Abstract

发明概述

本公开涉及一些制品,其使用电能来加热材料(优选地无需在任何显著程度上燃烧材料)以形成可吸入物质,这些制品充分紧凑以被认为是“手持”装置。在某些实施例中,制品具体能够表征为发烟制品。如本文所使用的术语意味着表示一种制品,其提供吸香烟、雪茄或烟斗的味道和/或感觉(例如手感或口感),而无需实质上燃烧制品的任何组件。术语“发烟制品”不一定表示该制品在操作中在燃烧或热解的副产品意义上产生烟雾。而是,发烟涉及个人在使用该制品中的物理动作-例如保持该制品、在制品的一端吸气以及从制品吸入。在其他实施例中,本公开所涉及的制品能够表征为蒸汽产生制品、烟雾化制品或者药剂输送制品。因此,制品能够设置成使得提供可吸入状态的一种或多种物质。在其他实施例中,可吸入物质能够基本上采取蒸汽的形式(即,在低于其临界点的温度下处于气相的物质)。在其他实施例中,可吸入物质能够采取气雾的形式(即,气体中的细小固态微粒或液态小滴的悬浮液)。可吸入物质的物理形式不一定受到制品的性质限制,而是可取决于介质和可吸入物质本身关于它是以蒸汽状态还是以气雾状态存在的性质。在一些实施例中,术语可以是可互换的。因此,为了简洁起见,如用来描述制品的术语被理解为是可互换的,除非另加说明。
在一个方面,本公开提供一种发烟制品。该发烟制品一般可包括设置在细长主体(其能够是单一整体外壳或主体,或者其可由两个或更多可分离件形成)中的多个组件。例如,按照一个实施例的发烟制品可包括外壳(即,细长主体),其形状可基本上是管状的,例如与常规香烟或雪茄的形状相似。在外壳中可驻留发烟制品的所有组件(其中一个或多个可以是可更换的)。在其他实施例中,发烟制品可包括相接合并且是可分离的两个外壳。例如,控制主体可包括外壳,其包含一个或多个可再用组件,并且具有活动附连到弹筒的端部。弹筒可包括外壳,其包含一个或多个可置换组件,并且具有活动附连到控制主体的端部。单一外壳中或者可分离控制主体和弹筒中的组件的更具体布置根据本文所提供的进一步公开是显而易见的。
按照本公开可用的发烟制品具体可包括功率源(即,电源)、一个或多个控制组件(例如控制/起动/调节功率从功率源到制品的一个或多个其他组件的流动)、加热器组件以及气雾前体组件的某种组合。发烟制品还可包括经过制品的所限定气流通路,使得制品所生成的气雾可通过用户在制品上吸气而从其中吸取。制品中的组件的排放可以改变。在具体实施例中,气雾前体组件可位于制品中接近用户嘴巴的端部附近,以便使向用户的气雾输送为最大。但是并不排除其他配置。一般来说,加热器组件可定位成充分接近气雾前体组件,使得来自加热器组件的热量可使气雾前体(以及一个或多个香料、药剂等,其同样可被提供以供输送给用户)挥发,并且形成气雾供输送给用户。当加热构件加热气雾前体组件时,气雾(单独地或者包括另一可吸入物质)采取适合于由消费者吸入的物理形式来形成、释放或生成。应当注意,上述术语意在是可互换的。因此,术语“释放”、“生成”和“形成”可以是可互换的,术语“正在释放”、“正在生成”和“正在形成”是可互换的,术语“释放”、“形成”和“生成”可以是可互换的,以及术语“被释放”、“被形成”和“被生成”可以是可互换的。具体来说,可吸入物质作为蒸汽或气雾或者其混合物来释放。
按照本公开的示例发烟制品10在图1中示出。如在其中所示的截面看到,发烟制品10可包括控制主体80和弹筒90,其能够按照功能关系来对齐。在这点上,控制主体80和弹筒90可以是相互可附连和可分离的。虽然在图1中示出了螺纹啮合,但是要理解,包含啮合的其他方式,例如压入配合啮合、磁啮合等。弹筒具体可包括如本文中以其他方式所述的一次性连接器。
