Abstract

本发明提供一种多层保暖手套面料及其制备方法,将发热纤维与羽绒材料作为中间夹层,高密度面料覆盖在夹层的上下表面,通过高温热压的方法将三层材料复合在一起形成多层保暖面料。本方法制备的面料保暖功能极佳,兼具有自发热功能,可以根据不同的户外环境的需求调节面料的保暖程度,针对性较强,除此之外,采用针刺和热压技术减少中间保暖层的厚度,防止出现臃肿的情况,而且该多层保暖手套面料还具备亲肤、透气、防水、杀菌和除臭等性能。

本发明属于纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种多层保暖手套面料及其制备方法
背景技术:
随着人们生活水平的提高,身体健康也越来越受到人们的重视,越来越多的人走出室内,走向户外。户外活动装备中自然少不了户外手套,因为人体中三分之二的汗腺分布在手掌部位,手部是人体中特别容易出汗的部位,而且在户外运动中很多项目都需要用到手部力量,如果手部出汗滑腻或者寒冷僵硬,势必会对户外活动的安全造成影响,因此需要对手部进行吸汗和保暖方面的保护。户外手套的面料需要具备保暖,防水,透气,柔软,防滑的特性,除此之外还可以增加导电、发热、除菌和消臭等功能。
中国专利CN 103110222B(公开日)公开的轻薄型防风保暖导湿抑菌户外运动面料,面料为双层抓毛结构,表层采用30%的粘胶混纺导湿速干纱线和40%的Porel混纺吸湿发热纱线与20D氨纶丝交织组成,内层采用80%的Porel、10%的甲壳素天丝和10%的粘胶混纺导湿速干纱线,内层经过抓毛处理,得到的面料轻薄保暖防风,永久吸湿快干,抑菌除臭,可生物降解。该种方法是目前市面上的产品所采用的开发形式,将多种功能的纤维混纺形成面料,该方法织造的面料添加了抓毛技术,使面料更加保暖,特别适合应用于长期的户外运动。中国专利CN 102627839B(公开日)公开的一种蓄热保暖塑料纤维母 粒及其面料,将PET塑料切片与平均粒径小于40nm的MoO3粉体作为原料通过塑料造粒机制造得到的纤维母粒,然后通过拉丝、纺纱和织造得到长效的蓄热保暖面料,虽然纳米粉体溶于PET塑料中,但难免会与人体接触,长期接触会进入皮肤内部,对人体的健康可能造成危害。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种多层保暖手套面料及其制备方法,将发热纤维与羽绒材料作为中间夹层,高密度面料覆盖在夹层的上下表面,通过高温热压的方法将三层材料复合在一起形成多层保暖面料。本方法制备的面料保暖功能极佳,兼具有自发热功能,通过上下表面的高密度面料赋予手套面料亲肤、透气、防水、杀菌和除臭等性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种多层保暖手套面料,所述多层保暖手套面料包括三层结构,所述三层结构包括上表面面料、中间保暖层和下表面面料,所述上表面面料和下表面面料为高密度面料,所述中间保暖层包括羽绒材料和发热纤维,所述上表面面料为防水透气性面料,所述下表面面料为亲肤杀菌性面料。
优选地,所述中间保暖层经过针织和高温热压处理,所述多层保暖面料的厚度为1.5-3mm。
另外,本发明还提供一种多层保暖手套面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将10-50份的羽绒材料和20-80份发热纤维铺平,置于针刺机中,以2000-2500针/cm2的密度,以100-150次/min的速度针刺60-120s,然后进行高温热压得到中间保温层;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的中间保温层的上下表面覆盖高密度面料,通过缝合或者粘结剂的方式复合成型,得到多层保暖手套面料。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(1)中,羽绒材料为鸭绒或者鹅绒的绒毛。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(1)中,发热纤维为陶瓷纤维、碳纤维或者磁性纤维。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(1)中,高温热压的温度为80-100℃,压强为10-15Pa,时间为20-40s。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(1)中,中间保暖层的厚度为0.3-2.0mm。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(2)中,高密度面料的经密为45-60根/cm,纬密为30-45根/cm。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述步骤(2)中,多层保暖手套面料可以用于制备普通防寒手套和高原防寒手套。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本方法采用多层结构增加面料的保暖性,通过在中间层加入少量的羽绒与发热纤维混合,经针刺压缩后形成轻薄的保暖层,该保暖层中羽绒的细小纤维上含有众多气孔,可以随气温的变化调节收缩性,可以吸收热气,防止冷空气浸入,防止皮肤的温度忽高忽低。发热纤维使面料具备蓄热保暖功能,能吸收自然界中的紫外线转换成热量储存起来,起到保暖的作用。
(2)本方法通过控制羽绒和发热纤维的量控制面料的保暖的性能,根据不同保暖程度的面料运用于不同的户外环境中,针对性较强。
(3)本方法还通过针刺法将羽绒材料与发热纤维充分混合,并采用高温热压缩小中间夹层的体积,减小面料的体积,防止显得臃肿。
(4)本方法采用高密度面料覆盖在保暖层的上下表面,采用高密度面料防止羽绒材料外露,上表面的高密度面料采用具有防水功能的面料,下表面的高密度面料采用具有亲肤、杀菌除臭功能的面料。
(5)本方法制备的多层保暖手套面料的保暖性能优异,可以用于各种户外活动,而且还具备舒适亲肤、透气防水、杀菌除臭的功能,可以用于制备服装和床上用品,特别适合用于制备户外手套。

