Abstract

燃料喷射***和安全阀装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种往复式发动机的燃料喷射***。本发明还涉及一种从加压***(例如,往复式发动机的燃料喷射***)释放压力的安全阀装置。
背景技术
为了改善往复式发动机的运行,通常使用所谓的共轨燃料喷射***。在该共轨***中,压力供给和燃料喷射在功能上被彼此分开。燃料通过高压泵供入包含蓄压器的公共压力供给装置,然后燃料经由独立管道被引导到每个气缸的喷射器中。
在共轨***中高压泵之后的燃料压力相对较高,甚至高于2000bar。为了防止在***故障时的泄露和其他损害,蓄压器设置有安全阀,该安全阀将***中的燃料压力保持成低于预定水平。如果所述压力超过所述水平,安全阀将压力从蓄压器释放至低压***。安全阀的出口侧设置有膨胀空间,在进入低压***前该膨胀空间将燃料压力降低至合适的水平。
通常来说,膨胀空间内的压降很高,这可能会导致对安全阀和燃料喷射***其他部件的应力。为此必须使用更强和因此更昂贵的部件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有改进的压力释放装置的燃料喷射***。
所述目的通过一种燃料喷射***来实现。根据本发明的燃料喷射***包括:燃料喷射器,该燃料喷射器将燃料喷射到发动机的气缸中;泵,该泵用于向至少一个燃料喷射器供应燃料;供入***,该供入***用于将燃料从泵引导至至少一个燃料喷射器;以及安全阀装置,所述安全阀装置用于从供入***释放燃料压力,所述安全阀装置包括被布置成当供入***内的燃料压力达到预定值时打开的安全阀。该安全阀装置还包括至少两个串联的膨胀空间,并且膨胀空间中的一个膨胀空间被连接至安全阀的出口。
在根据本发明的燃料喷射***中,安全阀之后的压力逐级下降。作为具有高压降的一个大的膨胀空间的替代,设置至少两个连续的膨胀空间,并且每级压力较小地下降。因此,针对安全阀和其他***部件的应力能够被减小。由于膨胀空间能被制造得小于单个空间的情况,因此影响膨胀空间的应力被减小。
根据本发明的安全阀装置包括至少两个串联的膨胀空间,膨胀空间中的一个膨胀空间被连接至安全阀的出口。