在具体实施例中,控制主体80可称作是可再用的,以及弹筒90可称作是可置换的。在一些实施例中,整个发烟制品可表征为可置换的,因为控制主体可以配置成关于有限数量弹筒的仅仅有限的使用次数(例如直到电池功率组件不再向发烟制品提供充分功率),并且此后可丢弃整个发烟制品10,包括控制主体。在其他实施例中,控制主体可具有可更换电池,使得控制主体能够经过多次电池交换并且对许多弹筒再使用。类似地,发烟制品10可以是可充电的,并且因此可与任何类型的充电技术相结合,包括到典型电气插座的连接、到汽车充电器(即,点烟器插座)的连接、以及例如经过USB电缆到计算机的连接。
控制主体80包括控制组件20、流量传感器30和电池40。虽然这些组件按照特定对齐来示出,但是要理解,组件的各种对齐均被本公开包含。控制主体80还包括在控制主体外壳81的远端12处的多个指示器19。如上所述,这类指示器19能够表明从发烟制品进行的或剩余的喷烟次数、能够指示活动或不活动状态、能够响应喷烟而点亮等等。指示器能够按照变化数量来设置,能够采取不同形状,并且甚至能够只是主体中的开口(例如用于在这类指示器存在时发出声音)。
一个或多个进气口17的各种位置均由本公开包含。如所示,进气口17可定位在控制主体外壳81中,使得经过进气口所吸取的空气充分接触流量传感器30,以激活传感器(但是包含其他位置,特别是在提供不同感测部件时或者提供例如采用按钮的人工起动时)。插座60也包含在控制主体80的近附连端13并且延伸到控制主体凸出部分82,以允许当弹筒90附连到控制主体时与电阻加热元件50的简易电连接。在所示实施例中,插座60包括中心开放通道,以促进在制品10的使用期间从控制主体的进气口进入弹筒的气流。
弹筒90包括弹筒外壳91,在其嘴端11具有嘴孔18,以在发烟制品10上吸气期间允许空气和携带的蒸汽(即,可吸入形式的气雾前体组合物的成分)从弹筒传递到消费者。按照本公开的发烟制品10可具有一种整体形状,其可限定为基本上杆状或者基本上管状或者基本上圆柱状。如图1所示,发烟制品10具有基本上圆形截面;但是,其他截面形状(例如椭圆形、正方形、三角形等)也由本公开包含。描述发烟制品的物理形状的这种语言也可适用于包括多个单元的实施例中的发烟制品的单独单元,例如控制主体和弹筒。
在优选实施例中,发烟制品10可具有与香烟或雪茄形状相当的大小。因此,发烟制品的直径可以为大约5mm至大约25mm、大约5mm至大约20mm、大约6mm至大约15mm、或者大约6mm至大约10mm。这种尺寸具体可对应于控制主体外壳81和/或弹筒外壳91的外径。控制主体的长度能够为大约50mm至大约110mm、大约60mm至大约100mm、或者大约65mm至大约95mm。弹筒的长度能够为大约20mm至大约60mm、大约25mm至大约55mm、或者大约30mm至大约50mm。组合的弹筒和控制主体的总长(或者按照本公开,由单一、整体外壳所形成的发烟制品的总长)能够大致等于或小于典型香烟的长度-例如大约70mm至大约130mm、大约80mm至大约125mm、或者大约90mm至大约120mm。
