Abstract

本发明公开一种EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底,所述鞋底由以下组分制备:EVA511090~110份;EVA46290~110份;丁苯胶40~60份;EPDM40~60份;填充剂40~60份;发泡剂8~12份;架桥剂3~3.6份;锌氧粉8~12份;硬脂酸2~4份;流动剂4~6份;分散剂2~4份;排气剂2~4份;POMDE850415~25份,各组分以重量份计。本发明中将橡胶材料与EVA材料混合炼制,并添加多种助剂,使两种材料保持自身性能,并相互补充,制成的鞋底弹性强、耐磨损,且在发泡后密度低,质量轻,穿着轻便舒适。

Description

一种EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋底材料领域。
背景技术
目前市场上的鞋底材料种类很多,各种材料均存在着一定的弊端,如橡胶材料的鞋底,虽然弹性强、耐磨损,但是橡胶底太重,穿着很不舒适;而EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)鞋底在经过发泡后,虽然质量轻,穿着舒适,但是耐磨性能又下降严重。为了生产即能穿着舒适,耐磨性能又强的鞋底,可将橡胶材料与EVA材料混合制成鞋底,而如何实现橡胶和EVA材料的有效混合,保持两种材料原有特性并互补不足,成为当前鞋底材料领域研究的一个重要课题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种即舒适轻便又耐磨损的鞋底;
本发明的再一个目的在于提供一种制备该鞋底的生产工艺。
技术方案:本发明所述EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底,所述鞋底由以下组分制备:
各组分以重量份计。
本发明进一步优选的技术方案为,所述鞋底由以下组分制备:
优选地,所述流动剂为流动剂AT-42。
优选地,所述分散剂为分散剂AT-C或A分散剂AT-B其中的一种。
优选地,所述排气剂为排气剂CH-236。
本发明所述的EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方将组分的原料称量备用;
(2)将EVA5110、ECA462、EPDM、丁苯胶加入密炼机混炼1~3分钟;
(3)向密炼机内加入填充剂、锌氧粉、硬脂酸、流动剂、分散剂、排气剂、POMDE8504继续混炼,直至混合均匀,混炼温度100~110℃;
(4)再向密炼机内加入发泡剂、架桥剂继续混炼6分钟,混炼温度105~110℃;
(5)混炼后的原料加入开炼机进行薄通,15m/m一次,1m/m两次;
(6)薄通后通过出片机出片,出好的片材切成与模具相匹配的形状,放入模具;
(7)将放入片材的模具放入发泡机进行发泡,发泡机机台温度160~165℃,机台压力150~170kg,发泡8~12分钟;
(8)发泡完成后,取下鞋模,将材料放入定型板定型,得到所述EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底。
有益效果:本发明中将橡胶材料与EVA材料混合炼制,并添加多种助剂,使两种材料保持自身性能,并相互补充,制成的鞋底弹性强、耐磨损,且在发泡后密度低,质量轻,穿着轻便舒适。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例1:一种EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底,由以下组分制备:
各组分以重量份计。
该鞋底的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方将组分的原料称量备用;
(2)将EVA5110、ECA462、EPDM、丁苯胶加入密炼机混炼1分钟;
(3)向密炼机内加入填充剂、锌氧粉、硬脂酸、流动剂、分散剂、排气剂、POMDE8504继续混炼,直至混合均匀,混炼温度100℃;
(4)再向密炼机内加入发泡剂、架桥剂继续混炼6分钟,混炼温度105℃;
(5)混炼后的原料加入开炼机进行薄通,15m/m一次,1m/m两次;
(6)薄通后通过出片机出片,出好的片材切成与模具相匹配的形状,放入模具;
(7)将放入片材的模具放入发泡机进行发泡,发泡机机台温度160℃,机台压力150kg,发泡8分钟;
(8)发泡完成后,取下鞋模,将材料放入定型板定型,得到所述EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底。
实施例2:一种EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底,由以下组分制备:
各组分以重量份计。
该鞋底的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方将组分的原料称量备用;
(2)将EVA5110、ECA462、EPDM、丁苯胶加入密炼机混炼3分钟;
(3)向密炼机内加入填充剂、锌氧粉、硬脂酸、流动剂、分散剂、排气剂、POMDE8504继续混炼,直至混合均匀,混炼温度110℃;
(4)再向密炼机内加入发泡剂、架桥剂继续混炼6分钟,混炼温度110℃;
(5)混炼后的原料加入开炼机进行薄通,15m/m一次,1m/m两次;
(6)薄通后通过出片机出片,出好的片材切成与模具相匹配的形状,放入模具;
(7)将放入片材的模具放入发泡机进行发泡,发泡机机台温度165℃,机台压力170kg,发泡12分钟;
(8)发泡完成后,取下鞋模,将材料放入定型板定型,得到所述EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底。
实施例3:一种EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底,由以下组分制备:
各组分以重量份计。
该鞋底的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方将组分的原料称量备用;
(2)将EVA5110、ECA462、EPDM、丁苯胶加入密炼机混炼2分钟;
(3)向密炼机内加入填充剂、锌氧粉、硬脂酸、流动剂、分散剂、排气剂、POMDE8504继续混炼,直至混合均匀,混炼温度105℃;
(4)再向密炼机内加入发泡剂、架桥剂继续混炼6分钟,混炼温度108℃;
(5)混炼后的原料加入开炼机进行薄通,15m/m一次,1m/m两次;
(6)薄通后通过出片机出片,出好的片材切成与模具相匹配的形状,放入模具;
(7)将放入片材的模具放入发泡机进行发泡,发泡机机台温度163℃,机台压力160kg,发泡10分钟;
(8)发泡完成后,取下鞋模,将材料放入定型板定型,得到所述EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底。
本发明制备的鞋底与现有鞋底性能比较结果见表1。

各组分以重量份计。

4.根据权利要求1所述的EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底,其特征在于,所述分散剂为分散剂AT-C或A分散剂AT-B其中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底,其特征在于,所述排气剂为排气剂CH-236。
6.一种权利要求1所述的EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方将组分的原料称量备用;
(2)将EVA5110、ECA462、EPDM、丁苯胶加入密炼机混炼1~3分钟;
(3)向密炼机内加入填充剂、锌氧粉、硬脂酸、流动剂、分散剂、排气剂、POMDE8504继续混炼,直至混合均匀,混炼温度100~110℃;
(4)再向密炼机内加入发泡剂、架桥剂继续混炼6分钟,混炼温度105~110℃;
(5)混炼后的原料加入开炼机进行薄通,15m/m一次,1m/m两次;
(6)薄通后通过出片机出片,出好的片材切成与模具相匹配的形状,放入模具;
(7)将放入片材的模具放入发泡机进行发泡,发泡机机台温度160~165℃,机台压力150~170kg,发泡8~12分钟;
(8)发泡完成后,取下鞋模,将材料放入定型板定型,得到所述EVA与橡胶一次发泡复合鞋底。