(1)按重量份计,将10份的羽绒材料(鸭绒的绒毛)21和20份发热纤维(陶瓷纤维)22铺平,置于针刺机中,以2000针/cm2的密度,以100次/min的速度针刺60s,然后在10Pa下,80℃高温热压20s,得到厚度为0.3mm的中间保温层2。
(2)将经密为45根/cm,纬密为30根/cm的高密度面料覆盖于中间保温层2的上下表面,其中上表面面料1为防水透气性面料,下表面面料3为亲肤杀菌性面料,通过缝合的方式复合成型,得到厚度 为1.5mm的多层保暖手套面料,该多层保暖手套面料可以用于制备普通防寒手套和高原防寒手套。
实施例2:
(1)按重量份计,将50份的羽绒材料(鸭绒或者鹅绒的绒毛)21和80份发热纤维(碳纤维)22铺平,置于针刺机中,以2500针/cm2的密度,以150次/min的速度针刺120s,然后在15Pa下,100℃高温热压40s,得到厚度为2.0mm的中间保温层2。
(2)将经密为60根/cm,纬密为45根/cm的高密度面料覆盖于中间保温层2的上下表面,其中上表面面料1为防水透气性面料,下表面面料3为亲肤杀菌性面料,通过粘结剂的方式复合成型,得到厚度为3mm的多层保暖手套面料,该多层保暖手套面料可以用于普通防寒手套和高原防寒手套。
实施例3:
(1)按重量份计,将25份的羽绒材料(鸭绒或者鹅绒的绒毛)21和45份发热纤维(磁性纤维)22铺平,置于针刺机中,以2100针/cm2的密度,以120次/min的速度针刺90s,然后在12Pa下,90℃高温热压30s,得到厚度为1.3mm的中间保温层2。
(2)将经密为50根/cm,纬密为35根/cm的高密度面料覆盖于中间保温层2的上下表面,其中上表面面料1为防水透气性面料,下表面面料3为亲肤杀菌性面料,通过缝合或者粘结剂的方式复合成型,得到厚度为2.4mm的多层保暖手套面料,该多层保暖手套面料可以用于制备普通防寒手套和高原防寒手套。
实施例4:
(1)按重量份计,将45份的羽绒材料(鸭绒或者鹅绒的绒毛)21和30份发热纤维(陶瓷纤维)22铺平,置于针刺机中,以2500 针/cm2的密度,以100次/min的速度针刺80s,然后在10Pa下,100℃高温热压20s,得到厚度为1.6mm的中间保温层2。
(2)将经密为45根/cm,纬密为45根/cm的高密度面料覆盖于中间保温层2的上下表面,其中上表面面料1为防水透气性面料,下表面面料2为亲肤杀菌性面料,通过缝合或者粘结剂的方式复合成型,得到厚度为2.7mm的多层保暖手套面料,该多层保暖手套面料可以用于制备普通防寒手套和高原防寒手套。
实施例5:
(1)按重量份计,将36份的羽绒材料(鸭绒或者鹅绒的绒毛)21和75份发热纤维(磁性纤维)22铺平,置于针刺机中,以2500针/cm2的密度,以150次/min的速度针刺100s,然后在14Pa下,95℃高温热压35s,得到厚度为1.8mm的中间保温层2。
(2)将经密为45根/cm,纬密为35根/cm的高密度面料覆盖于中间保温层2的上下表面,其中上表面面料1为防水透气性面料,下表面面料3为亲肤杀菌性面料,通过缝合或者粘结剂的方式复合成型,得到厚度为2.5mm的多层保暖手套面料,该多层保暖手套面料可以用于制备普通防寒手套和高原防寒手套。
实施例6:
(1)按重量份计,将15份的羽绒材料(鸭绒或者鹅绒的绒毛)21和35份发热纤维(陶瓷纤维、碳纤维或者磁性纤维)22铺平,置于针刺机中,以2300针/cm2的密度,以115次/min的速度针刺75s,然后在13Pa下,95℃高温热压20s,得到厚度为0.9mm的中间保温层2。
(2)将经密为50根/cm,纬密为40根/cm的高密度面料覆盖于中间保温层2的上下表面,其中上表面面料1为防水透气性面料,下 表面面料3为亲肤杀菌性面料,通过缝合或者粘结剂的方式复合成型,得到厚度为1.9mm的多层保暖手套面料,该多层保暖手套面料可以用于制备普通防寒手套和高原防寒手套。
经检测,实施例1-6制备的多层保暖手套面料以及现有技术的单层保暖手套面料的在-5℃,0℃和5℃下面料表面温度的结果如下所示:
综上所述,本发明制备的多层保暖手套面料的制备方法简单,面料轻薄,保暖性能优异,特别适合用于制备普通的防寒手套和高原防寒手套。

1.一种多层保暖手套面料,其特征在于,所述多层保暖手套面料包括三层结构,所述三层结构包括上表面面料、中间保暖层和下表面面料,所述上表面面料和下表面面料为高密度面料,所述中间保暖层包括羽绒材料和发热纤维,所述上表面面料为防水透气性面料,所述下表面面料为亲肤杀菌性面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层保暖手套面料,其特征在于,所述中间保暖层经过针织和高温热压处理,所述多层保暖面料的厚度为1.5-3mm。
3.一种多层保暖手套面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将10-50份的羽绒材料和20-80份发热纤维铺平,置于针刺机中,以2000-2500针/cm2的密度,以100-150次/min的速度针刺60-120s,然后进行高温热压得到中间保温层;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的中间保温层的上下表面覆盖高密度面料,通过缝合或者粘结剂的方式复合成型,得到多层保暖手套面料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多层保暖手套面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,羽绒材料为鸭绒或者鹅绒的绒毛。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种多层保暖手套面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,发热纤维为陶瓷纤维、碳纤维或者磁性纤维。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种多层保暖手套面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,高温热压的温度为80-100℃,压强为10-15Pa,时间为20-40s。