发烟制品10的香烟外壳91能够由适合于形成和保持适当构造(例如管状)以及用于在其中保留发烟制品的适当成分的任何材料来形成。主体能够由单壁来形成,如图1所示。弹筒外壳91能够由耐热材料(天然的或合成的)来形成,以便至少在作为电阻加热元件所提供的加热温度的温度下保持其结构完整性-例如不降级。在一些实施例中,可使用耐热聚合物。在其他实施例中,主体能够由纸张(例如基本上稻草成型的纸张)或者由金属(例如不锈钢)来形成。如本文进一步论述,主体(例如纸管)可具有与其关联的一层或多层,其用来基本上防止蒸汽经过其移动。在一个示例中,铝箔层可层压到主体的一个表面。也可使用陶瓷材料。
弹筒90还包括采取金属丝线圈形式的电阻加热元件50。电阻加热元件在其相对端包括端子51(例如正极和负极端子),以用于促进经过电阻加热元件的电流,以及用于附连适当布线(未示出),以便当弹筒90连接到控制主体80时形成电阻加热元件与电池40的电连接。具体来说,插头65定位在弹筒的远附连端14。当弹筒90连接到控制主体80时,插头65啮合插座60以形成电连接,使得电流可控地从电池流经插座和插头并且流动到电阻加热元件50。弹筒外壳91能够是跨远附连端连续的,使得弹筒的这一端与从其中凸出的插头基本上封闭。如图1所示,插头65包括开放中心通道,其与插座60中的开放中心通道对齐,以便允许空气从控制主体80流动并且流入弹筒90。
一般来说,在使用中,当消费者在弹筒的嘴端11上吸气时,流量传感器30检测流量的变化,并且激活控制组件20,以促进经过电阻加热元件50的电流。因此,它对于气流以流量传感器30几乎即刻检测气流的方式行进穿过控制主体80是有用的。
控制算法可要求送往电阻加热元件50的功率循环并且因而保持所定义温度。因此,控制算法能够编程为在没有消费者喷烟的情况下所定义时延之后,自动停用发烟制品10并且断开经过发烟制品的功率流。此外,发烟制品能够包括温度传感器,以向控制组件提供反馈。这种传感器例如能够与电阻加热元件50直接接触。同样可使用备选温度感测部件,例如依靠逻辑控制组件来评估经过电阻加热元件的电阻并且将这种电阻与元件的温度相互关连。在其他实施例中,流量传感器30可由适当组件代替,以提供备选感测部件、例如电容感测。还能够包括一个或多个控制按钮,以允许由消费者人工起动来引起多种功能,例如对制品10供电和断电、接通加热元件50以生成供吸入的蒸汽或气雾等。
当流量传感器30定位在控制主体80中时,在控制主体上具有进气口17会是有用的。在需要时,能够提供密封流动通路,使得控制主体80中的流量传感器30在弹筒和控制主体啮合之后与弹筒内部进行流体连接,这种流体连接相对控制主体中的组件的其余部分密封,但是在附连到控制主体时通向弹筒90。此外,在其他实施例中,流量传感器30能够位于弹筒90而不是控制主体80中。
储液器可利用传输元件将气雾前体组合物传输到气雾化区。一种这样的示例在图1中示出。如在其中看到,在这个实施例中,弹筒90包括储液器层201,其包括形成为包围弹筒外壳91内部的管子形状的无纺纤维层。气雾前体组合物保留在储液器层201中。例如,液体成分能够由储液器层201吸附地保留。储液器层201与传输元件301(这个实施例中为灯芯(wick))流体连接。灯芯301经由毛细作用将储液器层201中储存的气雾前体组合物传输到弹筒90的气雾化区400。如所示,灯芯301与电阻加热元件50(其在这个实施例中采取金属丝线圈的形式)直接接触。
在使用中,当用户在制品10上吸气时,激活电阻加热元件50(例如经由喷烟传感器),以及气雾前体组合物的成分在气雾化区400中挥发。在制品10的嘴端11上吸气使环境空气进入进气口17,并且经过插座60中的中央开口和插座65中的中央开口。在弹筒90中,所吸空气经过气窗通道管220中的空气通道230,并且与气雾化区400中的所形成蒸汽相结合,以形成气雾。气雾迅速离开气雾化区,经过空气通道管250中的空气通道260,并且从制品10的嘴端11中的嘴孔18出去。
