Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗腐蚀性汽车防冻液,由下述原料按质量百分比组成:乙二醇80‑90%,颜料0.05‑0.15%,氯化锌0.5‑1.5%,甲基苯骈三氮唑0.05‑0.15%,四硼酸钠0.5‑1.5%,聚氨基酸0.5‑1.5%,余量为去离子水。本发明的抗腐蚀性汽车防冻液,抗腐蚀性能强,能有效地防止水垢形成,对任何发动机冷却部分的材质都具有优异的保护性能,具有冬天防冻、夏天防沸、全年防水垢防腐蚀等优良性能,有效地保护汽车水冷***,延长汽车水冷***的使用寿命,降低成本,同时还具有环保地优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防冻液,尤其涉及一种抗腐蚀性汽车防冻液。
背景技术
最早的汽车发动机有水冷和风冷两种类型,水冷发动机由于通过散热器散热,冷却效果更好,因此在大功率汽车发动机上的应用越来越广泛。水是一种很好的传热介质,但在低温天气不具备防冻作用,所以需要在水中加入一种能降低水冰点的物质,使冷却液具有防冻作用,能全年在车辆或发动机中使用。最初在冷却液中用于降低冰点的物质是无机盐类,但由于严重腐蚀,早期使用的冷却***材料没有得到广泛应用。另一类具有降低冰点的物质是多糖,但由于降低冰点效果不明显,且热稳定性差也未得到广泛应用。还有一类物质就是醇类,包括甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、乙二醇等,在冷却液发展的早期,曾一度获得广泛应用的防冻剂是甲醇和乙醇,但随着石油化工行业不断取得进展,乙二醇合成工艺工业化日益成熟,工业应用不断得到推广,乙二醇作为冷却液防冻剂的优点逐渐体现出来,成为市场中使用的主要冷却液品种。
冷却液主要应用于汽车发动机冷却***中,具有冷却、防冻、防垢、防腐、防沸等作用。冷却液主要由防冻剂、水、缓蚀剂、消泡剂、染色剂等组成。冷却液的关键技术是各种缓蚀剂及消泡剂等添加剂的合理互配。已有冷却液产品的综合性能仍不够理想。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种抗腐蚀性汽车防冻液。
本发明,是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种抗腐蚀性汽车防冻液,由下述原料按质量百分比组成:乙二醇(CAS号:107-21-1)80-90%,颜料0.05-0.15%,氯化锌(CAS号:7646-85-7)0.5-1.5%,甲基苯骈三氮唑(CAS号:29385-43-1)0.05-0.15%,四硼酸钠(分子式Na2B4O7.10H2O)0.5-1.5%,聚氨基酸0.5-1.5%,余量为去离子水。
所述的颜料选自甲基红、溴百里酚蓝、荧光黄中的一种或几种。
所述聚氨基酸为聚天门冬氨酸(CAS号:181828-06-8)、聚-L-亮氨酸(CAS号:25322-63-8)和聚甘氨酸(CAS号:25718-94-9)中的一种或其混合物。
优选地,所述聚氨基酸为聚天门冬氨酸和聚-L-亮氨酸的混合物,其中聚天门冬氨酸和聚-L-亮氨酸的质量比为4:1-1:4。
将上述原料混合,搅拌均匀,所有物料混匀即可制得本发明的抗腐蚀性汽车防冻液。
本发明的抗腐蚀性汽车防冻液,抗腐蚀性能强,能有效地防止水垢形成,对任何发动机冷却部分的材质都具有优异的保护性能,具有冬天防冻、夏天防沸、全年防水垢防腐蚀等优良性能,有效地保护汽车水冷***,延长汽车水冷***的使用寿命,降低成本,同时还具有环保地优点。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。

室温下,按表1对应实施例1-4称取各原料,将各原料混合,搅拌均匀,即可制得本发明的抗腐蚀性汽车防冻液。

1.一种抗腐蚀性汽车防冻液,其特征在于,由下述原料按质量百分比组成:乙二醇85%,颜料0.1%,氯化锌1%,甲基苯骈三氮唑0.1%,四硼酸钠1%,聚氨基酸1% ,余量为去离子水,所述聚氨基酸为聚天门冬氨酸和聚-L-亮氨酸的混合物,其中聚天门冬氨酸和聚-L-亮氨酸的质量比为1:1。
