本发明实施例公开上行数据的传输方法、终端和无线通信节点,涉及通信领域,能够保证终端和无线通信节点的HARQ机制正常工作。该方法包括:第一无线通信节点判断终端是否在第二无线通信节点的下行覆盖范围内;在所述第一无线通信节点判断出所述终端不在所述第二无线通信节点的下行覆盖范围内时,所述第一无线通信节点指示所述终端进入无反馈模式;和/或,所述第一无线通信节点指示所述第二无线通信节点进入无反馈模式。