图1所示实施例中的发烟制品10能够表征为可置换制品。相应地,能够期望这类实施例中的储液器层201包括充分量的气雾前体组合物以及任何其他可吸入材料(其可独立地设置在不同衬底上),使得消费者能够得到发烟制品的不只是单一的使用。例如,发烟制品能够包括充分可气雾化和/或可吸入材料,使得发烟制品能够提供与从多根常规香烟-例如2根或以上、5根或以上、10根或以上或者20根或以上的常规香烟-可得到的(大约两秒持续时间的)喷烟次数基本上相当的喷烟次数。更具体来说,按照图1的实施例的可置换的单一单元制品能够提供大约20次或以上、大约50次或以上、或者大约100次或以上喷烟。

虽然按照本公开的制品可具有多种实施例,但是如以下详细论述,由消费者对制品的使用在范围上是相似的。具体来说,制品能够作为单一单元或者作为由消费者来结合供使用并且此后由消费者拆卸的多个组件来提供。一般来说,按照本公开的发烟制品能够包括:第一单元,其是与第二单元可啮合和可脱离的,第一单元包括电阻加热元件;以及第二单元,包括电源。在一些实施例中,第二单元还能够包括一个或多个控制组件,其起动或调节来自电源的电流。第一单元能够包括啮合第二单元的远端以及包括在其近端具有开口的嘴子(或者简单来说是嘴端)的相对近端。第一单元能够包括通向第一单元的嘴子的气流通路,以及气流通路能够提供所形成气雾从电阻加热元件到嘴子中的通道。在优选实施例中,第一单元能够是可置换的。同样,第二单元能够是可再用的。
在使用期间,消费者发起电阻加热元件的加热,由电阻加热元件所产生的热量气雾化气雾前体组合物和可选的其他可吸入物质。这种加热采取气雾形式(其能够包括随其包含的任何其他可吸入物质)释放气雾前体组合物的至少一部分,以及这种气雾在与弹筒内部与弹筒的嘴端进行流体连通的空间中提供。当消费者在弹筒的嘴端吸入时,空气经过弹筒来吸取,以及所吸取空气和气雾的组合在所吸取材料离开弹筒的嘴端(以及存在的任何可选嘴子)进入消费者嘴里时由消费者来吸入。为了发起加热,消费者可起动按钮、电容传感器或类似组件,其使电阻加热元件接收来自电池或其他能量源(例如电容器)的电能。电能被提供预定时间长度,或者可以人工控制。优选地,电能流在制品上的喷烟之间基本上没有继续进行(但是能量流可继续进行以保持比环境温度要大的基准温度-例如促进快速加热到激活加热温度的温度)。在其他实施例中,加热可通过消费者通过使用本文中描述的其他方式的各种传感器的喷烟动作来发起。一旦喷烟中断,加热将停止或降低。当消费者进行了充分次数的喷烟以便释放充分量的可吸入物质(例如,充分等同典型发烟体验的量)时,弹筒能够从控制壳体移开并且被丢弃。能够提供弹筒用尽(即,气雾前体组合物被消费者基本上移除)的指示。在一些实施例中,单一弹筒能够提供不只单一发烟体验,并且因而可提供充分含量的气雾前体组合物,以模拟差不多整包常规香烟或者甚至更多。
制品的使用的以上描述能够经过小修改而应用于不同的实施例,这是本领域的技术人员根据本文所提供的进一步公开能够明白的。但是,使用的以上描述不是要限制制品的使用,而是被提供以符合本公开的所有必要的公开要求。
本申请人已经确定,可期望在一些情况下防止发烟制品的弹筒的再使用。在这点上,可期望防止弹筒的再填充,以确保用户或第三方没有采用在质量或组合物上与其中最初储存的成分不同的产物再填充弹筒。相应地,可避免相对与弹筒的内含物有关的混淆的问题,并且可提供各种其他有益效果。
