Technical field
The present invention relates to the equipment for reducing the vibrations in washing machine.
Background technology
Usually, automatic washing machine is designed to use the friction that produced by the rotation of the agitator held in the cylinder of water and washing agent or miscellaneous part and clashes into get on except dirt from clothes, bedding etc. (hereinafter referred to as clothing).
Usually, after clothing is put into cylinder, carry out washing or Rotary drying time, clothing may concentrate on the side of cylinder, causes the non-equilibrium state of clothing in cylinder.
If when washing operation intermediate roll is rotated, clothing uniformly dispersing at cylinder, then seldom may go wrong. But, if cylinder is uneven, then may produce vertical and horizontal vibrating in cylinder.Such vibrations can become more uneven and increase along with the clothing in cylinder.
The vibrations caused by the imbalance of clothing in cylinder may produce audible noise. In addition, vibrations may cause the bucket of cylinder and wound drum or encapsulate bucket and cylinder and the casing forming the outward appearance of washing machine collides.Such collision may cause the damage to the parts in washing machine.
Suspension arrangement for absorbing the vibrations of cylinder has been proposed for and has addressed these problems.
Suspension arrangement is arranged on diverse location along the surrounding of cylinder the lower outer circumferential surface of bucket or cylinder to be connected to the top of casing. Each suspension arrangement combines the spring for weakening or absorb any vibrations produced by cylinder.
Because suspension arrangement has the structure on the top bottom of cylinder being connected to casing, so vertical vibration (that is, relative to the vibrations on the up/down direction of washing machine) effectively can be absorbed. But, this structure may not effectively reduce horizontal vibrating (that is, relative to washing machine front/rear/left/right direction on vibrations).
Particularly, although cylinder in starting stage of dehydrating operations with low speed rotation, the speed of cylinder increases the most at last, and this may cause the generation of horizontal vibrating. In this case, the suspension arrangement in traditional automatic washing machine effectively may not reduce horizontal vibrating.
Traditional suspension may disclose in No. 10-2013-56715 (open on May 30th, 2013) at korean patent application and disclose.

Exemplary embodiment of the present invention is specifically described below with reference to accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the perspective view of the exemplary washing machine according to exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, Fig. 2 shows the cross sectional view being applicable to the example devices of the minimizing vibrations of the washing machine of Fig. 1 according to embodiment of the present disclosure, and Fig. 3 is the perspective view of the example devices for reducing the vibrations in the washing machine of Fig. 1 illustrated according to embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to figs. 1 to Fig. 3, bucket 100, casing 200, pedestal 300, one or more suspension arrangement 400 and one or more damper 500 can be comprised according to exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure for the equipment reducing the vibrations in washing machine.
Bucket 100 can take up water in washing machine 10 and clothing substantially to remove the dirt in clothing, and comprises rotatable drum 110 and fixing bucket 120.
The implication of " embodiment of the present disclosure comprises said structure " is that embodiment of the present disclosure not only comprises said structure, can also comprise other structures (such as, other structures that washing machine field is known), and said structure. But, because the fuzzy theme of the present disclosure of structure known in the art possibility, so omit the specific descriptions to it.
Cylinder 110, and can accommodating laundry wherein in fixing bucket 120.When clothing is in cylinder 110, water extraction can be supplied to bucket 120 and start washing operation by washing machine 10.
Washing machine 10 for operating under washing mode and dehydration mode. When operating under washing mode or dehydration mode, cylinder 110 can rotate with washing clothes or make clothes dewatering.
Fixing bucket 120 can use cylinder 110 wherein to take up water.Fixing bucket 120 can be fixed and non rotating.
Casing 200 can containment drum 100, as depicted in figs. 1 and 2, can cover bucket 100, thus bucket 100 is not seen from outside and from the impact of outside.
As shown in Figure 2, casing 200 can apart from the outer surface preset distance of bucket 100.
Equally, pedestal 300 can in the below of bucket 100 with the miscellaneous part in barrel support 100 or washing machine 10.Motor 310 can in pedestal 300, and cylinder 110 and/or agitator 330 can in cylinders 110, and can by the axle 320 that is connected to motor 310 clockwise or be rotated counterclockwise.
Pedestal 300 in casing 200, thus can not can be seen from outside, simultaneously as shown in Figure 2 in the below of bucket 100.Equally, pedestal 300 can be seen from outside when casing 200 is connected to the upside of pedestal 300.
In addition, suspension arrangement 400 can be connected to the downside of bucket 100 and the upside of casing 200.This may reduce bucket 100 and/or from the vertical vibration of bucket 100.
