5-1份。本发明还提供了一种耐磨尼龙塑料的制备方法。

一种耐磨尼龙塑料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于塑料材料领域,特别涉及一种耐磨尼龙塑料及其制备方法。
背景技术
尼龙,又名聚酰胺纤维,其基本组成物质是通过酰胺键—[NHCO]—连接起来的脂肪族聚酰胺。尼龙其制备组分主要分为两类,一类是由二胺和二酸缩聚而得到的聚己二酸己二胺,其长链分子的化学结构式为:H—[HN(CH2)XNHCO(CH2)YCO]—OH。另一类是由己内酰胺缩聚或开环聚合得到的,其长链分子的化学结构式为:H—[NH(CH2)XCO]—OH。根据其单元结构所含碳原子数目,可得到不同品种的命名。例如锦纶6(尼龙6),是由含6个碳原子的己内酰胺开环聚合而得。
随着社会技术飞速发展,新产品大量涌出,对涉及大幅降低摩擦系数的问题,需要自身耐磨性较强的零部件。尼龙被广泛应用于汽车、机械、包装、化工、电子和电器等领域,由于其力学性能、熔点较高、干摩擦时摩擦系数高,但不宜用作高速摩擦材料,因此限制了尼龙塑料在耐磨性产品中的应用。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明特别提供了一种耐磨尼龙塑料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐磨尼龙塑料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
所述无机填料为三氧化二铝、玻璃微珠和氧化锌的混合物。
所述三氧化二铝、玻璃微珠和氧化锌的质量比为1-2:1:1。
一种耐磨尼龙塑料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取89-96份PA6、油酸8-10份、硬脂酸钙6-9份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2-3份和尿素0.5-1份,倒入到油脂捏合机中,捏合至均匀;
(2)在步骤1的产物中加入充分球磨的无机填料10-18份和中性二壬基萘磺酸钡8-10份,混合均匀;
(3)加入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒后,得到耐磨尼龙塑料。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为190-220℃,二区温度为230-250℃,三区温度为250-270℃,四区温度为260-270℃,五区温度为220-240℃。
所述双螺杆挤出机的机头温度为240-250℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明制得的耐磨尼龙塑料,由于加入了中性二壬基萘磺酸钡、油酸、硬脂酸钙和乙撑双硬脂酰胺,因此具有耐高温、良好的力学性能的同时,具有良好的耐磨性能,同时本发明的尼龙塑料可长时间作为耐磨材料使用。
(2)本发明制得的耐磨尼龙塑料加入了尿素,使其在不同的使用环境中仍能保持良好的稳定性和耐候性。
(3)本发明的耐磨尼龙塑料,其制备方法简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)称取89kgPA6、油酸8kg、硬脂酸钙6kg、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2kg和尿素0.5kg,倒入到油脂捏合机中,捏合至均匀;
(2)在步骤1的产物中加入充分球磨的三氧化二铝5kg、玻璃微珠2.5kg、氧化锌2.5kg和中性二壬基萘磺酸钡8kg,混合均匀;
(3)加入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒后,得到耐磨尼龙塑料。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为190℃,二区温度为230℃,三区温度为250℃,四区温度为260℃,五区温度为220℃,所述双螺杆挤出机的机头温度为240℃。
制得耐磨尼龙塑料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)称取89kgPA6、油酸10kg、硬脂酸钙9kg、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2kg和尿素0.5kg,倒入到油脂捏合机中,捏合至均匀;

制得耐磨尼龙塑料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)称取96kgPA6、油酸10kg、硬脂酸钙9kg、乙撑双硬脂酰胺3kg和尿素1kg,倒入到油脂捏合机中,捏合至均匀;
(2)在步骤1的产物中加入充分球磨的三氧化二铝6kg、玻璃微珠6kg氧化锌6kg和中性二壬基萘磺酸钡10kg,混合均匀;
(3)加入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒后,得到耐磨尼龙塑料。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为220℃,二区温度为250℃,三区温度为270℃,四区温度为270℃,五区温度为240℃,所述双螺杆挤出机的机头温度为250℃。
制得耐磨尼龙塑料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)称取96kgPA6、油酸10kg、硬脂酸钙9kg、乙撑双硬脂酰胺3kg和尿素1kg,倒入到油脂捏合机中,捏合至均匀;
(2)在步骤1的产物中加入充分球磨的三氧化二铝6kg、玻璃微珠6kg氧化锌6kg和中性二壬基萘磺酸钡10kg,混合均匀;
(3)加入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒后,得到耐磨尼龙塑料。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为220℃,二区温度为250℃,三区温度为270℃,四区温度为270℃,五区温度为240℃,所述双螺杆挤出机的机头温度为250℃。
制得耐磨尼龙塑料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例5
(1)称取90kgPA6、油酸9kg、硬脂酸钙8kg、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2kg和尿素0.7kg,倒入到油脂捏合机中,捏合至均匀;
(2)在步骤1的产物中加入充分球磨的三氧化二铝5kg、玻璃微珠5kg、氧化锌5kg和中性二壬基萘磺酸钡10kg,混合均匀;
(3)加入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒后,得到耐磨尼龙塑料。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为200℃,二区温度为240℃,三区温度为260℃,四区温度为265℃,五区温度为230℃,所述双螺杆挤出机的机头温度为245℃。
制得耐磨尼龙塑料的性能测试结果如表1所示。

1.一种耐磨尼龙塑料,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:

4.一种耐磨尼龙塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取89-96份PA6、油酸8-10份、硬脂酸钙6-9份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2-3份和尿素0.5-1份,倒入到油脂捏合机中,捏合至均匀;
(2)在步骤1的产物中加入充分球磨的无机填料10-18份和中性二壬基萘磺酸钡8-10份,混合均匀;
(3)加入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出、拉条、冷却、切粒后,得到耐磨尼龙塑料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐磨尼龙塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为190-220℃,二区温度为230-250℃,三区温度为250-270℃,四区温度为260-270℃,五区温度为220-240℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的耐磨尼龙塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述双螺杆挤出机的机头温度为240-250℃。