在这点上,图2示出按照本公开的一示例实施例的一次性弹筒500的一实施例。弹筒500可与多种发烟制品的任一种配合使用,包括上述发烟制品。在这点上,弹筒500可包括在远附连端504处的连接器502,其可配置成啮合发烟制品的控制主体。连接器502可包括一次性连接器,如以下所述。
嘴孔506可与室508连通,室508配置成保持产物509,例如气雾前体组合物,其可储存在储液器层中,如上所述。嘴孔506可设置在弹筒500的嘴端510。以上针对发烟制品的示例实施例所述的各种其他组件可包含在弹筒500中。例如,弹筒500还可包括具有对应电气端子的电阻加热元件以及用于将产物509导向电阻加热元件的灯芯。在其他实施例中,当前未示出的各种其他组件可包含在其中。
现在来看图3,提供弹筒500的远附连端504的视图。如所示,连接器502可包括外壳或主体512,其中包括多个螺纹514以及分别定位在螺纹之间的多个凹口516。螺纹514和凹口516限定在主体512的内表面,并且包围空腔518,其配置成接纳对应控制主体或其他装置的配套连接器(例如控制主体凸出部分)。连接器502还包括一次性机构520,如以下所述。
图4示出沿图3的线条4-4的弹筒500的主体512的局部剖面图。如图4所示,一次性机构520可包括阻挡销522、偏置机构524和释放机构526。下面将详细描述一次性机构520的操作。但是,简言之,阻挡销522可配置在内缩位置(参见例如图4)与伸展位置(参见例如图6)之间。偏置机构524可配置成将阻挡销522朝伸展位置偏置。释放机构526可配置成将阻挡销522保留在内缩位置,以及在连接器502的螺纹514和凹口516啮合配套连接器之后释放阻挡销。
阻挡销522可包括轴杆528和顶端530。阻挡销522的轴杆528可接纳于弹筒500的主体512中限定的开孔532中。如下面详细论述,开孔532可贯穿主体512的螺纹514中的一个或多个。但是,在内缩位置,阻挡销522可至少部分从开孔532内缩,使得阻挡销不阻挡螺纹514之间的凹口516。

释放机构526可包括闩锁544和释放销546。闩锁544可配置成啮合阻挡销522,并且将阻挡销保留在内缩位置。例如,闩锁544可包括限定延伸548的第一端,其配置成啮合阻挡销522的顶端530。闩锁544的第二端可包括铰链550,其耦接到分隔壁536。备选地,闩锁544可由可弯曲材料来形成,其允许闩锁弯曲和枢轴转动。
如图5所示,连接器502可配置成啮合控制主体554或者其他发烟制品或者其一部分的配套连接器552(例如控制主体凸出部分)。释放机构526可配置成在连接器502的螺纹514和凹口516啮合配套连接器552的对应螺纹556和凹口558之后释放阻挡销522。
在这点上,释放销546可配置成将闩锁544解除与阻挡销522的啮合。更具体来说,配套连接器552的端部560或者其接近该端的螺纹556可在连接器与配套连接器的附连期间、连接器502的螺纹514和凹口516啮合配套连接器的螺纹556和凹口558时压在释放销546的第一端562。相应地,释放销546可朝室508向内移位。

在释放销546朝室508移位时,释放销的锥形端566可啮合闩锁544。锥形端566可配置成降低闩锁544与释放销546之间的结合(其在释放销将包括具有啮合闩锁的陡沿的平端时可能发生)的可能性。通过啮合闩锁544,释放销546可通过绕铰链550枢轴转动闩锁或者弯曲闩锁,将闩锁枢轴转动脱离阻挡销522的顶端530。