具体实施方式
附图示出了柴油发动机的共轨燃料喷射***1。该发动机是大型柴油发动机,其能被用作船舶和/或发电厂中用于发电和/或生热的主发动机和/或辅助发动机。该发动机是中速四冲程发动机。但是本发明的应用不限于四冲程发动机。该发动机的最大转速是300至1200rpm。发动机的气缸13能够被布置成单列或V形双列。通常,发动机具有8至20个气缸13。气缸孔通常为10至80cm。但是,本发明也能用于具有更小或更大的气缸孔的发动机。发动机可以通过重燃油运行。
燃料喷射***1包括将燃料喷射到发动机的气缸13中的燃料喷射器12。燃料喷射***1还包括燃料源,例如燃料箱2,燃料从燃料源借助低压泵3沿着燃料管路4被供入高压泵5。高压泵5将燃料压力提升至能够在喷射器12内获得足够喷射压力的水平。如果气缸13是V形布置的,燃料喷射***1可以包括用于两列气缸的共轨高压泵或每列气缸可以设置有独立的高压泵。
燃料喷射***1包括供入***6,该供入***将高压泵5连接至燃料喷射器12。在发动机运行期间,供入***6中的燃料压力通常超过2000bar。供入***6设置有至少一个用于存储燃料的蓄压器7、8。图中所示的燃料喷射***1包括两个独立的蓄压器7、8,这两个蓄压器被布置成经由连接管9而彼此流体连接。燃料从高压泵5供入第一蓄压器7,然后燃料进一步从第一蓄压器7经由连接管9被引入第二蓄压器8。供入***6包括供应管路14,燃料喷射器12通过该供应管路被连接至蓄压器7、8。每个燃料喷射器12还具有在喷射前存储燃料的独立蓄压器20。
第二蓄压器8设置有循环阀10,燃料通过循环阀能够在喷射***1中循环,用于在发动机启动前加热燃料。燃料喷射***1包括用于从供入***6释放压力的安全阀装置18。该安全阀装置包括被安装至第二蓄压器8的安全阀11。安全阀11被布置成当供入***6中的燃料压力达到预定值时打开。安全阀11还将蓄压器7、8中的压力保持成低于所述预定值。
安全阀装置18还包括至少两个(通常为2至5个)以串联方式流体连接的膨胀空间15。每个膨胀空间15经由一个或多个管道和/或端口被连接到之前的膨胀空间15和/或之后的膨胀空间15。所述管道或端口沿流动方向的截面积小于膨胀空间15的截面积。因此,从一个膨胀空间15至之后的膨胀空间15的流动被限制,从而允许膨胀空间15内的不同压力水平。图中所示实施方式包括三个膨胀空间15。这些膨胀空间15中的一个膨胀空间,即,沿燃料流动方向的第一膨胀空间,被连接至安全阀11的出口。节流阀16被布置在两个连续的膨胀空间15之间。最后一个膨胀空间15的下游侧也设置有节流阀16。最后的膨胀空间15被连接至通往燃料源(即燃料箱2)的返回管路17。返回管路17中的燃料压力低于供入***6中的燃料压力。膨胀空间15例如可以是一种容器。膨胀空间15的容积可以相等。另选地,膨胀空间15的容积可以不相等。例如,沿燃料流动方向的第一膨胀空间15可以具有最大的容积,而最后的膨胀空间15具有最小的容积。
当供入***6中的压力,例如蓄压器7、8中的压力,达到预定值时,安全阀11打开。供入***6中的过量压力通过安全阀11和膨胀空间15被释放至返回管路17。膨胀空间15和节流阀16将压力逐级降低至进入返回管路17之前的适当水平。通常,最后的膨胀空间16之后的燃料压力低于15bar。燃料还从供入***6经由安全阀11和膨胀空间15流入返回管路17。
本发明可以具有不同于以上所描述的实施方式。蓄压器7、8能被连接高压泵5和供应管路14的燃料管路取代。在该实施方式中,每个燃料喷射器12设置有独立的蓄压器20,燃料在喷射前被存储在该蓄压器内。安全阀装置18的安全阀11能被连接至燃料管路。

Claims (6)

1.一种往复式发动机的燃料喷射***(1),该燃料喷射***包括:
-燃料喷射器(12),该燃料喷射器用于将燃料喷射到所述往复式发动机的气缸(13)中;
-泵(5),该泵用于向至少一个燃料喷射器(12)供应燃料;
-供入***(6),该供入***用于将燃料从所述泵(5)引导至至少一个燃料喷射器(12);
-至少一个蓄压器(7,8,20),该蓄压器用于存储燃料,以及
-安全阀装置(18),该安全阀装置用于从所述供入***(6)释放燃料压力,所述安全阀装置(18)包括安全阀(11),该安全阀被布置成当所述供入***(6)内的所述燃料压力达到预定值时打开,
其特征在于,所述安全阀装置(18)还包括用于逐级降低压力的至少两个串联的膨胀空间(15),所述膨胀空间中的一个膨胀空间被连接至所述安全阀(11)的出口(19),并且沿燃料流动方向的第一个膨胀空间(15)具有最大的容积,或者所述膨胀空间(15)的容积是相等的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射***(1),其特征在于,所述安全阀装置(18)包括2至5个串联的膨胀空间(15)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃料喷射***(1),其特征在于,在每两个接连的膨胀空间(15)之间布置有节流阀(16)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的燃料喷射***(1),其特征在于,最后的膨胀空间(15)的下游侧设置有节流阀(16)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射***(1),其特征在于,沿燃料流动方向的最后的膨胀空间(15)具有最小的容积。
6.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射***(1),其特征在于,所述供入***(6)包括至少一个蓄压器(7,8),所述燃料喷射器(12)借助于单独的供应管路(14)被连接至所述蓄压器(7,8),并且所述蓄压器(7,8)设置有所述安全阀装置(18)。
