Abstract

本发明提供一种灯架和灯具,用于解决现有技术的灯架和灯具的组件多、安装繁琐、材料成本、制作成本、运输成本高的问题。本发明提供的灯架和灯具由于将传统灯具的灯架和反光罩一体制作形成灯架、同时完成用于固定发光单元和反射发光单元发射出的光的功能;灯架和灯具结构更加简单,制作工艺获得简化,降低了材料成本和生产成本;安装时只需要将灯架固定在安装面上即可,节省原有的发光罩和灯架的连接步骤;另外,上述的灯架的凹槽结构可以用于容纳LED灯的外置电源;针对将电源内置在管灯内部的LED灯的情况,凹槽还易于叠放,节省储存空间,降低了仓储和物流成本。

Description

一种灯架及灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体地,涉及一种灯架和灯具。
背景技术
如图1和图2所示,其中,图1为单灯管灯具,图2为双灯管灯具。传统灯具包括用于安装灯管1的灯架3’,用于与灯架3’连接的反光罩2,与灯架3’的两端连接的用于夹持灯管1两端的灯座4。其中,灯架3’为具有开口的盒体,盒体用于容纳荧光灯的镇流器等,其中,根据灯管1的个数,盒体的体积可以调节;
反光罩2有向两侧延伸的两翼,用于反射灯管1发出的光线。
如图3和4分别示出单管或双管灯具,安装时灯架3’先与安装界面(例如天花板等)进行贴合或者螺丝锁付等安装,然后,再将反光罩2固定连接到灯架3’上;灯座4固定在灯架3’的两端,对灯管1进行夹持。
上述的安装步骤复杂,同时,灯架3’需单独制作且占有较大的体积、增加了制作、仓储、物流成本。
发明内容
解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是一种灯架及灯具。
本发明提供的一种灯架,所述灯架包括:用于安装所述发光单元的凹槽,所述凹槽包括底面和与所述底面两侧边相连的侧壁;和与所述侧壁相连用于反射所述发光单元发射出的光的反射翼。
优选的,所述灯架具有发光单元安装侧和与所述发光单元安装侧相反的背面侧;所述凹槽的开口朝向所述灯架的背面侧。
优选的,所述发光单元安装在所述凹槽的底面朝向发光单元安装侧的一侧。
优选的,所述凹槽的底面朝向发光单元安装侧的一侧包括光反射涂层。
优选的,所述灯架具有发光单元安装侧和与所述发光单元安装侧相反的背面侧;所述反射翼在发光单元安装侧包括光反射涂层;所述反射翼将所述发光单元发射出的光的反射至灯架的发光单元安装侧。
优选的,所述反射翼整体具有呈朝向发光单元安装侧的弧度。
优选的,所述凹槽的深度为10-40mm。
优选的,所述侧壁以底面为中心呈对称设置,所述侧壁与所述底面的夹角大于等于90°。
优选的,所述凹槽的底面设置至少一个用于将所述灯架固定的安装孔和至少一个用于走线的走线孔。优选的,所述凹槽底面的两侧设有用于整理走线的卡扣。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种灯具,包括上述的灯架。
优选的,所述灯具还包括灯座,所述灯座与所述灯架可拆卸连接,用于设置在所述灯架的两端夹持发光单元;
所述灯架的凹槽包括设置在所述底面长度方向上两端的灯座安装孔;
所述灯座包括与所述灯座安装孔相配合的突出部,用于将所述灯座与所述灯架连接。
优选的,所述灯座设有至少一个用于夹持发光单元的端部的发光单元插口。