相应地,偏置机构524可针对配套连接器552的端部560(或者其接近该端的螺纹556)来偏置阻挡销522。因此,在从控制主体554的配套连接器552旋开弹筒500的连接器502时,阻挡销522可向外延伸到连接器502的空腔518中,直到阻挡销到达伸展位置,如图6所示。在这点上,用户可在室508中的产物509通过使用已经耗尽之后从控制主体554移开弹筒500。
如图7所示,图7是沿图3的线条7-7的弹筒500的主体512的局部剖视图,在伸展位置,阻挡销522可贯穿主体512中的开孔532,并且阻挡凹口516的至少一个。例如,在所示实施例中,阻挡凹口516a-c。相应地,如果用户将第二次尝试将弹筒500与控制主体554啮合,则阻挡销522会防止与其再啮合。更具体来说,阻挡销522会防止配套连接器522的螺纹558啮合连接器502的凹口516a-c,使得弹筒500不可完全啮合控制主体554。由此,弹筒不可建立电连接和/或以上所述在控制主体与弹筒之间的其他连接,使得弹筒不可再使用。
注意,开孔532在所有实施例中可以不是完全延伸到主体512的远附连端504。在这点上,开孔532可越过伸展位置的阻挡销522的端部延伸短距离(例如其中开孔越过阻挡销所阻挡的最后凹口516c延伸一个或两个螺纹)。这个实施例可以是优选的,因为它可遮蔽开孔532。
如上所述,在本公开的一个实施例中,一次性连接器可包括限定在主体的内表面的螺纹和凹口。因此,连接器可称作母连接器。但是,在本公开的另一个实施例中,一次性连接器可称作公连接器。
在这点上,图8-11示出一次性弹筒600的一备选实施例。图8-11所示的弹筒600可与图3-8所示的弹筒500基本上相似,除了连接器的螺纹和凹口的外部而不是内部配置之外。相应地,弹筒600将不作详细描述。
但是,简言之,图8示出在弹筒600的远附连端604处的连接器602的视图。室608可设置在弹筒600的对端(参见例如图9)。如所示,连接器602可包括主体612,其包括多个螺纹614以及分别定位在螺纹之间的多个凹口616。螺纹614和凹口616限定在主体612的外表面,并且在一些实施例中可包围空腔618。螺纹614和凹口616可在与其连接期间接纳于控制主体的配套连接器所限定的空腔中。连接器602还可包括一次性机构620。
图9示出沿图8的线条9-9的弹筒600的主体612的局部剖面图。如图9所示,一次性机构620可包括阻挡销622、偏置机构624和释放机构626。如上所述,阻挡销622可配置在内缩位置(参见例如图9)与伸展位置(参见例如图10)之间。偏置机构624可配置成将阻挡销622朝伸展位置偏置。阻挡销622可接纳于贯穿螺纹614中的一个或多个的开孔632中。
释放机构626可配置成将阻挡销622保留在内缩位置,以及在连接器602的螺纹614和凹口616啮合配套连接器之后释放阻挡销。在这点上,释放机构616可包括闩锁644,其在连接器602的螺纹614和凹口616啮合配套连接器的对应螺纹和凹口之后,通过释放销646来解除与阻挡销622的啮合。相应地,如图10所示,图10是沿图8的线条10-10的弹筒600的主体612的局部剖面图,阻挡销622可通过偏置机构624移位到伸展位置,其中阻挡销贯穿开孔632并且阻挡凹口616的至少一个。由此,如上所述可阻止弹筒600的再使用。如上所述,虽然示为延伸到远附连端604,但是在其他实施例中,开孔632在一些实施例中可以没有一直延伸到远附连端,以便至少部分遮蔽开孔不让用户看到。