Such as, when cylinder 110 moves or shakes, when moving up and down in dewatering operation course or shake, vertical vibration can be produced by bucket 100.On the other hand, when cylinder 110 in a front/back/left/right side move up time, horizontal vibrating can be produced by bucket 100.
Its vertical vibration or impact can be reduced by the suspension arrangement 400 of the upside downside of bucket 100 being connected to casing 200.But because horizontal vibrating may not be reduced by suspension arrangement 400, horizontal vibrating may cause the collision between cylinder 110 and casing 200.
Particularly, when clothing is in cylinder 110, cylinder is gathered in the non-equilibrium state of side (such as, in left side or right side and/or upside or downside) of cylinder 110 at clothing, may increase horizontal vibrating.
Damper 500 effectively can reduce the horizontal vibrating that may be produced by bucket 100.Damper 500 can between bucket 100 and pedestal 300.
Particularly, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, damper 500 can tilt or in gradient position (that is, with the angle between vertical and level), be connected between the outer downside of bucket 100 and pedestal 300 simultaneously.
Equally, damper 500 can comprise at least two dampers, and the outward flange along bucket 100 separates with predetermined space.
Although according to some embodiments, damper 500 comprises four dampers separated with the same intervals of 90 degree, when not deviating from the spirit or scope of the theme presented at this, the quantity of damper 500 and angle can change.
Damper 500 can be realized by helical spring 510, and wherein helical spring one end is connected to the outer downside of bucket 100, and the other end is connected to pedestal 300.Although Fig. 3 shows arrange damper near the corner of bucket 100 and pedestal 300, according to some embodiments, damper 500 can be arranged in the intermediate point place between corner.Similarly, damper 500 can be arranged in the central spot (such as, with the angle or the radian that become about 45 degree relative to the center of bucket 100 and/or cylinder 110) between each suspension arrangement 400 adjacent.
Helical spring 510 can be or comprise tension spring, provides external force, so that bucket 100 is pulled to pedestal 300.Like this, because the tension force of helical spring 510 provides with constant interval, so moving horizontally of bucket 100 can be suppressed by helical spring 510 or absorb along the outer downside of bucket 100.Like this, the horizontal vibrating produced by bucket 100 can be reduced.
Because damper 500 is between the outer downside and pedestal 300 of bucket 100, and tilts or become the gradient, so it can reduce the vertical vibration of the bucket 100 that the device 400 that is not draped absorbs completely, and the horizontal vibrating produced in bucket 100.
Suspension arrangement 400 can be used to reduce the vertical vibration with the amplitude being less than predetermined maximum amplitude or the value that may be produced by bucket 100.This structure can realize better result, this is because frequently produced the vertical vibration with average amplitude by bucket 100.The vertical vibration with maximum amplitude may be quite rare.
But, under non-equilibrium state (such as, clothing is gathered in the left side of cylinder 110 and/or upside and right and/or downside), when cylinder 110 rotates, the vibrations produced by bucket 100 can be maximum amplitudes vibrations (higher than mean value), like this, suspension arrangement 400 may not reduce maximum amplitude vibrations completely. Therefore, the residual vertical vibration that the device 400 that is not draped reduces completely may be present in bucket 100.
In certain embodiments, damper 500 can reduce the residual vertical vibration of bucket 100.
As mentioned above, because according to some embodiments, damper 500 tilts or becomes the gradient, so damper 500 can absorb residual vertical vibration and horizontal vibrating.Vibrations and the noise of such washing machine 10 can be greatly reduced.
With reference to figure 4, damper 500 can otherwise realize.
Fig. 4 shows the cross sectional view according to the equipment for reducing vibrations in the washing machine 10 of exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in Figure 4, damper 500 can be realized by volute spring 520, and this volute spring has the diameter increased to another in bucket 100 and pedestal 300 from bucket 100 and pedestal 300.In one embodiment, the part being connected to the volute spring of washing tub unit 100 has the diameter of the part being less than the spring being connected to pedestal 300, and the diameter of volute spring along with its from washing tub unit 100 before pedestal 300 so that increase.
According to some embodiments, volute spring 520 passes through to make with conical form (such as, around taper anvil) winding spring steel, and when damper 500 comprises volute spring 520, damper 500 has larger elasticity than helical spring 510 in the longitudinal direction, and this can improve damping force. When pressurised, spiral winding can be aligned to adapt to each other, thus the volute spring compressed completely is in flat condition (such as, not having spiral winding may be shelved on another spiral winding).
Although above with reference to drawings describing exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, those skilled in the art should understand that, when not changing essential feature of the present disclosure or spirit, the disclosure can realize in every way.The scope of the present disclosure is represented by claims, and the technology that should be interpreted as in all scopes be equal to it all belongs to the scope of the present disclosure.