实施例1:
本实施例提供一种灯架,如图5所示,所述灯架3包括:用于安装所述发光单元的凹槽5,所述凹槽5包括底面51和与所述底面51两侧边相连的侧壁52;和与所述侧壁52相连用于反射所述发光单元发射出的光的反射翼6。
本实施例的灯架将传统的灯架与反光罩做成一体灯架,同时完成用于固定发光单元和反射发光单元发射出的光的功能;灯架结构更加简单,制作工艺获得简化,降低了材料成本和生产成本;安装时只需要将灯架3固定在安装面上即可节省原有的发光罩和灯架的连接步骤;另外,上述的灯架3的凹槽5结构可以用于容纳发光单元(例如LED灯等)的外置电源;对于将电源内置在管灯内部的LED灯,凹槽5还易于叠放,节省储存空间,降低了仓储和物流成本。
优选的,所述灯架3具有发光单元安装侧和与所述发光单元安装侧相反的背面侧;所述凹槽5的开口朝向所述灯架3的背面侧。
这样当LED灯管1为电源外置型时凹槽5用于容纳LED灯管1的外置电源。
优选的,所述发光单元安装在所述凹槽5的底面51朝向发光单元安装侧的一侧。
这样发光单元和其外置电源分别设置在灯架3的两侧,应当理解的是,若所述凹槽5的开口朝向所述灯架3的发光单元安装侧,此时,凹槽5中可以容纳灯管1,也是可行的。
所述凹槽5的底面51朝向发光单元安装侧的一侧包括光反射涂层。
上述的光反射涂层能进行光反射,将灯管1发出的光进行反射。
优选的,所述灯架3具有发光单元安装侧和与所述发光单元安装侧相反的背面侧;所述反射翼6在发光单元安装侧包括光反射涂层;所述反射翼6将所述发光单元发射出的光的反射至灯架3的发光单元安装侧。
优选的,所述反射翼6和所述凹槽5底面51的光反射涂层可以于反射翼6一起制备,节省工序。
优选的,反射翼6整体具有呈朝向发光单元安装侧的弧度,更加有利于进行光反射。应当理解的是,上述的反射翼6的弧度可以根据实际应用的情况进行调整,只需改变成型模具的弧度即可。
优选的,所述凹槽5的深度为10-40mm。所述凹槽5的深度是指凹槽5的底面51至凹槽5的开口之间的距离,通过控制凹槽5的深度的范围,与发光单元的外置电源的大小及与安装界面的距离相适应。
优选的,所述侧壁52以底面51为中心呈对称设置,所述侧壁52与所述底面51的夹角大于等于90°。这样凹槽5开口的宽度大于凹槽5的底面51的宽度,更有利于发光单元的外置电源的放入和安装。
优选的,所述两反射翼6以所述凹槽5为中心对称设置。这样能使发光更加集中,有利提高照射区域的亮度。
如图6和图7所示,优选的,所述凹槽5的底面51设置至少一个用于将所述灯架3固定的安装孔32和至少一个用于走线的走线孔33。上述的安装孔32和走线孔33位置和数量可以根据具体需要开设,在此不做限定。
通过上述的安装孔32可以将灯架3固定于安装界面(例如,天花板),从而实现灯架3的安装;上述的凹槽5与安装界面形成一个封闭的空间,在该封闭空间内可以容纳LED灯管的外置电源;
优选的,凹槽5的侧壁52或底面51上可以设置用于固定上外置电源的固定栓或卡扣;应当理解的是,将外置电源安装在不与安装孔32冲突的位置都是可以的。
优选的,所述凹槽5的底面51的两侧设有用于整理走线的卡扣34。这样用于发光单元供电或控制的走线能够更加整齐。
优选的,所述反射翼6的截面为直线或曲线。应当理解的是,反射翼6的形状和弯曲度可以根据发光照射区域的大小进行调整。
优选的,所述反射翼6的截面为具有弯端直线或具有弯端曲线。
由于反射翼6的端部为尖头或平头可能比较锋利的楞,对人或者相接触的物品产生刺伤或刺破的风险,当反射翼6的截面为具有弯端直线或具有弯端曲线时其端部具有回弯部分形成圆滑的接触面,降低了对人或者相接触的物品产生刺伤或刺破的风险。
实施例2
如图6-9所示,本实施例提供一种灯具,包括上述的灯架。
本实施例提供的灯具,将传统的灯架与反光罩做成一体灯架,同时完成用于固定发光单元和反射发光单元发射出的光的功能;灯具结构更加简单,制作工艺获得简化,降低了材料成本和生产成本;安装时只需要将灯架3固定在安装面上即可节省原有的发光罩和灯架的连接步骤;另外,上述的灯架3的凹槽5结构可以用于容纳发光单元(例如LED灯等)的外置电源;对于将电源内置在管灯内部的LED灯,凹槽5还易于叠放,节省储存空间,降低了仓储和物流成本。
优选的,所述灯具还包括灯座4,所述灯座4与所述灯架3可拆卸连接,用于设置在所述灯架3的两端夹持发光单元;
所述凹槽5包括设置在所述底面51长度方向上两端的灯座安装孔31。所述灯座4包括与所述灯座安装孔31相配合的突出部42,用于将所述灯座4与所述灯架3连接。
所述灯座4设有至少一个用于夹持发光单元的端部的发光单元插口41。当采用多灯管发光单元时,可以在灯座4上设有对应个数的插口,即可完成各灯管的夹持,通过更换灯座4即可实现多灯管和单灯管发光单元的切换。
如图8和图9分别示出单管和双管灯具的侧面图,灯座4和灯架3连接,直接更换灯座4即可完成单灯管和双灯管及多灯管之间的切换。

1.一种灯架,其特征在于,所述灯架包括:用于安装所述发光单元的凹槽,所述凹槽包括底面和与所述底面两侧边相连的侧壁;和与所述侧壁相连用于反射所述发光单元发射出的光的反射翼。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯架,其特征在于,所述灯架具有发光单元安装侧和与所述发光单元安装侧相反的背面侧;所述凹槽的开口朝向所述灯架的背面侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的灯架,其特征在于,所述发光单元安装在所述凹槽的底面朝向发光单元安装侧的一侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的灯架,其特征在于,所述凹槽的底面朝向发光单元安装侧的一侧包括光反射涂层。
5.如权利要求1所述的灯架,其特征在于,所述灯架具有发光单元安装侧和与所述发光单元安装侧相反的背面侧;所述反射翼在发光单元安装侧包括光反射涂层;所述反射翼将所述发光单元发射出的光的反射至灯架的发光单元安装侧。

12.如权利要求11所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具还包括灯座,所述灯座与所述灯架可拆卸连接,用于设置在所述灯架的两端夹持发光单元;
所述灯架的凹槽包括设置在所述底面长度方向上两端的灯座安装孔;
所述灯座包括与所述灯座安装孔相配合的突出部,用于将所述灯座与所述灯架连接。
13.如权利要求12所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯座设有至少一个用于夹持发光单元的端部的发光单元插口。