还要注意,在本文所述的一次性弹筒的实施例中,可采用阻挡销(其在使用之后贯穿连接器的一个或多个螺纹)的一次性机构的各个其他实施例。在这点上,仅为了举例目的而提供本文所述的偏置和释放机构的实施例。此外,虽然包括一次性机构的连接器在本文中一般描述为限定配置成用于到控制主体的连接的弹筒的部分,但是在其他实施例中,包括一次性机构的连接器可包括控制主体的部分。在这点上,在一些实施例中,可期望防止控制主体的再使用。相应地,应当理解,仅为了举例目的而提供具有上述一次性机构的连接器的具体实施例。
还提供一种用于组装连接器的方法。如图11所示,该方法可包括在操作700提供主体。该主体可限定多个螺纹、多个凹口以及贯穿螺纹中的一个或多个的开孔。该方法还可包括在操作702提供一次性机构。一次性机构可包括阻挡销、释放机构和偏置机构。此外,该方法可包括在操作704将一次性机构耦接到主体。可在操作704进行将一次性机构耦接到主体,使得阻挡销处于内缩位置,其中阻挡销通过释放机构至少部分从开孔内缩,其中在螺纹和凹口与配套连接器脱离时,释放机构释放阻挡销,并且偏置机构将阻挡销偏置到伸展配置,其中阻挡销贯穿开孔并且阻挡凹口的至少一个。
在一些实施例中,在操作704将一次性机构耦接到主体可包括将盘簧耦接到主体和阻挡销。在操作704将一次性机构耦接到主体还可包括将阻挡销内缩到内缩位置并且将阻挡销与闩锁啮合。在操作704将一次性机构耦接到主体还可包括将释放销定位在伸展位置,其配置成啮合配套连接器并且在与之啮合时将闩锁从阻挡销释放。
虽然弹筒和控制主体能够作为完整发烟制品或者一般的药剂输送制品共同提供,但是组件也可独立提供。例如,本公开还包含供与可再用发烟制品或者可再用药剂输送制品(例如发烟制品控制主体)配合使用的可置换弹筒单元。
在另一方面,本公开能够针对提供如本文所述的多种组件的套件。例如,套件能够包括具有一个或多个弹筒的控制主体。套件还能够包括具有一个或多个充电组件的控制主体。套件还能够包括具有一个或多个电池的控制主体。套件还可包括具有一个或多个弹筒和一个或多个充电组件和/或一个或多个电池的控制主体。在其他实施例中,套件可包括多个弹筒。套件还可包括多个弹筒和一个或多个电池和/或一个或多个充电组件。套件还能够包括壳体(或者其他封装、携带或储存组件),其接纳其他套件组件的一个或多个。壳体可以是可再用的硬或软的容器。此外,壳体可能只是盒子或另一封装结构。

Claims (22)
1.一种一次性连接器,包括:

一次性机构,包括:
阻挡销,可配置在其中所述阻挡销至少部分从所述开孔内缩的内缩位置与其中所述阻挡销贯穿所述开孔并且阻挡所述凹口的至少一个的伸展位置之间;
偏置机构,配置成将所述阻挡销朝所述伸展位置偏置;以及
释放机构,配置成将所述阻挡销保留在所述内缩位置,并且在所述螺纹和所述凹口啮合配套连接器之后释放所述阻挡销。
2.如权利要求1所述的一次性连接器,其中,所述螺纹和所述凹口限定在包围配置成接纳所述配套连接器的空腔的所述主体的内表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一次性连接器,其中,所述螺纹和所述凹口限定在所述主体的外表面,并且配置成接纳于所述配套连接器所限定的空腔中。
4.如权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的一次性连接器,其中,所述释放机构包括:
闩锁,配置成啮合所述阻挡销,以将所述阻挡销保留在所述内缩位置;以及
