本发明涉及一种用于电传输高频和/或高速数据信号的同轴线缆,特别是用于工业和医疗技术的用途。另外,本发明还涉及具有两根这种同轴线缆的转动联接件,以及涉及一种具有至少一个这种转动联接件的保持装置。
背景技术
在医疗技术领域中,经常需要的是:将高频和/或高速数据信号从一台设备传输给另一台设备。这种设备例如是指计算机单元(例如电脑)、传感器(例如用于检测患者心脏循环参数)、各种照相机(例如用于活体传输操作)、成像方法的设备(例如X光机、CT扫描仪、核磁共振(MRT)设备或超声设备)、或者显示单元(例如显示器)。
与本发明相关地,对“高频数据信号”这一称谓一般理解为射频信号,特别是具有处于UHF范围内或更高的频率的射频信号,也就是具有约300MHz或更高的频率的电磁信号(UHF带宽达到约3GHz)。高频数据信号优选也包括具备处于SHF范围内(也就是达到约30GHz)的频率的射频信号,特别优选甚至是具有处于EHF范围内(也就是达到约300GHz)的频率的射频信号。另外,高速数据信号涉及的是约100Kbit/s或更高的数字数据传输速率,优选为约100Mbit/s或更高的数字数据传输速率,特别优选为约100Gbit/s以及甚至还有更高的数字数据传输速率。按照这种方式,同轴线缆适合借助UHF传输具备非常高品质的图像、数字视频和/或数字HDTV信号。
高频和/或高速数据信号的传输特别容易受到干扰。而特别是在医疗技术领域,通常一定需要无干扰地传输数据。否则有出现严重并发症的风险,例如当生命维持仪器的测量和/或控制数据有误地传输时。基于上述原因,对同轴线缆的芯材进行简单的屏蔽一般满足不了医疗技术领域的应用。取而代之,需要多个屏蔽部,以便以足够的程度保护同轴线缆的芯材中的数据流免受可能导致数据信号传输干扰的外界电磁影响。在市面上已经能够从一些供货商处获得具有多个屏蔽部的同轴线缆。已知的同轴线缆指的是设有坚硬的芯材的同轴线缆。
在手术室或病房中,通常有利的是:将医疗技术设备能够运动地支承在保持装置上,例如支承在天花板三角架上,以便能够将固定在保持装置上的医疗技术设备根据需要送入相对于患者和/或其他人(例如操作的医生)而言合适的位置中。与设备相连的计算机在此可以布置在保持装置的旁边,并且借助相应的同轴线缆与设备连接,特别是以便与设备交换高频和/或高速数据信号。但是,设备在空间中的移动通常导致同轴线缆发生变形(虽然可能只是很小的变形)。相同的状况发生在仪器被装设在具有一定自身弹性的弹簧臂的端部上时。当同轴线缆在弹簧臂内或其上延伸时,同轴线缆经受由弹簧臂震颤引起的变形。
在这里观察到的是,特别是当固定在前面介绍的保持装置上的医疗技术设备反复移动时,装设在保持装置的悬臂或弹簧臂上的、市面上能获得的、具有多重屏蔽部和坚硬芯材的同轴线缆历经一段时间在芯材上以如下方式发生疲劳或磨损:当传输高频和/或高速数据信号时出现干扰。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,解决之前提到的问题并且可靠而且尽可能持久地确保医疗技术领域中的高频和/或高速数据信号得到无干扰传输。特别是应当确保从可运动地支承在保持装置上的设备出发或朝向该设备的相应传输。
所述目的通过独立权利要求1的特征来实现。有利的改进方案是从属权利要求的主题。
根据本发明的第一方面,所述任务通过一种用于电传输高频和/或高速数据信号的同轴线缆(其特别是用于医疗技术用途)来解决,所述同轴线缆包括径向在内部布置的芯材和多个在径向上在外部包围该芯材的屏蔽部,其中,芯材具有包括多个单根线材的绞合线。

对于“插接件”这一术语,根据本发明可以理解为阳性的(公)插接件(也就是自身是插头),作为替换方案也可以被理解为阴性的(母)配对件(也就是与插头匹配的插座)。
当相对转动为至少90°,优选至少180°,特别优选至少360°时,前述设置的插接件是特别有利的。所述角度范围越大,医疗技术设备在空间中就放置得更加自由。
当两个插接件发生相对转动时,在这两个插接件之间发生摩擦,这因此再度发生材料磨损,进而可能在数据传输时产生干扰。因此优选的是:插接件具有导电的、提高插接件耐磨度的涂层。在此,特别是应当对插接件的如下表面区域相应加以涂覆,该表面区域当两个插接件以一定方式连接时,与互补构造的插接件的表面区域发生直接接触。
根据另一方面,本发明涉及一种转动电联接件,其包括两个根据本发明的同轴线缆,其中,两个同轴线缆中的第一根具有第一插接件,并且两个同轴线缆中的第二根具有第二插接件,第二插接件与第一插接件互补构造,第一插接件与第二插接件导电地而且能彼此相对转动地连接。通过这种转动电联接件,可行的是:各同轴线缆的变形得到尽可能规避,并且进而降低磨损,这又实现了持续无干扰的信号传输。

具体实施方式

1.一种用于电传输高频和/或高速数据信号的同轴线缆(10),特别是用于医疗技术的用途,包括:在径向上在内部布置的芯材(12)和多个屏蔽部(16a、16b),所述屏蔽部在径向上在外部包围所述芯材(12),其特征在于,所述芯材(12)具有包括多根单线材的绞合线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的同轴线缆(10),其中,所述屏蔽部(16a、16b)具有不同的内直径,并且同中心地包围所述芯材(12)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的同轴线缆(10),其中,在所述芯材(12)与所述屏蔽部(16a、16b)之间设置有至少一个介电部(14)。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的同轴线缆(10),其中,所述屏蔽部(16a、16b)在径向上在外部被绝缘层(18)包套。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的同轴线缆(10),其中,所述同轴线缆(10)在其两个纵向端部中的至少一个上具有第一插接件(20),所述第一插接件被配置用于确保与互补构造的第二插接件不中断地电连接,特别是在两个插接件绕其各自的纵向延伸轴线相对转动期间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的同轴线缆(10),其中,所述相对转动为至少90°,优选至少180°,特别优选至少360°。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的同轴线缆(10),其中,所述插接件(20)具有导电的、提高所述插接件的耐磨性的涂层。
8.根据权利要求5、6或7所述的同轴线缆,其中,所述插接件(20)基本上是旋转对称的,并且由具有连接分段(24)的主体(22)和设置在所述插接件(20)的与所述连接分段(24)相反的纵向端部上的、带夹接套(26)的前伸部形成。
9.一种转动电联接件,包括两根根据前述权利要求之一所述的同轴线缆(10),其中,两个所述同轴线缆(10)中的第一同轴线缆具有第一插接件(20),并且两个所述同轴线缆中的第二同轴线缆具有与所述第一插接件(20)互补构造的第二插接件,其中,所述第一和第二插接件是导电的而且彼此相对以能够转动的方式相互连接。
10.一种保持装置,特别是天花板三角架(30),用于医疗技术设备,包括:至少一个绕铰接部位能够转动或能够枢转地支承的弹簧臂或悬臂(32、34),其中,所述弹簧臂或悬臂(32、34)在铰接部位中具有根据权利要求9所述的转动电联接件。