释放销,配置成将所述闩锁解除与所述阻挡销的啮合。
5.如权利要求4所述的一次性连接器,其中,所述阻挡销限定顶端,以及所述闩锁配置成啮合所述阻挡销的顶端并且在通过所述释放销来移位时枢轴转动与其脱离。
6.如权利要求5所述的一次性连接器,其中,所述释放销限定配置成啮合所述闩锁的锥形端。
7.如权利要求6所述的一次性连接器,其中,所述释放销配置成当所述螺纹和所述凹口啮合所述配套连接器时啮合所述配套连接器的端部。
8.如权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的一次性连接器,其中,所述偏置机构包括盘簧。
9.一种一次性弹筒,包括:
配置成保持产物的室;以及
连接器,包括:
主体,限定:
多个螺纹;
分别定位在所述螺纹之间的多个凹口;以及
贯穿所述螺纹中的一个或多个的开孔;以及
一次性机构,包括:
阻挡销,可配置在其中所述阻挡销至少部分从所述开孔内缩的内缩位置与其中所述阻挡销贯穿所述开孔并且阻挡所述凹口的至少一个的伸展位置之间;
偏置机构,配置成将所述阻挡销朝所述伸展位置偏置;以及
释放机构,配置成将所述阻挡销保留在所述内缩位置,并且在所述螺纹和所述凹口啮合配套连接器之后释放所述阻挡销。
10.如权利要求9所述的一次性弹筒,其中,所述螺纹和凹口限定在包围配置成接纳所述配套连接器的空腔的所述主体的内表面。
11.如权利要求9所述的一次性弹筒,其中所述螺纹和所述凹口限定在所述主体的外表面,并且配置成接纳于所述配套连接器所限定的空腔中。
12.如权利要求9至11中的任一项所述的一次性弹筒,其中所述释放机构包括:
闩锁,配置成啮合所述阻挡销,以将所述阻挡销保留在所述内缩位置;以及
释放销,配置成将所述闩锁解除与所述阻挡销的啮合。
13.如权利要求12所述的一次性弹筒,其中所述阻挡销限定顶端,以及所述闩锁配置成啮合所述阻挡销的顶端并且在通过所述释放销来移位时枢轴转动与其脱离。
14.如权利要求13所述的一次性弹筒,其中,所述释放销限定配置成啮合所述闩锁的锥形端。
15.如权利要求14所述的一次性弹筒,其中,所述释放销配置成当所述螺纹和所述凹口啮合所述配套连接器时啮合所述配套连接器的端部。
16.如权利要求9至11中的任一项所述的一次性弹筒,其中,所述偏置机构包括盘簧。
17.如权利要求9至11中的任一项所述的一次性弹筒,其中所述产物包括气雾前体组合物。
18.一种包括如权利要求9至11中的任一项所述的一次性弹筒的电子烟制品。
19.一种用于组装连接器的方法,包括:
提供限定多个螺纹、多个凹口以及贯穿所述螺纹中的一个或多个的开孔的主体;
提供包括阻挡销、释放机构和偏置机构的一次性机构;
将所述一次性机构耦接到所述主体,使得所述阻挡销处于其中所述阻挡销通过所述释放机构至少部分从所述开孔内缩的内缩位置,其中在所述螺纹和所述凹口与配套连接器脱离时,所述释放机构释放所述阻挡销,并且所述偏置机构将所述阻挡销偏置到其中所述阻挡销贯穿所述开孔并且阻挡所述凹口的至少一个的伸展配置。
20.如权利要求19所述的方法,其中,将所述一次性机构耦接到所述主体包括将盘簧耦接到所述主体和所述阻挡销。
21.如权利要求20所述的方法,其中,将所述一次性机构耦接到所述主体还包括将所述阻挡销内缩到所述内缩位置,并且将所述阻挡销与闩锁啮合。
22.如权利要求21所述的方法,其中,将所述一次性机构耦接到所述主体还包括将释放销定位在伸展位置,其配置成啮合所述配套连接器并且在与之啮合时将所述闩锁从所述阻挡销释放。
